This vision center has the worst customer service. I have had to go back numerous times to get my glasses adjusted so I could see. Finally I went to another vision canter and they showed me how much the glasses were off. I brought them back to this store and the lady was rude, told me I bent the frames up. I bent them up trying to get them adjusted so I could see out them. When I go back in I’m asking for the supervisor.

When arriving I was greeted with kindness and getting checked in was very fast.When getting my 👀 examined I stated that I could not see cleary. The machine that they use and ask you, 1 or 2 is better. Nothing made it better 3 or 4.The Dr. then said lets see whats going on. She then used to machine where she uses a light.Well, she said, I know whats wrong. My heart beating fast, I asked what is it. She said you have cataract, 20/60 in one eye, 20/40 in the other.Pause, Im 50+1, 🤣. I have been going to the eye doctor faithfully every year because I wear glasses. I was shocked that no other doctor caught it. I also said the same thing, nothing is better. I understand that it is a growth but very pleased that she caught it and was able to tell me what was wrong. So surgery I will get. Thank you so much.

Convenient location. You can purchase glasses and contact lenses here. You can go get your eyes checked next door to them so you can get your prescription at Happy Eye Care Center! Best place to be !!!! Highly recommended!!!!

Very quick and professional. Since my review from last Friday my glasses were ready this Monday. Excellent Service!!! all I did was pick them up on less than 5 minutes. They can get an extra 5 stars from me. I will recommend Walmart Eye Care Center to everyone that reads this review and to family and friends!!!🏆

Called 5 times and got hung up by the rude employees there. Just was checking on a service and maybe a set of glasses. Wouldnt recommended

I am very happy I chose this eye doctor! Dr. Le and her technicians were as nice as they could be! I went in for a routine eye exam and was finished within 20 minutes. I will be recommending Dr. Les office to friends and family for sure!

They were rude and unprofessional!! I would not recommend or go back. The receptionist had a nasty attitude and I almost got ugly with her. Please do not come to this Vision Center!!!! Period!!!

Fast and Affordable! I had an eye infection and was in need to see an optometrist ASAP. She does walk-ins and that was perfect for me. It was fast and easy. I will be returning every year to do my yearly eye exam at this location. Great customer service.

I went today to get a contact exam and the prescription felt off as soon as I put the contacts in but when I told her she just handed me a new contact and said the other one was defective and when I got home after hoping my eyes would adjust and I just didn’t remember what contacts were like since it has been 1.5 years since wearing them but it still feels wrong... I tried to call and nobody will answer the phone

Dr. Le was very sweet. I was in and out quickly. It is 5$ for both an exam and glasses with Medicaid!

Dr. My Le is very nice person. Really amazing experience, eye exam was really quick. She made kids comfortable before check up and was very friendly with them.

Well it been a week havent got my glasses my wife when with not hers the same week keep getting told they shipped waiting for ups to deliver them . Last time I go there

Dr. Le and everyone that works with her are very patient and polite. I struggled to put in and remove my contact lenses because it the first time I’d tried contacts, after wearing glasses for 9 years I had to get use to sticking my finger in my eyes which was not a easy task. Dr. Le and her staff stuck with me until I persevered! Thank you!

Glasses are clearly an inferior product. Anti scratch material comes off and makes glasses impossible to clean. They will last about a year. Just long enough for the warranty to go out.

The Dr. is good. Her eye exam is great.
