The young man was very nice great customer service skills.

Five years ago I moved from Oak Ridge to the south side of Greensboro due to unforeseen issues. I chose this store because it looked clean and well protected. I was shown both climate control and regular units. I needed both. After 1 year I moved to Summerfield. I still needed one unit and kept it at this location because of its customer service, cleanliness, and really everything you want to store your possessions. Cathy is wonderful, always cheerful and on top of the facility. You cant go wrong here.

5 Stars for the lady that helped us ... forgot her name :( I believe it may have been kristy ? ... We were unable to get a storage but it was not because of her. Prices were a little expensive and being we needed a storage last minute that price didn’t work out for us. The facility is very clean and I can’t stress enough how much she put in a effort to help us out, she is a very friendly person & was able to relate to our situation.

Great choice! Clean! Secure! Excellant customer service from Cathy who is the manager...if Cathy leaves, I may too! Cathy went above and beyond to give us the extra attention we needed. Before a long haul from Atlanta, I called Cathy to let her know that first, we we going to need more space and second, how could were we going to pull this off. I had a moving company on their way so space was a concern and so was time knowing our arrival was going to be after normal business hours. Cathy clearly stated she would wait for our arrival to make sure our needs were accommodated! Way to go Cathy! I will refer everyone I can!

They had a trunk or treat here last week. While it was a smaller one, each trunk was really well done and the people were very kind.
