Todays visit we went to purchase all new fishing equipment. We went in with very little knowledge as we havent been fishing since a young age. Awesome customer service!! We needed a replacement gas vent cap for our 2017 G3 boat. The cap was almost impossible to find. Kathy went above and beyond to find the cap. She took the time to research the part, find the manufacture and contacted several of her vendors. We had the part within 24 hours. Greenville Marine is the only place I would recommended to buy a boat and for all your boating needs!! We bought our boat in 2017 from Greenville Marine and have been happy ever since. First off I want to say that I went to yalls competitor to get my bow worked on in Kinston and the guy made a mess of it. So I took it to Johnathan at yalls place and he fixed everything on my bow and got it paper tuned for me to. Thank you Johnathan for the good job and the good work ethic!! My family has been coming here for a long time because if there is something wrong with your boat, they can fix and theyll do a good job and do it right. That matters when you are on the water. They can also find and recommend the boat parts you may need.

I just bought the smallest, least expensive Yamaha outboard motor here and was treated with the concern and courtesy as if I was purchasing their most expensive product. From the man in the parts department who stepped in to help me when everyone else was busy, to the mechanic who showed me how to operate the motor, to the woman who did the paperwork I was treated very well. But special recognition goes to Sales Manager Mack Cahoon for his professional approach. I would recommend anyone with boating needs give Greenville Marine a visit.

Boat sat on the lot for 8 weeks and then decided not to work on it. To much work to change roller on trailer to skids. Could have said that 8 weeks before.

Purchased a used bow and took it to John to get it setup. Put new strings on it, set my peep and kisser button and now its shooting smoother and stacking arrows at 30 yards. Great service and good people.

Bought a new 2018 19 May-Craft. Was super excited and I was trying to spread my business around and decided to deal with a hometown dealership. (had other options)Anne the owner is good, Jonathan (sales) was responsive at the beginning....but then the issues began....after the check clearedJust one example of the three trips back:Had to bring the boat back from Wilmington due to several issues with rigging/starting.... after the repairs, Kathy Varnell in accounting/billing was unreasonable and super rude to me in front of customers while discussing an outrageous service bill 2 weeks after I got the boat.. I was charged additional $550.00 for service needed to simply start and run the boat properly. BRAND NEW BOAT folks....and would not run properly and this was due to rigging as stated by May-Craft themselves!Kathy was 100% unprofessional to a customer that just spent 33k and for that I will never buy from Greenville Marine again. I agree that the customer is not always right, but in this case, the company was 100% in the wrong and wanted to profit from their mistake. UNACCEPTABLE.When people compliment my boat, I make it a point to warn people about my experience with Greenville Marine and Kathy. Buying a boat is super stressful, but having to return and be treated like garbage then spend another $550.00 will outright kill your confidence.Overall, I will shop somewhere else for ALL of my boating needs. Too many issues to list here and too many good dealerships in this great state to accept being mistreated after the check clears.Good luck and hope that Greenville Marine can do better in future.Collins is your go to for May Craft sales and service! message me if I can help answer questions. Bought a 36000 dollar boat from here and asked that a power pole be installed on it.they said they would order this power pole and never did after lying to me on several calls saying they were waiting for brackets it was on back order and then finally admitted they never ordered it at all.I had a better deal elsewhere but wanted to give the hometown company my business which now looks to be a mistake.i will probably take it somewhere else for service needs.not very happy with this deal at all.These people get your money and then they are done with you.Dont believe nothing they tell you.
