Lots of pops, TONS of vinyl, great new and used movies at good prices. Always fun to browse here for an hour or so. I almost never leave empty handed.

It was so sad to see how much this store has gone downhill. The flooring in one section was missing tiles creating trip hazzards, the same area had a pretty bad smell (mold? Something dying/dead? Idk). A different area of the store was so poorly lit it was hard to see any of the merchandise over there.

Used to be a cool place to shop. Definitely get the vibe of a dying nostalgic store when you go there now

FYE has become sadness. Not really their fault, the industry simply left them behind. Decent selection of vinyl though.

Upon first glance, when entering this establishment, everything seems so cool, clean, and organized, but the actual selection here is mediocre at best, and if looking for something specific, you will not be able to locate it becuase it simply will not be here

Not a place where I will hang out to many people going in and out with cars.

Store feels like its barely surviving at this point. They still have some cool stuff, but seems like less selection. Also there are floor tiles missing by the cd area that have been missing for ever and loose tiles on the ramp by dvds.

Great atmosphere, cool stuff, and lots of diversity. Prices are a little hefty sometimes but overall its a great store. I got to buy my sister a vinyl for Christmas thanks to their vinyl collection as well!

Fun store with a lot of 80s and 90s style products. It has the feel of a record store which is great! They could use shopping carts though. At least the hand carry ones.

Still a nice change of pace to visit on a day outing.

I had to return a CD and was told that because a sticker for the clearance price was put on the bar code on the receipt (the person that was working that day had), they would only give me store credit.What the hell? I didnt put it there!

Good stuff but the figures are way overpriced a marvel legend is 25 bucks when its supposed to be 20 the higher end marvel legends x men line is 35 dollars and a diamond select is 50 bucks when its supposed to be 30 to 40 get this sorted out or Im not going to shop her often

Very large selection and great customer service

Had items clearly marked $9.99 for a bunch of bluetooth speakers. They rang up as $24.99, young female cashier said that she couldnt do anything even know they were clearly marked $9.99. Buyer beware for the bait and switch here.

Kind of a let down from last year. My daughter and I go here every year around Christmas time. Several stores were closed because of covid, and the mall want decorated as much for the holidays as it usually is.

I went with someone looking for an album. I purchased wireless headphones. The cashier was pleasant and knowledgeable.

All the fun stuff in one store. I love shopping here! I can get silly socks, t-shirts, Funkos, music, movies, memorabilia, collectibles, etc. I rarely walk out empty handed.

FYE does NOT have a military discount; however, when asked they gave me one. Very good customer service. Lines can get a bit long but thats everywhere these days.

Not to bad of a place. A little crowded could really do better with organizing! Usually really great sales! Their clearance area is like a war zone though...things thrown everywhere. Employees are pretty helpful..when you can find one.

I wish this place would close already. The store is dimly lit. It is not well kept. This store makes you feel like you are walking into a goodwill that just got shut down. The only difference is, everything is still super expensive and overrated. The staff is not knowledgeable. Its not their fault, I wouldnt be knowledgeable either for minimum wage and little hours

I called FYE at Rivertown Crossings to ask them if they had a couple of Funko Pops I was looking for. I was told they have too many to tell me. The brick and mortars arent losing to online retailers due to an unfair advantage. They are pushing themselves out of business.

Fye is one of my favorite stores. They usually have some nifty stuff and great sales. The staff isnt the most friendly or accommodating, but they get their job done. I will say that the products and sales make up for it mostly.

This place is awesome, we have to go every time we go to the mall, if you are a fan of Rick and Morty or dragon Ball you will find awesome merch, and a lot of other things for your favorite shows!

Offerings here are starting to get a bit lean. Vinyl pricing is all over the place, and the movie collection is getting a bit picked over. Not at all what it used to be a few years ago.

I will never return to FYE. I used to LOVE this store until about 3-4 months ago. I went there mainly for pop figures because I collect them and FYE has a wide variety. I bought a key chain pop figure and first off, it was $8 for something that would be $4 or less anywhere else. Then, the cashier mentioned a rewards card and said nothing about it costing anything and then asked me to pick 2 magazines I like off a piece of paper. Once i figured out that they were gonna charge me each month, I went online and canceled asap. But here I am months later with a $60 charge on my account from People Magazine. Why? Because I circled it on that piece of paper. When I called to cancel, I was unable to speak to a customer service rep. I was forced to go back and forth with an automated system. I would advise you to avoid FYE at all costs. Especially if you dont wanna lose money.

