Checked many other stores for a hot tub, and none compared to the prices at Aqua living. Shannon is the best! Very much enjoyed working with her, she discussed all the features on the different hot tubs, let us decide on our own, never any pressure. Received the hot tub in about 5 months after ordering, all due to Covid or we would gotten it sooner. But we love it! We use it every evening. Thank you Shannon!

I had been looking for a reasonably priced hot tub for several months. Even the bare bones 4 person tub was running 9 to 10 thousand. I saw the Aqua Living Factory Outlet on line. At the time they were taking appointments only but Shannon was gracious enough to fit me in. What a great experience! I got an awesome 6 person hot tub with waterfalls, lights, blue tooth for half of what I was expecting. Coronavirus caused quite a delay in receiving my spa but it was worth the wait. Shannon was very receptive every step of the way and always answered my calls or text regardless of the time. If you are in the market for a spa you must give Shannon a call!

Loven our new Aqua Living Therapeutic Hot Tub with two loungers. Now that we are 50 something a hot tub is a needed luxury item. We both like working in the yard and our bodies sometimes doesnt agree.

This is my third hot tub, so I know what I wanted and what the price would be. After extensive research I went with the Greensboro aquatic living outlet and was not disappointed at all.

We ordered a spa in August, was told it would be delivered by November, it’s now almost March and it hasn’t even been put into production... This company is a joke. They may have a good price for a product you will never receive.. they don’t communicate, they just take you money and disappear. I’ll be following up with the BBB.

Sad to say that I went to he outlet store 3 weeks ago to order my hot tub.. I was told that I would receive the hot tub in 3-4 days. I never heard from anyone. I contact the manager so many times it was ridiculous. He never once answer the phone. I text him several times as well. He was replying before with no problem. now he has replied to may one out of every 3-4 text I send. I think this is terrible customer service. I called the cooperate office 4 times, no one answers ever or calls back. I did not pay for the hot tub yet as he told me if would be cash on delivery and I get if they are busy but I do not get this customer service at all. Sooo disappointed

Shannon went out of her way to meet us on a Sunday when her daughter was visiting from out of town. She gave us sound advice on both the spa we chose and others we never considered. She was able to answer all of our questions (and there were many throughout the process, admittedly, I am a tough customer) and assisted with financing and set up delivery with an awesome service Hot Tub Taxi who she works with.The tub is fantastic, best value by far and we have been researching for a long time. We were able to choose colors and customized it with Shannons Help. It has now been set up and running for about a week and we are delighted.If you are in the market for a Hot Tub in NC, you owe it to yourself to give Aqua Living Factory and Shannon in Greensboro a visit.

First time spa owner and tried to do as much research as possible before buying.Two things I always read and heard from other owners was to make sure you find a good sales person who will stay in touch and help after the sale, and the other is to make sure there is a service person or team that the sales person can easily coordinate with to service/repair/get parts for the spa if needed.I am so happy that Ive found both in Shannon at Aqua Living in Greensboro. So Im here right now on on the 4th of July. Got to the building and on the front door we saw its by appointment. So we called. Shannon answered on the 2nd ring and even though its a national holiday and she was home cooking she got here in less than 20 mins 😀. The store is super clean, prices are absolutely fantastic!!!! We picked up our hot tub yesterday. It’s beautiful. We noticed that our steps wasn’t with the hot tub and the wood panels were the wrong color. That was ok. We filled it with water and waited for it to warm up. My husband sent an email about the steps and Shannon called my husband back this morning and said that she would ship the steps to us. Shannon called back and said that she would personally deliver the steps to us. She drove from Greensboro to Mocksville on a Saturday morning and it being a Holiday weekend. My experience with Shannon at Aqua living was fantastic. She kept her word on everything and the pricing was by far the best in the area. She was always very accessable and even stored the hot tub for me for 3 weeks until Christmas got closer to help with the surprise. I picked it up and we installed everything ourself same day. Shannon even drove out to drop off the chemicals for me while we were installing it. Everything works perfectly so far. We are very happy with the purchase and the entire experience. My wife and I drove 1 and 1/2 hours to the store today only to find a note on the door that said call for appointment. No where on the website does it say that an appointment needs to be made prior to arrival.After calling the number the person I talked to put me on hold and then returned to say that the on call person was not answering. Almost a waisted trip. Luckily there is another store in Greensboro that sales hot tubs. We will purchase one from them today.

I drove and hour and a half to aqua living to look at Spa that my fiancé and I were wanting to purchase. Upon arrival to the store Shannon was so nice and professional she answered all of the questions I had over the phone even before visiting their location.
