Went to East Carolina Powersports this past Saturday. I was looking at a Harley Davidson that i was interested in purchasing. Said motorcycle had been on their website for over a year so i was a little worried that something was wrong with it. Contacted them early in the week by email and received a response in a couple of days. Emailing throughout the week i told the salesman (Mr. Paul) that i wanted to come and see it. He sent me a email late in the week to tell me the saddle bags were no longer on the motorcycle, i said no problem. Got there not long after they opened Saturday and was met by this salesman (Mr. Paul) and he ask if i needed help. Told him i was just looking. Found the motorcycle and it not only didnt have the saddle bags the front fairing was not on it. Never mentioned that in the emails!!!! Ask him about the fairing and he said it must have been broke is the reason it was not on there but he really didnt know and he went back in his office to finish his breakfast. I had driven 2.5 hours to see this motorcycle based on what was posted on their website and he just blows it off like no big deal!!!!!!
Best service in town without a doubt. No haggling and best prices you can find. Daniel Bennett is the one to talk to. He’ll get you right. Everything was so good I bought him lunch and even tipped. 🤭😅

Salesman “Paul” advised he would provide a “deal” to us when purchasing a CanAm Ryker. However, he provided nothing. He took advantage of my boyfriend and made him pay full price for the bike. Paul made a $300 mistake on the paperwork and called my boyfriend to advise he had made the mistake in order to make my boyfriend pay the $300 increase due to the mistake Paul had made. No deals were provided as promised by the salesman who later refused to rectify the situation stating “I’m a salesman” as though he had the right to lie about treating us right and working with us on the bike. Paul basically stated he didn’t have to do anything to retain us as customers. We originally came in to purchase a $30,000 Maverick. He lost a huge future sale and numerous customers due to his horrible customer service. I will not be returning as long as Paul continues to be employed with this business. My boyfriend and I strongly believe in supporting local businesses. However, customer service is paramount and currently this local business lacks it. When Paul advised he “didn’t care” if I was disappointed with their service because the “sale was done” that sealed the deal. I gave him a chance to hold up his end of the bargain 3/3/2020 and he refused with an attitude. We will purchase elsewhere from now on.
My daughter and I had a terrific experience at East Carolina PowerSports. The staff is extremely kind, patient, knowledgeable and their prices are better than fare! The General Manager, Mike Southern, especially made our visit an amazingly fun Successful trip! (We traveled from VA) We left with our top choice ATV along with gear, an unbeatable & unbelievable price and much respect & appreciation for this business and the staff! Bought a sling shot from Chris. More than helpful and very knowledgeable. He even hooked me up a few weeks after the sell by calling me and letting me know a previous customer had listed some used parts on consignment and saved a me ton of money. Very satisfied. A+++

Bought a 4 wheeler from here for my wife a Polaris to be exact. The service was excellent Daniel who sold it to use was very knowledgeable and was speedy and the rest of the staff helped put the atv in the truck for us. Awesome place wish we would have found it sooner!
I stopped by East Carolina Powersports, they were all very helpful and didn’t pressure me into buying anything. They gave me great advice and if my family and I do decide to buy anything, it will definitely be from here.
My fiancé and I went inside to purchase two jet skis ($30,000). We were greeted at the front by the older gentleman in the right front office (Mr Paul), who waved us over. He called me “little one” and my fiancé “big guy”, which was a bit rude in my opinion. When my fiancé tried explaining what he was looking for in buying the jet skis Mr Paul, who never looked up from his desk, told him to “hurry it up”. My fiancé asked about trading in our boat, and was cut off and told to post on Facebook and chuckled at. Then Mr Paul told us he was too busy to listen to us, as he texted away on his phone. We then left Mr Paul’s office and went to another gentleman (front left office) who seemed terrified of Mr Paul and wouldn’t hold a conversation with us. As long as Mr Paul is working here, this business will fail. We are going elsewhere to purchase our jet skis. Very disappointed. Never met people more opposed to making money in my life.

