The staff at this Vision Works are wonderful. I really cant praise them enough. For over two years I have been working through medical issues with my eyes, and the staff have been excellent. Patient, accommodating, helpful, offering suggestions and concerns. The doctors have been wrong numerous times, but Vision Works has been correct with their work 100% of the time. Have yet to have a positive experience at this place. If I hadnt been so desperate to replace my broken glasses, I wouldve cut my losses and gone somewhere else.At my first appointment, I waited in the exam room for approx. 30 minutes with the tech for the Optometrist and inevitably ended up being rescheduled as there was some kind of miscommunication and they had gone to lunch.A short time later I was called and told that my then already rescheduled appointment was being rescheduled again.I went in for my rescheduled appointment today at 12:20 pm and proceeded to waited until 1:05 pm before seeing the Optometrist. I ultimately left today completely frustrated & unsatisfied. My first appointment was May 5th and by the time I get these replacement glasses - this will have been a 2.5 month process.

I just want to give a HUGE shout-out to the Licensed Optician and Heather S for their truly exceptional customer service. I already had a great experience getting my glasses which was just amazing prior to today’s visit. Today, I though I only needed a screw replaced. Well, the good eye of Heather immediately noticed my glasses needed to be adjusted. With fine detail and focus she was able to make my glasses feel like new and they fit even better than when I first got them. The optician also gave tips and tricks during the process for the adjustment. Heather even went above and beyond to remind me about my protection plan if it were ever needed in the future. Ordered glasses. I cannot reach them by phone or we site. The do not have e mail address and website wont get me my question regarding if my order is in. It has gone over several days when I was informed they would arrive. At least they should call or e mail.

The staff here are awesome! They’re process during covid is so easy and painless and safe all at the same time. Coleen and Heather did a fabulous job at helping select frames and lenses. This location has a LARGE selection of glasses. I’ve been to some places and they will just let you pick out a frame and throw any type of lenses in it. Heather took her time and explained the type of frames we picked wouldn’t work well with the type of lenses we need and showed an example as to why. She showed how heavy they would be, how thick they would be and really took her time to make sure we left happy and with the best deal. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Received wrong color frame and was offered to take a used frame from display for the same price. Very inconvenient to drive somewhere for 30 minutes on your day off and to leave empty handed.

I have been to this store multiple times and I understand the covid guidelines, but in my recent visit, the staff was very rude. I was told I would have to schedule an appointment, and I continuously asked how as I was on the website on my iphone while talking to the woman at the door, because all I needed was an adjustment to my glasses and there is no option for that on the website, just for eye exams. The woman at the door was not helpful as she seemed to be more concerned with her phone call and was not wearing a mask. They have lost my business as I will be going somewhere else and it is sad because I have been a ten year customer at this store and bought all my glasses through them.

Miriam helped my boyfriend pick out frames about a month ago. I was so impressed that when I needed frames I called to make sure she would be there. She is amazing. She located frames that were the right size so I could spend my time deciding what I liked instead of looking for frames that would fit my face. She was very patient with me, a person who has difficulty making these types of decisions.

My fiance is berry difficult to buy glasses for because he looks for hours. Luckily, they have here at vision works a huge selection and unbeatable prices. I had made mind up that I wanted a pair of aviator style eyeglasses and Deborah was honest and said they looked okay but gave me some other options but I kept going back to the aviators. Deborah is so cool and told me the other style glasses looked better on me than the aviators (my spouse agreed) and asked the opinions of her co-workers and customers who all said the other style glasses looked better so that is the pair I went with and I am so excited about getting them. I love Visionworks. They are very nice people the atmosphere is great they make sure you are completely satisfied before leaving. The most fun part is Mrs.Debbie is comical you can depend on good jokes and a smile that would brighten your day.

Debbie acknowledged me as soon as I walked in. She got all of my insurance information and explained everything to me as far as what my insurance allows. She helped me find the perfect frames for my style and taste. The process was painless and smooth. They have a nice huge selection to choose from which is nice. I will definitely be coming back for all of my ophthalmology needs.

I visited Visionworks to be fitted for the first time with bifocals. Loretta was great. She helped me pick out glasses that complimented my face and could have bifocals in them. Upon return, Loretta adjusted my glasses as well as to show me how to use the bifocals. Thank you. I will be back.

Horrible experience. Everything started off well. Things were moving smoothly, until a female worker said that my lenses were too think for metal glasses. This is fine, but I just wanted to understand the concept before picking glasses (that way I would pick the perfect ones for my lenses). I asked the worker so does that go for all metal frames or just some from that point on she called back up (from another female worker). They both talked about me and laughed at me amongst each other. They told me that they dont care what I end up getting and that they tried to help but if I cant understand, to get what I want. Horrible customer service and its very disappointing. Id never expect this type of customer service from two grown ladies. Very disappointed. I just asked a question and wanted clarification. Instead of just clarifying...Im really not sure what went wrong. Just very rude and dramatic from that point on.

Sooo Not many of you know this but I’m supposed to wear My glasses All the time but I hate wearing them. I stare at a computer screen all day processing claims & doing taxes so guess what I need them! Glasses are a big commitment.. I walked into Visionworks handed my current glasses to Zoe and told him I want something like these but ones that are cute that I don’t mind wearing all the time. I came back from the bathroom & he had the Perfect ones picked out! I absolutely love them. What made the experience so great ZOE! Zoe is so knowledgeable, personable and really helped me find glasses that were Tailored just for me. Going into a place with so many selections can be a bit overwhelming but not with someone as professional, skilled and full of personality. I felt so special like I had my own personal shopper! I didnt come glasses today but I did visit to help my friend pick out a pair! And we had a wonderful experience while there! The service is wonderful and my friend got a couple pairs of glasses that were beautiful (and functional)!! We had such a great time and it was worth every minute being there! Ill definitely be coming back here to get glasses when the time comes.

When I went to Visionworks I had a great experience. As I was walking around Deborah came to me and asked if she can help me. After I told her what I was looking for she helped me get the perfect pair of glasses.

Ive been wearing glasses for over 20 years and Ive never had lens coating that scratched up so much within a year. So much so that I cant use them. After some researching, VisionWorks has known about the poor lens coating quality produced by their lens manufacturer that theyve passed along to unsuspecting consumers. I asked about replacing the lens to which they replied that you need to have purchased a $60 warranty.

Loretta was very helpful and patient! She took her time and made me feel so special for my first time getting glasses! Can’t wait to see her again at Visionworks to show her my new glasses she helped me pick!

I came in the store thinking i was going to have some issue because my eye glasses were not correct. Coleen greeted me with smile and took care of me. I was so pleased on how her and her team took care of me.

Peter and MIriam helped me pick out my glasses and they were truly a Godsend. I had to go through an exchange process because my original pair (purchased at a WS location) was not satisfactory and neither was the staff at that location, so I came to Greensboro for resolution. Peter, Miriam and the Manager, Colleen were professional, friendly, helpful and genuinely invested in making sure that my experience with them was an excellent one. I honestly cant express how good the process was with these 3 people helping me. I will definitely recommend this location to others and will return myself for glasses in the future.
