The best eye doctor experience I’ve ever had. I have been going to Dr. Scott since I was in elementary school, now that I’ve graduated college and I am moving away I am going to miss the exceptional care at battleground eye care. They truly look out for you and try to do what’s best for you, even looking out for the small things.

I’ve been a patient at Battleground Eye Care for around 10 years and wouldn’t consider going any place else. Dr. Scott and his staff are very gracious and professional. They offer excellent care with a variety of services but never any pressure. They also have a nice selection of eyewear. I highly recommend this practice!

I recommend Battleground Eye Care because Dr. Jon Scott is the best. And if cant do it, he has the best specialist working within the network to send you to. Like he told me, if he wouldnt trust his eyes or his sons/family, he wouldnt send me to them. And I ended up seeing one that saw a family member. By the way he has a great sense of humor. Dr. Scott and his staff are incredible. I called yesterday evening just before close desperately wanting to be seen for a medical issue. The two women at the front desk were exceptional getting me in with urgency and ease. Dr. Scott was pleasant, knowledgeable, and comforting with his expertise. He even took time after close to speak to my girlfriend regarding my condition. 10/10 - highly recommended.

Dr Scott and his team have been providing eye care for me 20+ years. Working with the front office to schedule visits and handle administrative issues is super easy, and the tech who takes some basic measurements and collect personal info is efficient and professional. Dr Scott is easy to talk to about all aspects of eye care, not just the optometric part. He helps us understand what is happening with our eyes in different seasons of the year and as we age. I have a high degree of trust with him and his team.

I want to say that Dr. Scott and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have to have a special type of contact lens. They have star is the art equipment. Stacey handles all the special contact fittings and is outstanding and super friendly. I highly recommend them for all your Eye care needs. Dr Scott treats you just like family.

First visit yesterday. I was originally scheduled for the end of next month, but asked to be added to a short call list. So many offices won’t keep a short list, but they do and they called me in sooner. So glad they did!The staff all seemed friendly. Dr Scott was very nice and extremely thorough in my examination. He found a small area of concern, so they performed another test to evaluate it a bit further. He apologized to me, for the appointment being long, but I appreciated his attention to detail!I’ve ordered my new glasses and I’m excited for when they come in. * MOST RECENT: UPDATE, PART 2: I was contacted by the measurement lady with a sincere apology for misplacing my measurements when I initially went in. She was able to locate them and get my glasses order placed. However, I am still only rating 4/5 stars because if I would have never called to check on the status of my glasses I would have never known that the measurements had been misplaced and they hadnt been ordered a month after the fact. Hopefully if I choose to visit again in the future, there will not be any mishaps.PART 1: I had a pleasurable experience while at the doctor, after I left is a different story. It’s been about 3 weeks since my appointment.. before I left, the lady who measured me for glasses assured me that I would get a call within 2-3 weeks as to when my glasses came in. I never received a call, so I decided to call yesterday. Upon talking to the same lady, she tells me that the measurements were lost and I will have to go in again to get remeasured so they can be reordered... WTF? So nobody was even going to have the common courtesy to say something? Had I not called I would’ve been out of luck. Needless to say a WASTE OF MY TIME and I will not be returning to purchase glasses or anything else from them... EVER. I’ll take my business where it is appreciated and professional! First impressions are everything and they left a bad taste in my mouth!

Customers are screened for COVID-19 as they enter the office. Staff were cleaning lobby furniture frequently as customers were called back for their exams. The staff are friendly, and Dr. Scott is just fantastic!

Dr Scot literally saved my eyesight!!!! I was losing my site within a couple months time span. I kept telling my long time eye Doctor, something was wrong with my vision for months! I finally Googled and reviewed the ratings for eye doctors in Greensboro, NC. Doctor Scotts patents said he was so nice and a great doctor. I called, got an appointment, and that same visit, Dr Scott told me I needed surgery now! The office set up an appointment with an eye surgeon, I had my surgery and my site was saved! Thank you sooo much Doctor Scott.😀😀. I recommended my brother to him also. He came from Ashboro just to see Doctor Scot and had a very good visit👍.

I love going to the eye doctor! He is very friendly and works well with both children and adults. My kids like him. We have been going to Dr. Scott and Battleground eye for 10+ years. He and the staff take great care of my family! This could get a little deep for a google review, but we owe Dr. Scott big time for catching a very uncommon and what could-have-been a life-threatening issue during my daughters routine vision exam. He sent us straight to a local pediatric ophthalmologist, who agreed with his diagnosis and concern. He arranged an MRI brain scan at Cone within another 30 minutes. We never stopped at either front desk. Thankfully, all ended well. The specialist here and at Duke agreed that Dr. Scott was practicing top-flight optometry for his catch of her condition (that she has out-grown!!!). Thanks again!