The gentleman who runs the place is a functioning alcoholic or something. He ran me out of the place for parking in the wrong parking spot and talked to me like I spit in his breakfast. Completely uncalled for and unprofessional. If he would’ve talked to me like a customer he would’ve known I was there looking at a 20k dollar side by side. I’ll never step foot on that property again. They are a sister company to Performance East, which doesn’t have the best customer service either.
Very friendly and knowledgeable service from Chris Ipock in the sales department. Not only did he find and get me what I wanted for the price I wanted but he also worked late to finish installing accessories so I could have it ready for the weekend. Thanks for the great service and I will only buy from here On my next purchase.

This business has cool products but thats where it ends - they treat it as a hobby not a business. The customer experience was very disappointing, almost amateur hour. Just unprofessional all around, and to think I was trying to pay them money for a product/service, it felt like I was putting them out. When I notified the manager of the experience - no response! If you can find what you need elsewhere - go elsewhere. I doubt theyll care.
The new management here is awesome. I got a 2019 Can Am Outlander XMR here at a great price. Management honored a quote given to me and we drove from Florida for the best deal possible. Great experience all around. They held the quad for us so we could rest up before the return trip and even helped load and secure the bike in the back of my truck. Highly recommended.

I made an offer on a jet ski they had on consignment, they said they would let me know what the owner said regarding the offer, a week goes by I hear nothing, I call back and one of the guys say the person you spoke with isnt there Ill get him to call you. If I heard from him, you heard from him. Ratty way to deal with a potential customer, now Ill never be a potential customer again.
Poor service department . . . diagnostic abilities are poor and communication skills are almost nonexistent.I certainly will not take any equipment to them again and do not recommend that anyone else do so either.
Knew nothing about jet ski went up there and they were very nice and took the time to tell all about them. I definitely plan on visiting them again

My wife and I went all the way to Greenville from Rocky Mount to inquire about a sling shot. Never talked to nobody I guess we where invisible. That’s ok going somewhere else I guess
Cant say enough good things about these guys! Kasey, Chad, and Judd are in point with these quads!!!Had a problem with my 2013 Polaris 850 Scrambler today. Couldnt figure it out. Leaving for West Virginia Thursday, so time was a huge factor. Dropped it off to East Carolina Powersports at 9:45. They called me at 5pm and told me it was ready! This thing has never ran better and the bill was less than half of what I expected!

I purchased a belt from them on Saturday that Tuesday when they opened back up I wanted to return it because that was not our issue like we thought . We never opened it or anything and they will not return the part it is not on receipt about no refund on belts bluest electronics . Never again will we buy anything from this place !
Bought a new Ranger EV from Anthony and Chris here. BEWARE!!!!!! Literally zero after sale service......weeks to even diagnose the issue. Weeks? Yes 3.5 weeks...... Their top mechanic left and went into business for himself Im told. No loaner is available even though they took 3.5 weeks to realize the sensor they thought was the issue was indefinitely backordered. Now they say its the rear electric motor that is locked up. I was EXTREMELY careful to not get any water into either motor........It was NEVER driven in water......only mud.....because its a duck impoundment!!!!!!!!! They now say they have sent the motor to Polaris and its out of my hands......Polaris is making a decision as to warranty!!!!!! In other words they may not warranty the motor........due to water. How are you supposed to clean your very expensive unit without a water hose and water? Anthony says Polaris is reviewing the claim not bothering to tell me that they found rust inside.....which the service tech told me that morning. He says its out of my hands even though they have 30 units sitting on the lot. I highly recommend you find a dealership that will back up their products. The reason I bought new was I hate service issues. I read some reviews where exactly this thing had happened to others. I even remember being told by Chris when I was purchasing that they had an idiot bring his EV into the dealership and he had driven his unit UNDER WATER. They say that evidently every single time there is water in the unit. I should have bought a Bad Boy I guess!!!! This has been a nightmare. Grady Smith
I purchased a 2017 Sea Pro from the Greenville store. I still dont have a manual for the trolling motor. The boat had gas line ghat was leaking all over the boat due to the fittings being smaller than the line. They registered the trailer to the wrong name. I still dont have the vessel registration tag for the boat. When I have tried to speak to the salesman Im treated as if they really dont want to answer my questions. I have owned 6 boats and have never had something like this happen. The one person that gave me good service was Matt in the Goldsboro store. He did get the boat gas lines fixed.
