Glad we did not. If not for his attention to our account we would have switched. You should use this store as a benchmark location. Having been in sales I know that customer service like this is what it takes for complete customer satisfaction.

I have consistently had good experiences in three separate purchases there from three different sales reps. I have never been pressured or up-sold, but always been treated honestly, respectfully, and fully satisfied by excellent, capable, professionals.Most recently we purchased a replacement I-phone for my wife. The sales representative, Dale Allen, first learned her uses and requirements for her phone, and then recommended the perfect model for her, not the most expensive, but the one best suited to meet her needs. His attention to assure her fullest satisfaction and service was exemplary. Its the level of professionalism Ive come to expect at this store.

I have been to the 1208 Dewey Ave store. My service guy was Ron. HE IS AWESOME, HE GOT MY PHONE FIXED IN NO TIME, I HAD RECEIVED A NEW PHONE BECAUSE IT WAS kept freezing. I went TO THE HOLT RD STORE, THEY WERE HORRIBLE, THE MANAGER TOLD ME TO COME AT 7PM 2 YO ACTIVATE MY PHONE. I WAS THERE BEFORE 7PM HE WAS STILL TRANSFERRING MY DATA BUT I HAD TO LEAVE AND IT WASNT EVEN DONE. She spent 2 hours on the phone just trying to get my previous order canceled, which was never done. Debbie did everything she could to get a coupon/discount to compensate for the ongoing problems I had dealt with. I even had a problem with my mask and she flew out to her car to get me another one!
