With out going into detail I just like to say that I will never take any car of mine to that place again !

On my regular truck they did well. I asked if they could work on my turbo they said yes and did the worst job ever. 2 months they had my car. When I got it back they did NOT reinstall a sensor which left an obvious hole in an exhaust tube as well as not tightening a ground wire/bolt that was caught just above my timing belt.Now the car doesnt perform as it should. I wont be back

Brinsfield is awesome! My family brings all of our cars here (Honda, Hyundai, and BMW). They are very knowledgeable and do a great job on all of them! Have been going to Brinsfield since early 90s. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable at check out and very good mechanics. Very reasonable, and if you do have a problem, they tell you to bring it back if you are not happy.

Brinsfield folks are experienced. For me the depth of their knowledge paid off in a vexing problem I was having with my 2000 Dodge Caravan. They quickly and accurately figured out what was wrong, quoted the repair, fixed the problem, and I was on my way. I recommend them without reservation.

I’m so heartbroken you guy failed me in your inspection of my newly purchased lemon which on Carfax you report not only an inspection but work done to this car. It reports you replaced the thermostat and check coolant two months before I purchased this car ( 2004 Audi from Anita auto sales in Greensboro) which cut off on me in the first 24hrs of purchase on the high way ....I could have been killed. In running diagnostics test they found bad exhaust system and both catalytic converters need replacement, a cracked in coolent receiving tank and leaks throughout engine. How on Gods loving earth did this car pass inspection in the first place..let alone the service this company supposedly did. I can’t afford to put another penny in the broken vehicle. Inspection shouldn’t be taken lightly they are truly important. I can’t believe someone would pass something that could endanger others lives as well as the environment. This was a huge and expensive lesson that I’ve learned about companies and TRUST.

Service was fine expect they left my keys under the mat of my car and left the car running so when I got their the battery was dead....