I have been what would traditionally be considered a loyal customer of this store. Almost ten years.I will be shocked if I ever find a reason to step foot into this store ever again. Staff doesnt acknowledge any customers in the store anymore. The clearance section, which is a quarter of the sales floor, is merely a collection of junk that they cant get rid of. It appears that once a day someone on staff goes and picks things up off the floor and puts it on the nearest ledge to immediately fall again to the floor. What a mess. Store has no flow. AT ALL. Cant find anything without help and cant find help in the store.Writing this review actually breaks my heart. I used to look forward to going to FYE on Tuesdays when new music was released to chat with the staff and find out what was new. I know that dates me a bit but its the reality of it. This store is legitimately exactly the reason that FYE will not exist in the long term. Period. Sad day.

Always a cool store to stop into if you need to kill time. I also love that they still have the advertisement for the Xbox 360 right outside the store after at least 10 years.

The store has items that take you back in into nostalgic times. When things were simple and uninhibited.

The dirtiest, most dust-filled, Hoarders wannabe episode of-a-store I have ever seen in my life. And I have been to third world countries. Went there with a friend and we all ended up with our eyes/throats itching. We wanted to buy some things but everything had so much dust accumulated that we didnt. Needs some TLC ASAP.

This place is amazing lots of blu rays and dvd to look at not to mention they got vinyls records, music cd i definitely will come back there againUnfortunately this place has problems the people who work there are not very friendly they are aloft and not very helpful when i go to hot topic the staff when i ask a question there are right to help you instead the staff at fye just say i dont know

Huge, dark, and dirty. The girl at the checkout was nice, but the store was disgusting. It was even worse than a garage sale- empty boxes and trash all over the place; alphabetical CDs all messed up; management needs to be fired and someone needs to come in and clean house because merchandise is walking out your doors, and so are empty handed customers.

Love this place for Christmas shopping. Wish they had a few more eclectic items for sound equipment and maybe a big catalog to look through.

Nice place with all sorts of movies, music, graphic T-shirts, candy, and videogames. Its worth stopping in to see what they have.

Used to be a great place to discover new music. Now its following Best Buy with a shrinking music selection, and turning into a movie version of GameStop, including the pop culture fan giftshop business model every other electronic entertainment store is becoming. But this is mostly due to media being purchased digitally rather than physically these days, rendering their biggest point of sale obsolete. The best deals here are usually on Used items, or new releases. Everything in between is either standard price, or overpriced. But every now and then you can find a hard to find album, or a forgotten gem. Still a decent store, but lost its luster...

The staff are very helpful and their collection of movies is really quite large. Ive been able to find blue ray, DVD new and pre-owned for pretty much anything Ive looked for. They also frequently run sales like buy 2 pre-owned and get a 3rd free!

Was able to find what I needed. Wish the workers were more willing to help.

FYE is the store you go into when youre looking for those out of the ordinary items; items like Rick and Morty plushies, Anime, Gadgets, etc.I rarely buy anything here, but when I do, I always get the best quality.

They have many different sections of items such as things from sci-fi to japanese items, they also have a good & pretty big selection of kpop merchandise (albums, a few lightsticks & shirts) for any kpop fans out there! though i do agree that sometimes stuff is scattered around but other than that i would visit again!

FYE is a great place to get music, nerdy movies, clothes with designs on the such as Minecraft or DBZ, and cheap tech. When I say cheap tech, I really mean it. It is inexpensive, low quality, but working tech. I would suggest, if you want the best value, to not go here for speakers, or headphones. Try Amazon, or best buy, but not here.

Close by location from home. Kids absolutely loved the Pizzas and lemonade. I got a signature item... huge salad with tons of fixins.... wide variety of items to add to create that amazing work of art. thee salad. Two big enthusiastical thumbs up. I put off going and checking this place off for a long time. Dont make the same mistake I made. Snag some high quality grub at a decent price from an awesome place. Cheers!!!!

No help with finding what i was looking for. Had to hunt down help. Then salesguy acted like it was a bother to help or help find what i was lookin for. Totally not a people person to be working in this field of customer service. In the end they did not have 1 thing i was looking for. Most recent releases. Guy needs to be in a shop or in manufacturing type of buis. Its hurting the whole record industry as well as fye buisiness. Which could use a big boost and is hurting as well. Sad thing. Just sayin my opinion as well as experience. Hire people who care about music and have knowledge in as well. Pay them decent and we will all profit.think bout it. U wouldnt hire a bk employee with no experience of bikes to work at harley building bikes. Key is spend lil time b 4 hiring for a certain field. Knowledge is usually the key to success

They moved things around, looks like less merchandise and higher prices. The kpop section was unbelievable...they expanded but the prices are way to high.

I would never shop at FYE ever again because of their fraudulence. For over a year now, Ive been charged for a membership I never signed up for, agreed with, or have my credit card information for. From buying one record at the store, they were able to save my credit information and use it to charge $12 a month for this stupid membership that I wanted nothing to do with. Dont shop here or affiliate yourself with this business unless you want them to steal their money because thats what they do best. Theyre crooks.
