After reaching out to 5 different Mazda dealerships and getting less than stellar responses and customer service, I reached out to Bradshaw. I was a little hesitant at first, because they are located 7 hours from my home, but Bradshaw had the car I wanted. I am so glad I made the inquiry. I inquired about the car late one night and early the next morning I received a call from Darius. Within 20 minutes we had made the deal, I placed a deposit, submitted my credit app and booked a one way flight to pick up my car early the following week. I arrived at the dealership and in less than an hour I was in my new car and on my way home to Kentucky. This is how the process should go to purchase a new car. The experience outstanding, customer service top notch and staff beyond accommodating and friendly. Thank you Bradshaw Mazda for a wonderful, and painless, new car buying experience!!!! I highly recommend Bradshaw and will be looking to them in the future for my next new car.
I am grateful that they seem to have fixed the issue in my CX30, but I didnt give 5 stars because the loaner I got was fine, but as I was driving a rock hit the windshield... My insurance was used, and unfortunately I have to pay a hefty deductible... if I had my car, this wouldnt have happened, so something that was under warranty ended up costing me a lot 😥. I have NEVER had to give my insurance information for a loaner from a dealership when they keep my car to fix an issue...
Getting scheduled for the airbag recall issue went smoothly but we noticed after we got the car home the airbag light was flashing. We called the dealer and the only opening they had this week was the next day at 3 but we told them we couldn’t get there until 4 but they said they would not be able to accommodate 4:00 so we would have to wait until next week. They also said to be careful because when it is flashes that means the airbag is not working and they may not have hooked the wires up properly. I feel since they caused the issue during the recall work that they should fit me in immediately and not have me driving a car with the airbag not working while I wait for an opening.
I bought my CX-30 2020 from them last year and they were so nice and not the pushy car salespeople I’m used to which was a breath of fresh air. They laid out all the facts and let me make my decision on top of giving me a great price. A year and a half later, I’m still obsessed with my car!On top of all that, I’ve used there services since I purchased my car. I was hesitant because another dealership tried to take advantage of me when there was nothing wrong with my car, but took the chance with Bradshaw Mazda since it was close to my house. They have always been great. They even fit me in last minute to service my car before I made the long drive to Pittsburgh. They also have reasonable prices. Everyone who has helped me at Bradshaw Mazda was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend!! Hands down, the best dealership I have used.

Went in for diagnostics. Cal was great, took care of me and the car wonderfully and was able to confirm the issues that I was concerned about.Ordered the parts and will take it in next week for service. Paid $198.00 for having 2 issues checked. However, I found that that diagnostic fee does not apply to the upcoming service which will be close to $1,000.00. This is a lot of money and I have to get these fixed. I dont come here often but the place I normally go to could not diagnose my problem so I came here. It would be great if the diagnostic fee was put towards the service since I am having the service done there. In the past most places I have gone to put the diagnostic fee towards the price of the repair. I do think the service department here is very thorough but cost is an issue for me.
I went in for a tire rotation. And I was gracefully greeted by Kal. He is by far the nicest and coolest Mazda representative I have ever met! He suggested that after 50,000 miles I should have my fuel injectors examined.An this kind gentleman showed me how fuel ⛽️ injection operates with handheld models. Teaching me how this engine system operates, and that transmission issues cannot be discovered from regular system checks.So, I noticed way before the day of that appointment in the past that my engine did seem to very rarely decrease in speed. But it only lasted for like 2 seconds. I was sick the day of my tire rotation appointment, so I didn’t think 💭 of what Kal just taught me until yesterday when it happened again!The work for fuel injector repair ranges from $690-$1000+ dollars to replace. So thanks again Kal with Bradshaw Mazda for sharing your knowledge buddy!

We had a great experience at Bradshaw Mazda. After not being able to negotiate a deal with any of the Atlanta area Mazda dealers I talked to David Haitz at Bradshaw Mazda late Friday evening. David was very courteous and told me that he would have some numbers for me on Saturday morning. He promptly sent me a very competitive/reasonable offer around 9 am Saturday. We made the 2.5 hour drive and got to the dealership around 2 pm. By 4:00 pm we were in our NEW car. The whole experience was very smooth and great customer service all around. I would highly recommend David and the whole Bradshaw team to anyone looking for a car.

From the initial shopping visit to the returning one to buy a new CX5, the experience was good. Our sales Rep. Richard made it a no pressure thing. He acted the same the first time I visited as he did when I came back to buy. No crazy gimmicks or high pressure nonsense. Any dealership seems to twist arms and play number games to slide a customer up to and past the 1,000 dollar price point. Makes some sense considering staff costs, fixed and variable. But hurts as a consumer, gives a victimized feel and really hurts the bank.Bradshaw Mazda is actually a bit more reasonable. And actual attention placed on customer experience & satisfaction. A nice waiting room, free bottled water and coffee, tv, pretty comfy chairs. Other dealers should learn from Bradshaw.Also the staff shows an impressive balance of attentive customer service, vigilant of business processes, and proactive work effort.I dislike dealership service, I usually feel abused when leaving. But Bradshaw Mazda....I guess they are an actual exception.

