I highly recommend NOT doing any business with this dealership. We bought a new motor from them 3 years ago. We started having issues with the motor not starting after we are out on the water and are left stranded. The first time we took it in for repair, they charged us $75 to take it on the water for 45 minutes and tell us they could not duplicate the issue and there was nothing they could do. We took our boat out on the water again only to be stranded again. We returned a second time explaining what was happening and that we keep getting stranded on the water and need to be towed back to the dock. This time we were told it was a fuel issue. We drained the fuel and replaced the spark plugs. AGAIN....we took the boat out and the motor would not restart to get us back to the dock and another tow. For the third time we returned to have our motor fixed. We were told they would replace the ECM, go have some breakfast and when you return it will be all set. When we returned we were told by the owner, he would not replace this part without knowing if this was the issue but they do not have the diagnostic part to plug in and needed to order it. We are on vacation this week and had plans to use our boat all week. Now, because they did nothing to fix the motor not only the first visit or the second visit we have no boat to use during our vacation. To top it all off, when I began to point out their incompetence of fixing the motor and leaving us with no boat during our vacation the owner kept interrupting me, told us to take somewhere else and then got completely belligerent and told us to get our piece of S@#$ out of there. He is unprofessional and a nasty person to deal with. He also does not appear to be an honest businessman as he is not honoring the warranty that was provided with the motor we purchased from him.

My dad purchased a playbuoy pontoon from the original owner (Jasper Rhynard) in 1986 - that boat is still running, but it was time for an upgrade. The new owner Mike was a pleasure to work with when we ordered the boat back in February, and with the state of various industries running behind with parts and materials was very honest about our timeline for getting the boat. Communicated well through the whole process, and we have seen and touched our new Avalon pontoon and are awaiting delivery. Top notch knowledge of the industry, the boats, the available options, and even competitors in the area. Honest, not pushy and straight forward. Highly recommended for your next boat purchase.

They did really well for being short-staffed. The food was good.

Saw an ad on Marketplace and noticed the boat sold. Knowing we were ready to buy, we decided to go in and see what else they had. We walked the lot and all the boats were covered and no prices, we tried looking at them the best we could. After 20 minutes we went inside and nobody offered to help us, even though an older man was sitting in an office. A service person came in and said do you need help? I said yes, we’re here to buy a boat. The older man finally got out of his seat, and acting disturbed asked what we wanted. I said that we had seen one on marketplace but know it’s sold, what else could be similar. He said nothing it’s sold. I again asked you have nothing, there’s lots of boats here. He the says nope it’s sold. I said I guess we’ll buy a boat elsewhere and we won’t recommend you to anyone. He starts yelling at me and chases me yelling we don’t need people like you as we left the store and got into our car. We went directly to Nelson’s up the road and was treated excellent. We bought our boat right then. Guess this place doesn’t need to sell boats?

Just went for the first boat ride of the year on our Avalon. Once again your service team did a thorough job of addressing our needs in the fall.

Seemed honest and straight forward as they were getting me pricing. Made a promise regarding delivery, and actually fulfilled their promise. I purchased a new dock, they promised to get it installed ASAP. Was installed by noon the next day.I will be a repeat customer.

Rhynards provided fast, awesome service. Called my local marina twice (where I bought pontoon from) to order matching cup holders for pontoon. They never returned my calls. So I reached out to Rhynards (hadnt done business with them before). Rhynards not only got me what I needed, but they rushed the order so it came in time to use as a birthday gift. Rhynards quick and quality customer service has influenced me to use them in the future as my marina of choice.

Clean and service dept easy to talk to, however I ordered parts and they forgot to order them. I found out in over a week when I called to find out if they came in. Oh well...

Took our boat in twice (different years) and they say theyll get it done in about a week but you dont see it for about a month. They come up with exscuses. Dont take your boat here to get fixed unless you dont want to see it for half the summer.

I took my pontoon into Rhynards for a fuel pump hesitation and John in the service department knew right away what it was, he was on top of it right away. Less than 24 hours later I was back on the lake!!! Rhynards will get all of by business!! John is the man!!!
