The men were Professional, very polite, extremely helpful and also very careful dealing with very expensive furniture. I would Highly Recommend Miracle Movers anytime!!! Great Value but even more than that, took pride in their work and took care of the furniture like it was their own. You will not go wrong using them for your move. They were all AWESOME!!!

Just had a great local move by Miracle Movers of the Triad (Greensboro, NC). All three of the crew were careful, courteous, professional, and hard working. Very easy to give them the highest recommendation.

I had a move scheduled on a Sunday and the company I was originally going to use canceled last minute and I was in a panic. I got ahold of Maegan who was able to get a team out later that day to complete move. John and Miles were awesome and helped so much. I was so stressed out and worried about whether I was going to be able to get everything done and they were so calm and reassured me that they would make sure I got everything done. I’m so grateful I was able to find a company to help last minute. I would definitely recommend them to help with your move!

Their people were not careful with some things and overly careful with others. They ruined every piece of nursery furniture we had. Make sure you read everything you sign and ask questions. They didnt explain valuation and when the driver/mover did he said it was way over priced and not needed. So of course I had to claim damage and only received $60 for a $400 brand new dresser for the nursery. I couldnt even get the parts to fix for $60. All furniture moved has dents, scratches and dings. The movers were only interested in getting done as quickly as possible.Damage done to our yard by moving truck and we are still waiting to have them come out and fix from move on 8/9.I dont even think they were priced where i could just shrug off the scratches and dents.

This is one of the best moving companies that I have ever used. They were very professional and the guys who did the moving were so nice and helped me so much. I’m a widow and they made this move as easy as possible. I have nothing but praise for this wonderful company and it’s people .

The guys are Miracle Movers came out today and did an amazing job loading our things! They were courteous and friendly, arrived on time and got right to work! We needed to move my mother into assisted living in late January and we were referred to Miracle Movers. They did an outstanding job packing and wrapping the furniture and other miscellaneous items. Due to COVID we were unable to meet them at the facility, but the staff was quite satisfied with their service. Bryan and Will were courteous, prompt and efficient and I would highly recommend them.

Everything about our experience was positive, the guys, (Rashad, Ramon, and Matt) were great, easy to talk to, and professional, not to mention hard working and clearly knowledgeable when it comes to moving large heavy pieces. I used Miracle Movers on two occasions. The first time was in June 2020 at the recommendation of my son. I used them to unload a 20ft truck used in my move from MD to NC. They met us at the storage unit unpacked the truck and stored my belongings efficiently and was very professional. Because of their professionalism, the second time I used them was for the move to my new home in December 2020. This move required 2 days of service. Day 1 move from storage to new home and day 2 move from my temporary housing to my new home. Both moves were handled with care and professionalism. The movers took care in handling my belongings. Some furniture was very heavy and bulky. The December 2020 move was huge and Miracle Movers did an outstanding job in record time!A special shout out to Debbie Williams for coordinating the moves! After a once in a lifetime hiccup, not only did they turn things around. Miracle Movers completely fixed the issue. I was extremely impressed with how fast and hard they worked but even more impressed with how after things looked like it was going south, they worked zealously to pick things up and keep the ball rolling. One of the worst experiences ever. Feel like it was a scam setup. Was quoted around $1800 for move. Was told needed certified check or pay 5% credit card fee so opted to take out $3000 cash. Wife had in envelope in purse and somehow $1100 came up missing. Police involved and we think the guilty one conveniently wherein a covid mask when they got there. Feel they were covering and watching out for when the money was taken. Oh and bill came out to$2600. Owner had the nerve to blame me for not having the money to pay bill after $1100 was stolen. Also neighbor said they were rude when they told them to slow down, that they did not have to. Recomend you find another mover.

Miracle Movers are the perfect moving company...look no further. From the first phone call to schedule an appointment to the last piece of furniture moved into my house, all of the staff went above and beyond to soothe a stressful day a little more calm. I really appreciate having a representative come out and go over all my questions, show me about the company on the website and even share their volunteer efforts with the non profit organization, GreeNest. I made multiple calls to my assigned representative asking questions and making changes before our move. She is so professional and friendly and acted as if I were her only customer. On moving day my rep came to the house to see if everything was going OK. There was a supervisor and several qualified men to assist with the move. They treated my furniture with the upmost respect, taking care to wrap and quilt as necessary. We were not able to use all the furniture in our new house, so Miracle Movers offered to pack up and deliver our donated furniture to their non-profit organization they volunteer for. At every turn they did their best to relieve all of my stress; I never use anyone else!

