Excellent customer service and super knowledgeable! Warren came to close my pool for me and because I’m a first-time pool owner, he took the time to walk me through all of the details about how my system works, what he was doing to close it up for the winter, and what I can expect as I get ready to open it in the spring. He clearly understood the ins and outs of everything related to my pool and was able to explain it in a way that I could easily understand! The previous owner used this company and recommended that I use them (and specifically to ask for Warren) and I will definitely continue using them going forward!

Made a prompt appointment and it was fast. No charge to drain and just waiting on estimate so we can get our work done. These guys are always great and super helpful. Pools can be tricky and people that know multiple systems and how to coach me on how to fix them. And if needed they have a great on site team as well.

This establishment is the best! I bought my spa in September. It didnt come in until December and the guys delivered it lickety split. The first few weeks I only got it in 3 or 4 times and ended up with a skin infection. No fault of theirs, some chemicals dont work for some people. But these guys were right over to change the water, clean the tub super good, and refill to start me on new chemicals. After we got my water chemistry right, it has been smooth sailing and they are always there to answer my questions with a smile. Even through fb messenger :) thank you all for making me feel like Sundance spa family.

I ALWAYS get professional service and have never been giving incorrect information on what my hot tub or salt water pool needs. AquaVision came out to the house an opened my pool while I was at work. When I got home, everything was up and running like a dream. 3 days later, I could see the bottom of the pool and within a week, Had it been warm enough, I could have went swimming in a crystal clear completely balanced salt water pool.The staff is very knowledgeable and I must say, I give major kudos to Brandon. He is AWESOME!!!I have found a pool company that I trust and feel like I mean something to this company (I’m not just another customer) I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them.

Warren came to open my pool today. Amazing work. He singlehandedly had the cover off and cleaned and put away so efficiently! And I have never spoken to anyone more knowledgeable about pools than he is. From covers, to chemicals, to electrical, to detailed chemistry, he was full of information. I feel that I can trust these people with my pool. I have found my new pool people!

Warren replaced 3 pool heater water flow valves and replaced a defective outlet water pipe on my Hayward sand filter. He did a great job and was on time and budget. Highly recommend!

I always purchase our pool and spa chemicals here; have for years. The nice people are knowledgeable and very helpful. The special services during the Covid 19 time is great. If I could suggest one thing that would make it better, it would be home delivery of pool chemicals. Especially those 40 pound bags of salt.

My squirrel’s ate my pool top I had been passing this shop for two years and then I went in the shop on July 22nd and was greeted by a very nice young lady she showed me what I needed and introduced me to a young men who took my order and explained to me about what I needed for my pool and told me to bring in a sample of my water so he could test it that made me feel very good I will be their customer forever, and I gave my daughter their information so she can get her pool 🏊‍♀️ straight

Due to rust spots, screws pushing thru the sidewalls and some tears from dogs and ice, we knew we would need a new liner for our in ground pool the following Spring. We decided to find someone to close our pool for the winter. That way, we could assess the company as a whole before we incurred the big expense. I spoke with the owner, Michael. He sent Warren and his crew to get measurements for a cover etc... All of the guys were very nice but it was clear Warren was in charge. Not because he was bossy, but because he took the lead. He patiently answered all my questions about the benefits of one cover over another. He gave me honest information and I was very comfortable with him. Michael then provided a written quote via email. The closing went well and we made it thru the winter.They followed up in very early Spring. Michael was curious about the rust. We have a salt water pool so he asked if the original installer (Holiday Pools - Grr dont get me started) had used foam over the steel walls. I said no because I could see metal behind the tears. Warren and his crew came out to get measurements. The walls were just steel, no foam. Warren also suggested we have them change out the sand in the filter, since we didnt know to do it and it was almost 10 years old. My sister and I went to their store to pick out the new liner. The selection is huge so seeing real vinyl samples was a great help. They have an area for you to sit and look at the samples. Michael sent this quote via email as well. He laid out different scenarios and provided cost break downs and turn key pricing. Just so you know, I didnt get any other quotes. Some might find that foolish. I dont. I go with my gut and this company and all the employees put me in my safe spot. I have not regretted going with this company. The liner installation went off without a hitch. That was a major undertaking and it went off without a hitch!Warren has been out to re-tuck the liner up under the Coping (common issue). He explained what he was doing and left me a tool so I could do it if it happened again. He also said it was no problem for them to do it, if I couldnt. Side note: his arms look a lot different than mine, so....When our motor got REALLY loud a couple of weeks ago, I contacted them. I explained this would be our 3rd motor so if I needed something different, let me know. When Warren called to say theyd be there in about an hour, I told him they could reschedule due to torrential rain. He said they had a tarp and would carry on. As it turned out, the original and 2nd motor were oversized. My new motor is so quiet and will burn less energy. This is why I trust this company. I trust them so much, I didnt even get the quote for the replacement. I knew what motors ran through Amazon. Their price was very fair.I should also mention Jonathan. He heads up the service department. He is just so sweet and low key on the phone. He was in the shop when we visited to pick out the liner and he could tell we had a great time (not unusual with my sister).I found this company thru the magic of Google. I highly recommend them for service and installation. I wont even think about using someone else.

We are first time owners of a hot tub. We walked in the store and the guy (who’s name I didn’t catch) was friendly and helpful. He got us all set up with everything we needed to get our hot tub up and running.

I can’t express how wonderful this company is! Don’t waste your money with ANY other pool service or pool supplier. We have had issues in the past with companies charging way too much for chemicals that did not fix our pool. After being fed up a few years ago, we found Caryl’s. We took a sample and they had our pool clear and balanced in less than 48 hours and for under $60.00! Another company was trying to sell us $279.00 of chemicals and the pool was still green! This year we ran into some issues because our pool wasn’t opened last year and our sand needed to be changed. Charlie came out and added the chemicals and our pool was blue in one day! Since we knew we needed to change the sand and it was going to be a few days before Charlie could get back out- they talked us through step by step of changing the sand. Caryl the owner was so sweet and so helpful. Charlie and the other gentlemen (I forgot his name-so sorry) who came out to service the pool are always professional and helpful and do such an awesome job! Brandon, the store manager, also goes above and beyond to help us when we need it. I call often with questions and everyone is always patient with me- and I know they are super busy. I really love this company and I can’t say enough about their dedication to customer service, their knowledge about pools, and above all- integrity with their sales. Keep up the AWESOME job Caryl’s. My experience with Caryls has been a positive one. When purchasing my hot tub i was given plenty of info and never pushed into the sale. Since purchasing the hot tub. Caryls specifically, an employee named Josh has been a tremendous help. A hot tub is a big purchase and i feel like even after i bought it from Carlys they still value me as a customer and are still willing to help me with my questions. I paid way to much for the wrong sand at Lowes. I was in and out with the right sand at AquaVision at 1/3 of the price. They even loaded it for us. Definitely will be going back for all our pool needs.
