I needed an antique beveled glass China cabinet moved to my home from my parent’s home. The crew (Darius, Shaun and Baguio) was AWESOME!!!!! They were on time and completed the full move within one hour. Each of them were professional, respectful and treated my cabinet as it were their own. Kennan scheduled my move and called 3 times before the move to confirm everything. I cannot say enough great things about the movers and the office staff. I absolutely would refer them and will use them in the future. GREAT JOB!!!

I spoke with Josh a month prior to my move to set a move date. Josh told me that he would put me on the schedule. He specified the time and date they would arrive. I called to confirm the day before my move because I had not heard from the company since that phone call. I was told that they did not have me on the schedule and would not be able to move me this week. I was told they have no record of me calling to set a move date. I followed up the phone call with an email and I have not received a response.

We recently used Little Guys to move us from Greensboro to Pinehurst, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Everyone we talked to was professional, courteous and answered all our questions. I gave a one-star at first: An employee gave me an estimate over the phone. When I called to confirm the move date, I was given a number $300 over that. I was made to feel that I invented this number and that the employee was right and I was wrong. I was just not expecting this. Im very disappointed with how this was handled.UPDATE: Within 10 minutes, an employee called and told me that he had gone back to the recorded conversation and that those initial numbers had been said and he would honor that quote for me. I do really appreciate that.

The rep for the company gave me several curiosity calls to remind me of the move and to go over any items that needed to be added or removed. I was not asked to put down a deposit at all. The entire experience gave me confidence and trust from the rep to the moving guys. I’m just in tears on how phenomenal pleasant easy this experience was. I was nervous because I’ve never dealt with a moving company before but these guys right here was so so so great ! The guys came on time and moved my things like super fast, but was very careful. We moved from a third floor apartment to a town home and we had Little Guys move our large pieces of furniture. The two gentlemen that moved our furniture made quick work of everything, and were professional, friendly, and took great care in moving items as if it were their own belongings. Having a legally binding quote helped enormously when it came to budgeting the move - we knew that the price quoted is what we would pay, and it was worth every penny! The next time we need to move we wont hesitate to use Little Guys again!

I set up a move with Little Guys two years ago between 2 apartments that went extremely well! They worked efficiently and finished in less time I was quoted for, cutting my estimated cost in half. The movers and everyone I spoke to on the phone/via email were very courteous. I’m moving now and reached out to use their services again. Unfortunately they had to cancel due to a positive COVID-19 test amongst their staff, and I am not flexible on my move date to reschedule with Little Guys. I’m very grateful they are honest and taking steps for the safety of their employees and customers! Keenan was helpful every step of getting an accurate quote and setting up my move, and I would recommend them every time.

Move took place within Greensboro, NC. LGs were responsive, very well organized, transparent, honest and got the job done as promised. There were no issues. Recommend them entirely. I would also suggest that customer take a very careful inventory of whats to be moved, so that pricing later on is not an issue. There were no issues in this respect, but I do feel that any mover tends to take advantage of last minute changes.

I strongly do not recommend this company and would give zero stars if I could. My belongings were tossed out in the grass and still was finding things for weeks afterwards. Furniture was ruined in the process of moving and the men marked damaged on basically anything of value, even brand new items that had only been touched or moved from the original store. Due to the men wanting to knock off early caused me to not meet my deadline for final walk through. You may think you are getting a good deal, but you are better off going elsewhere!

I have an awesome experience with little guys movers this morning . They (two men crew) helped me with moving the large furniture from an house to a two bedrooms apartment in ~ 2.5 hours with travel time (including disassemble and reassemble a queen size bed). I LOVE THESE GUYS!!! They just finished our move tonight and I couldnt wait to sing their praises. I am extremely picky and they truly surpassed my expectations. They give you a very good price over the phone and they are super nice, but once they come over they start adding prices for non sense. I told them i live on the first floor, and they give me the quote based on that. When they came over, they told me they will charge a ‘stair charge’ ! Which was an extra $200 . Also, they only sent 2 persons for a full 2 bedrooms apartment, one of them was a teen that can not be anything over 120lbs and 5ft tall. They probably expected me to do all the lofting with the big guy. This was a joke !