Miracle Movers are a life saver! We originally had a move scheduled for Sunday June 30, 2019 with another moving company. They bailed on us even though I put down a deposit and said they werent coming. My husband and I were frantically trying to find another moving company at the last minute. We recently moved from Kernersville to Stokesdale and hired this company. We were very disappointed in the quality of the job they did. They scratched our new floors which they are in the process of fixing. However there was several damaged items that occurred during the move. They did not have enough qualified workers and as a result had to spend more time then they estimated to complete our house. They had trouble putting together our beds and had several boxes that was just left in our garage and not put in the proper place. They also chipped the door entering my office which I was told they were coming out this week to fix, but I have not seen them. I would not recommend this moving company, it was not worth the couple of hundred dollars that we saved

Miracle Movers are very unprofessional. A week prior to our moving date. We contacted Miracle Movers...to set up a time to move our belongings. On June 29th they called us stating that 1 of there trucks broke down and that they had no other trucks available and wouldnt be able to move us til that Monday. We stated that we needed to be moved today. We said that we have a truck to be used we would just need the actual movers. The not so professional gentleman stated that he would call his guys and see if that arrangement would work. That conversation took place at 8:20AM our appointment was for 9:30AM He said he would give us a call back. 9:45 AM the unprofessional gentleman sent a text claiming he was on a call. I reply back saying...Im trying to check the status of the movers. No reply. No phone call. It is now 5PM and we did have to contact another moving company Austin moving company. Is more than professional...understood our situation. Miracle Movers dont even deserve 1 star. My first and last time dealing with them. I wouldnt recommend Miracle Movers.I want to thank the owner of Miracle Movers Mr. Chris, for personally reaching out to me and apologizing for the event that took place earlier this morning. It touch my heart that he did reach out and apologize and went the extra mile as well. With his professionalism alone is 5 stars. My sincere gratitude for Mr. Chris.

Miracle Movers was recommended to us by our storage facility. The moving team was excellent. They worked quickly even through the rain. However, the move took 3 hrs longer than quoted and cost us an extra $1000. We called the estimator to discuss our dissatisfaction with the estimate & actuual cost. He ultimately told us nothing could be done & the owner would no be speaking with us as we requested. After requesting a call from the owner a 2nd time Someone did call & apoligized. Poor cutomer service is an understatement.Update, my husband & I have spoken to one of the managing partnes & we have come to a resolution. He listened to our grievances and proposed actions he would take to work with his team on their customerservice. We were pleased with the outcome.

Brandon and Tony were super incredible! We got screwed over by another company that said they couldnt do it last minute. We moved from Maryland and the first townhome we moved into was a MESS! WE had to move at the last second to an apartment on the third floor. We called the morning of our move to see if they could work a miracle! They lived up to their name! They came in fast as lightening and began putting things carefully on the truck. I went to get coffee, and when I came back they were halfway done! It was incredible! They moved us to a third floor apartment from the old house within 3 hours. It was the fastest movers I have ever hired! We will not move without them again! I will be asking for Tony and Brandon because they made our move possible for a very fair rate! So impressive! Thank you for your time and help! It made a huge difference to us! Called and talked to them two weeks ago and the gentleman I talked with said he didnt have good cell reception and asked if he could call me back when he had better service, I agreed and after two weeks of not hearing from them I thought it may have just slipped their mind since I realize that they are busy. So I finally got in touch with them and they didnt even apolagize for not contacting me back. I thought that was kinda odd but I still looked past it. When I talked with them they scheduled me an appointment for this morning July 6th. I also acquired about storage since the flyer they sent me said that they offer it and was told they used a local storage facility and they could give me discounted rates since they do so much business with them. They then said they would probably recommend the 10X20 and they could get it for me for around $250. It seems like since they are in the business of moving and storage that they would no what a storage building costs instead of an Around price. So I decided to give the storage facility a call myself and see if I could look at the storage locker and get an idea if it may be big enough or if I needed something bigger or maybe two lockers since they are less than a mile from my house. While I was there I asked what their rates was for the locker bc I was curious how much of a discount they were offering me. To my surprise I was told the locker was only $160 per month with the first month being only $35. I didnt find this out until the day of when they were suppose to give me an estimate at my house. So the day of the estimate I make sure the kids are awake so that they can get a good idea of everything that we needed moved and after about an hour past the scheduled time I tried calling but could only get a recording saying they were on the line with another customer. After multiple calls with the same message I realized that they were just sending the calls to voicemail. We kept trying to call and waited on someone for five hours before I decided to call and leave a message since we never recieved as much as a phone call. Very frustrated with a business who thinks its acceptable to treat their potential customers like this! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE!!

Never again. One of the items I told them when scheduling was I had a piano. No questions were asked about it so I didn’t expect a problem. Well, no equipment to move a piano was with the movers so now I have a piano stuck on a rental truck with no way of getting it off the truck (which has to be returned tomorrow morning). They also DON’T tell you up front they won’t take a check. I am seriously upset. Apparently they have a lot of office communication issues. I do want to say that the movers, Gerry and Rashea did a great job and I would certainly use their services again as long as they’re not associated with Miracle Movers. I have really been left in a bad spot. Zero referrals from me re this moving company.
