Wonderful place very secure they have a very honest manager glad to know my items are safe thereEditSince the change in management from to Tara to this new lady customer service is terrible she refuses to answer the phone, she is nice and polite until you get your things in there. She tries to auction units that’s not behind terrible terrible service

I had the most amazing customer service experience. Brenda is so awesome!! From the moment I stepped in the door her personality automatically put me in a better mood. She made sure that I was taken care of from start to finish. I came in to rent a storage unit and left with a friend! Thanks Brenda!

Great service! Thank you Katti!I left the above review and another on Facebook because I was told I would receive $20 off the next month for each review. That did not happen. I was told that the rusty, hard to move latch would be replaced before we moved in. That never happened. I was told that the truck could be used for free, but found out later that it was only available for moving in. In addition, I had to pay for the entire month of June even though we were out on the 8th.That all aside, it was a clean safe place to store my mothers furniture for a few weeks. Would I go back? Only if I was getting out within a calendar month.

Kathy is so helpful and honest!!! She treated me as if I were her own daughter and I knew that I could trust her. She went above and beyond what she had to do.

Had our things in there for 5 months brought it out to move only to find out theres been moisture that some how made it in the unit. Mold was a issue and we have to throw some things away. I dont know if it was out luck but nit planning on using this particular location again.