We booked our move several weeks in advance. Little Guys walked me through our inventory and sent me a quote immediately. It was great to know the price so we could plan. They called me to confirm the move and the inventory two more times which was great since we changed our minds on a few pieces. The day off the move, they called to let us know they were on the way and arrived on time. The movers were professional and took extra care with our house and furniture. Little Guys was a fantastic choice for my move across town! I moved from an apartment to a new home in Greensboro, NC and needed some help transporting my larger furniture pieces. The movers arrived 15 minutes early and efficiently loaded my things into their truck. Overall I was happy with the job the moving crew did. The only issue I had with the move was that my leather furniture was not blanketed before it was strapped into the truck, and when I questioned them on this, they claimed they always blanket leather before strapping it in. However, I had looked in the truck and could clearly see that they had not done this. They offer a discount if you pay cash which is great, however, your price is not finalized until after the move is complete. I was told at the end that they did not have any change, so make sure you come prepared if you do plan to pay cash. Unfortunately I found the office staff to be unresponsive, and discrepancies in pricing over the phone and via the contract were questionable to me. I was quoted two different moving rates for the same day, and what they calculated for travel had to be adjusted when I questioned them on it. I called during business hours, left a message, and reached out via email but no one from the office responded. I had to call back multiple times to reach someone to answer my questions regarding the contract.

Checked several times to be sure the date and move were still on.On the day of the move, which was scheduled for between 1 and 3 pm, the driver called to ask if the could come at 12 noon as they had finished their earlier assignment. We certainly agreed.TJ and Trev arrived around noon and were also very professional. Two very nice young men. They went about their business and by 5:30 pm had completed the job. We talked and kidded around, all the while they worked.I believe I received a very fair price, great follow up and truly a reliable company. Great experience. Got a couple of calls leading up to the move date to make any adjustments for pricing. They were on time, quick, and professional. Moved in to the house great. Got some scratches on my dresser and hardwood floors. Insurance covered repairs and was hassle free!! Definitely would recommend to anyone whos moving and want it done right.

I have just hired this group of good-humored, hard working young men to move furniture for the second time in 3 weeks...wow...WOW...WOW...i had a different crew, this time...(and trust me they had a HIGH BAR up to which to measure (aint some correct GRAMMER, fun?)?...EVERYONE who works at this establishment is of the SAME caliber...i am EVER grateful...moving family pieces is emotional...these guys are open to becoming PART of your family...and it is a most appreciated addition to my family...HONESTLY?...i wish i had MORE to move...just so i could do business with them, AGAIN!!!...yep...THAT IS CORRECT!!that is the level of satisfaction i have with the Little Guys---they are HUGE!thank you, fellas!

Little Guys Movers was excellent. They were able to accommodate a last minute move with only a days notice. Two movers met us exactly at the scheduled time and we started off with a detailed inventory of all the items that there were going to be moving. Actually moving the items was done very efficiently and quickly. Care was taken to wrap and protect any fragile items. Even the door frames, floors, and handrails on the staircase were wrapped and padded when moving the larger items. They disassembled all of our furniture and uninstalled our appliances. Everything was packed safely into their truck. Once we got to the new home, everything was moved inside to the rooms marked on the boxes. Furniture was reassembled and the movers even helped to move the bed when we realized that we had forgotten to put the rug down underneath before they assembled the bed. Our appliances were reinstalled without any problems. We had one cabinet that got damaged in transit, but the movers made us aware of it right away and they are sending out a repairman today to fix it at no cost. Overall, we were very pleased with the results of the move. Little Guys Movers were professional, efficient, and courteous. We would highly recommend them.

Little Guys is the first moving service Ive ever used and will be the only one I ever need again. From calling for an estimate to the move itself the service was impeccable. There were plenty of follow ups before they came out to make sure everything was in order and in the end I paid exactly what I was quoted. The movers themselves were friendly, professional, and hard working. 95 degree weather, 6 flights of stairs, and 4 rooms worth of furniture and everything was moved without a scratch. Worth every cent, 5 stars without a doubt.

Philip and Ralph of Little Guys Movers were great! They were professional, affordable, and took great care of our things during the move. It only took them about 2 hours to move an entire one bedroom apartment and they saved us a great deal of stress. I would highly recommend their services!

The entire process was super easy! From the quote to the day the guys arrived was smooth, and the crew was fast, efficient, and friendly.
