A horrible company! Purchased an H3 hummer from them that stopped running within the first week! Kept cutting on and off, air stopped working, and and vehicle started smoking. In under 30 days the car was brought back a total of 15 times. We were given a written credit for $1,500 and now the manager says that he didn’t write that even though it was signed by him! They also have put the truck up for sale again with no repairs just moved it from one lot to another. When calling to speak to him he hung up in my face multiple times and said “get a life” and “go sue him”

Do not buy here we got a truck from there and drove it home called back the same day to let them know that it was leaking oil. They told me to callback. We called back and they kept telling us to keep calling back. We took the truck to a mechanic and he told us the truck was basically junk it would cost more money than what the truck is worth to fix it. Stay away from this place!

The best service is given here. The employees are kind and funny they take their time to help you with anything you want. The owner tries his best to meet your requirements and he shifts the price around to get you what you want, he made me feel happy and confident about the car I wanted. The cars are all a different variety of cars and prices so I could pick out the one that suited me best. They took care of any kind of problems the car had before I drove off with it. They asked me if I wanted the oil changed, a paint job, they washed the car when I asked before I left and anything else that I was concerned about. If I ever need a car I would only come back to ABU Auto Sales and my kids will be getting their cars from here as well. Great service. Thank you for all your help.

When I first went to a b u Auto sales I was supposed to be getting a Ford fusion and they put me in a different Ford fusion because the original Ford fusion that we had that we were getting was not drivable the mechanic that was there I dont really call him a mechanic because hes not a mechanic he stole my belongings out of my car and then theyre trying to make us pay extra money on top of paying for a rental for a mistake that he caused these people would do you wrong and dont care about it and repossession your car back I advise anyone and I mean everyone to stay away from this place because they will give you a lemon and try to make you fix it and then dont even give you a discount on your monthly payments so please the Easley bridge Abu Auto sales location stay away from cuz those people are bad business and theyre nasty with their customers

Just got a 2004 Chevy avalanche a month ago. The insurance company dropped my collision because they say the title is branded. Abu tells me the title is clean but no insurance company will put collision on it. I feel I got ripped off for a down payment.

This is the worst car dealership in the WORLD. Do not purchase a car from here buyers beware. The first car I got there was a dodge charger the second day of me having it the transmission went out.Then they had me to put $300 dollars more down to get another car off there lot which was a chrysler 300 it only worked for 3 months and find out it had sludge in the engine and they still wanted me to make payments on it along with paying for it to be repaired. I told the rude owner they can have that junk and went to a real car lot dick smith and bought a new nissan maxima. There cars look good but are not durable to drive the name should be called Look Good Cars Only because they are truly a joke!!!

This isn’t worth my one star review.. only had the car for two weeks called me once after one day being late and they took my car.. wouldn’t let my husband get my child’s things out of the car.. I wouldnt even give them a star rating at all... This is the worst dealership that Ive ever been too.. They deserve No rating at all. I went there with $1500 cash to get a car so I drive all the way there from Columbia Sc to Greenville Sc where they are located to test drive a car (2005 Chrysler 300) that started smoking while I was driving it. Asked them to fix it and they said that I have to put down a deposit for them to fix it. I argue them up and down about fixing the car before I give them any of my money. All there cars are in poor condition and with high mileage, they have crackheads as mechanics this is a sad dealership they need to be shut down

Had to let car go because with insurance was costing my husband and i almost 800.00 a month all together because of their deductable rules, new baby on the way we needed something way more cheaper. Estefani from Laurens road branch asked if we had any intentions on keeping the car i explained to her that no it was way to much for us at the time, & she hung up on me. My husband and I have never been late or short on our payments since we got the car despite the situation until just a month and half ago. Not to mention when i first signed for the car i brought to their attention that the battery had died on me and needed to be jumped off from thier maintenance man to even get back to the branch. Also told them that the cam shafts sensors were bad as well and wouldnt purchase car until New battery and cam shaft were fixed. Maintenance man had the car for an hour i checked it engine light went off, bought the car, 12 minutes into my drive home low and behold engine light reappears! Will never ever go back to them! Worst mistake of my life!!! They are con artists!

This place is ran by a bunch of crooks! They took advantage of an 18yr old girl who was buying a car for the first time. Sold her a 2005 jeep cherokee with a messed up transmission. Had the car 3 hours and has been sitting in her driveway ever since. Will not do anything to hrlp her. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM THESE CROOKS!!!!!!!!!

Bought a 2008 charger from the Easley Brideg Rd lot about 3 months ago. there was a thing or 2 that i didnt like about the car but the staff assuered me it would be taken care of, by the time i was done with my paperwork my car was done. they fixed excatly what they said they would. the car was checked out by a certified mechanic and has no issues, to this day it starts and drives great. staff was very friendly and helped me out when i was in need of help. thank you

I am a college student that purchased my first car or better yet piece of junk from ABU Auto Sales on Laurens Road in Greenville, SC and within a few hours the car broke down. I called these people numerous times and sent them an email within the first twenty-four hours after purchasing the car, but they did not do anything to help me. In fact, they said I never tried to get in contact with them when in fact I did and that I needed to bring them more money. Why should I give them more money for a car that has been broken down for five days out of the six days I had it? Why would I give them money for their lack of help and unprofessionalism? Signed agreement or not I am not given them any more of my hard earned money.These people talk a good game and are all smiles until they have you sign a bunch of papers and take your money. These people are unprofessional, liars, and thieves and if I cannot get my money back, I want to make people aware of this place.By the way, I gave them their piece of junk back after several neighbors, co-workers, and relatives helped me get it started. The crazy thing about this ordeal is that they made me feel like I did something wrong and that I was lying. I have no reason to lie about anything especially when I was desperate for a car and money was involved.Also, I have taken my business to a professional and replicable dealership and will have my dream car in a few weeks. I must express these people took my joy for a minute, but I soon realized they would not amount to anything thanks to the God I serve. Sales staff have no etiquette, and manners, they remind me of when I worked in Opa-Locka, Florida (e.g. The Ghetto). The cars available here are in poor condition, and ridiculously over priced. For example a SUV, with body damage, large amounts of rust under the chassis, leaking exhaust manifold, and dirty interior was commanding a down payment of $2,500 with payments of $338 for 36 months; do the math, thats nearly $15,000 before you add taxes. This SUV would market retail for no more than $5,000 in its condition.

Great used car dealership

These guys are the biggest crooks out there. After paying our deposit, a month later demands we pay another deposit and threatens to have us sent to jail if we dont. There were multiple problems with the car which they agreed to fix but after taking it in three times to get it fixed, it still was not fixed. We basically gave up at that point and returned the car and wasted our money.

The worst experience you could ever go through dealing with an auto dealer. This shouldnt be a rating for this..these people are liars,money hungry and needs to go out of business. A place like this should be banned to the public. I will ever never purchase another car from them....ever.

Worst place ever lost out on over$2400 went to court and the judge overlooked all my evidence never go there car motor locked down after a month stole my money and ran but there is a God.
