My first visit to Billiards and spas showed me how great their customer service is. I was greeted and taken care of immediately at the store. My interest in a hot tub started in June and Rob worked with me continuously and gave me no pressure until the perfect hot tub was found for me. I finally decided on one in August. Delivery was set up by David, who also stayed in touch with me. The Tub was put in place very nicely by Jake and another team member who did a great job. I want to Thank all involved with my new Hot Tub. It is Beautiful and we are really enjoying it.

We visited Everything Billiards and Spa last summer when covid rules were strong. Chris Matthews was very thorough and professional in helping us choose our spa tub. He was up front with us about plant shutdowns and delay in product delivery. We ordered our spa with an expected 4-6 month wait period. We were kept informed of delays and offered full refund if had changed our mind. We are expecting delivery tomorrow, 7 months later. We understand that Everything Billiards and Spa had no control over the delivery of our tub. They have been great about communicating with us and keeping us informed and up to date to their best knowledge. Hopefully tomorrow will go smoothly!Installation went in without any problems. The Everything Billiards Team went above and beyond to make sure I got an amazing deal on a new pool table. Installation team was on time, very friendly and professional. Unfortunately my basement flooded a week after the pool table was delivered. Everything Billiards was able to squeeze me in the same day to have the pool table taken apart and moved to a safe location away from the flood water. Everything about our spa purchase was amazing. There were a couple of issues that came up but Everything bollards was accommodating when the issues were on my side and quick to help when needed. After initial set up another tech was sent out the next day to set up the salt system and instruct us how to use it. I have had an excellent experience with these guys. I purchased a new Hot Springs spa about 8 months ago. They did a great job with set up and installation. I had a couple small issues with the salt water system which they corrected (gave me free replacement salt cartridges). The service folks are also always happy to answer any questions that have come up. I highly recommend them. I got another quote from an out of town Hot Springs dealer that a relative had used. Everything Billiards’ price was several hundred dollars better!

We pleasantly walked into the store ready to purchase a hot tub. There was a sign on the door that stated masks are mandatory in this store. That already states it in the wrong way. The first salesman we encountered was too busy pushing us to put our masks on that he would not even answer another question until all of us had our masks securely on our faces. After pushing the mask mandate several times and refusing to answer any other questions, even though we were kindly applying masks he stated we were welcome to leave which we promptly did. I understand that some people are fearful of the virus but you dont need to be rude about it. Therefore you lost our business.
