The place is very clean, secure and temperature controlled. The manager is very nice and a pleasure to have someone who truly cares about her facility and the people who patronage AAA Storage on Elm St. She is a credit, valuable asset and a big part of why I choose to use this facility.Thank you Cathy T. This AAA is always spotless. I’ve stored here for my business since they opened. Even though people have left remnants from their move or at times spilled liquids on the floor it is always promptly cleaned by the next business day. The manager, Kat has tremendous pride in her facility and takes the security of the property very serious.

They are so condescending & self obsessed in the most nagging manner. Never again...

This is great place everything is climate control. They have elevators, bathrooms for customers and a truck for customers to use when you first move in. (Free coffee) (Nice employees) They also have a trolley to push to carry your things on. It really helped me with my Washer& Dryer it made it so easy. They have insurance too if you want to get it and it has 3 floors. I love it.😁

The staff is friendly and welcoming, the treat you like family. Units are well lit and its always clean.

Prices are decent. Staff is super helpful. Rented 10 by 5 easy access. Not 24 hours tho but open until 10 pm daily

If I could give zero stars, I would. Cathy was rude, disrespectful and completely unprofessional. When speaking to her about checking the truck out she made no mention of needing an insurance card, when we arrived she requested one (which is fine) however when my husband said that she made no mention of it in the phone conversation, she called me a liar and became irate. My husband told her that she was being unprofessional and she told him that she came in early to let us check the truck out so she wasnt on the clock and that it didnt matter how she talked to him. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior. The facility is nice, clean and climate controlled, But the customer service is lacking.

Simply the best storage place in Greensboro. Well run by very friendly, accommodating personnel.