I was on Laurens Rd looking to sell my pickup truck (market is ridiculous at the moment) and decided to pop in to Mazda and check out their cars. I wasnt quite ready to buy/trade yet as I was still exploring my options. Darius greeted me at the door and let me test drive 2 cars I wanted to see. Super friendly and professional with absolutely no pressure at all. I was very impressed as to me, this was Porsche levels of service (speaking from experience). I was also very impressed with the cars too, Mazda has come a long way! Well see what options I end up going with but I just had to leave a positive review.
My wife was in the market for a new car . It was the Saturday after Thanksgiving so we decided to cruise through a few lots. We drove through every dealership on Lauren’s and only two cars caught my wife’s attention. One was a red Toyota Corolla on the Toyota lot. The other was a red Mazda. We didn’t speak to anyone at the Toyota lot. At the Mazda Dealership we spoke with Darius. My wife test drove two cars and really liked the Mazda 6.I have to interject here that we despise car shopping. My wife’s past two cars were Kias. Kia has the worst sales process and will absolutely lie to your face during the process. This is why my wife was dead set against going to Kia.Now Darius was a good salesman. He was very professional. We went in and talked numbers. After just a few minutes of negotiations we came to an agreement. They were busy that day so it took a few minutes to get into the finance office to sign the paperwork. Darius had the car cleaned up with a full tank of gas and walked my wife through all the features. It was the best experience we have had at a dealership.
On 08/07/2021, I came up here with no intentions of getting a car, But David H. changed my whole perspective! He allowed me to test drive my 2016 Dodge Challenger SXT while he chilled in the backseat Lol! He was the best, he worked and updated me the during the whole financial process. Last month, I purchased a new CX-9. I love the car and the experience was painless. I new exactly what I wanted and the the nice sales person showed me as many cars I wanted to see and he was very knowledgeable on the Mazdas. I was not pressured. A week later, I went back to Bradshaw and out the door in 1.5 hours with new car. The loan process was very easy and a great rate. No regrets.

They went above and beyond what I expected for an As Is vehicle purchase. The car didnt want to start within 10 days of purchase, they promptly got my car into the shop, offered a loaner car, and had my car back in 2 days.PS. My sales guy was actually from the a different Bradshaw dealer yet he was able to help me with my purchase at the Bradshaw Mazda. This was super awesome, bc it was less stress having multiple sales people to discuss my situation and a deal. I do recommend Bradshaw to everyone!
The service was great here! They greeted me warmly as I walked in. I chose to wait in the comfortable waiting room where they have coffee bar, snacks, and water all free. The oil change was quick and thorough. Rotated my tires. They also checked the car for some places that need fixing in the future and have me a list which is great. I asked questions about this and Jeff explained to me the details. I am pleased with his service and overall!

Honestly I wish I could give a 5 star. If I was rating ONLY my salesperson this WOULD be a 5 star. Richard is who you want to see if your hunting for a car wether new or used. His knowledge is on point and he holds true to his words! Not your typical sales person by far, hes fantastic!Now, heres why Im rating the dealership a 4... And Im being generous with that. I financed my car, no problems, was able to negotiate from ABOVE market value for a used car to the high end of market value.... Step in problems... I go to pickup my car .. it had not been detailed, it had been poorly washed and thats being polite and practically an empty tank. Just plan poor sales management etiquette. Please do buy from Bradshaw Mazda, please see Richard hed be glad to help any way he can. Just watch out for what your expectations are when you pick up your car. Have them actually put the work in that your paying for.

Zero Stars!! Buyers beware! My husband and I swing by this past Saturday to take a look at a vehicle they had for sale. The vehicle had not been serviced yet, as they had just received it. Since it hadnt been serviced yet, we were unable to take it for a test drive. We liked the vehicle and Adam Rainwater (Sales Manager) said we can make a Gentlemans Handshake and they would take it off the market while we got it financed (we wanted to use Founders) and that would give them time to service the vehicle on Monday. Then we could test drive it and finalize everything and was given the Buyer order I even offered a deposit to hold the vehicle and he said nope thats not required. We get the financing done and call Adam at 2pm today, only to be told the vehicle had been sold. You do not run someones credit and tell us to come back Monday then sale the vehicle you said was ours!DO WHAT - does your word mean anything. Adam made us run our credit, which drops your credit score, only to be told the vehicle has been sold. I hope you go home and are very proud of the unprofessional morals you have displayed. Do not trust anything he may tell you! Doesnt honor his word and I even contacted our salesman who was had to be blindsided as well! I recommend that you find a another dealership who will do the customers right, not waste time, and mess with your credit!! Then my husband Calls Adam because Yes we are very upset and he says man your really upset about this then hangs up on him! Well sir wouldnt you be upset as well???

I called the service department today, in a panic, because the key fob for my Mazada 3 wasnt working...even after having new battery put in it. Cal answered the phone and walked me through some things to check. I did end up needing a new car battery but I was so worried it was something really bad. Cal was kind and patient and you just dont find that at most places! When its time to replace my current Mazda, my purchase will be from Bradshaw!
