I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment, not a big deal. The problem was my appointment day. I dropped off my car on time at 10am and took the shuttle where I needed to go. The shuttle driver was very nice and kind. I understood that I would get a call to let me know when my service was complete, which I did not. I called the service department at 1:45 to follow up and was told that my car had not yet been serviced. I questioned as to why and was told that people waiting get priority. This makes no sense at all when an appointment has been scheduled. I let the service tech know that I had to pick my kids up from school and need by car ready by 2:30. I arrived back to the dealership at 2:30, and my car as still being serviced. I had to wait about 15 more minutes to get it. My husband had to leave work to pick up my kids from school since my car was not ready. This was very disappointing and not at all convenient. It seems as though the dealership values peoples money more than their time, which can not be given back. I would not come back to the service department, except that I bought my car there in April and must continue service there for my warranty coverage to remain valid.

I must admit that Greenville Nissan is much more efficient then they were when the pandemic started. My service appointment was a joy! As always, they try to get you to trade in your old vehicle. Now, instead of pressuring you to fix the laundry list of things they find wrong while you are there, they fix just what you bring the car in for, and let you take the list of problems home to consider for the next time you bring the vehicle in. Staff is very courteous. I have been dealing with this dealership for over 20 years. My 2001 Frontier is still on the road (sold to a friend). Both kids own a Versa. Good brand, great dealership.

Mr. Tim Murray and Ms. M. Vega worked with me in my first visit there. It was an awesome experience for me. It has been a rough year for me and I needed a new SUV to accommodate a recent knee surgery. Mr. Tim went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and was satisfied. I had to wait for a period of time, but they made sure I was okay in the process and I appreciated that. They both where very pleasant and kind. I have thought about trading up to a new car for awhile and my sales rep kept up with me in order to let me know when a good opportunity came. When I went in, she already had a car picked out and waiting to test drive based on what I said I wanted. The monthly payment was a little more than I thought I could handle but we were able to work it out. She showed me all the features and I fell in love with this car. I am so glad I gave it a chance and followed through.

The salesman was easy enough to work with and allowed us to test drive the vehicle without him being there. The car was ready for us when we arrived for our appointment and we didnt have to wait. He handed us the keys and let us go. That was the best part of the experience. Everything else after the test drive left a lot to be desired.We noticed a broken seat latch that we requested be fixed when we purchased the vehicle. We requested a reduction in price and they countered with replacing the broken part for us. I didnt see a problem with that, so we purchased the vehicle. That was 3 months ago.I followed up on multiple occasions with the dealership only to be told that there is no record of the part needing to be replaced. The maintenance department has no record of it. The managers dont want to honor the agreement they signed and im done fighting to get a hundred dollar part fixed with a dealer than clearly doesnt care very much about their customers. Beware their negotiation tactics. If they tell you theyll fix something dont fall for it. Get a reduced price and fix it yourself. This will be the last car I buy from them.

I was met at my truck by Alex, he listened when I told him why I was there, then he explained what my truck needed because of the miles it had. He showed me the engine filter so I decided to have the filters changed as well as the oil and had my tires rotated. I left the truck and he texted me to let me know how everything was going and when it was ready. When I returned for my truck he went and got the truck while I paid the bill. Alex was very helpful and I hope he will be my service agent next time as well.

I was disappointed that my 71 year old mother waited 4.5 hours to get a safety recall completed after being told when scheduling the appointment that it would take 1 to 1.5 hours. While waiting, no one came out to provide her with an update or status. Luckily it was my kind mom who is non-confrontational that took the vehicle in for the recall and not me as it would not have gone the same way.

I walked in just browsing, was asked to be left alone, kudos on them for doing that, but I see a group of employees which I believed to be managers, drinking alcohol! I couldnt believe that a place of business, claiming to be professionals, kicking back taking shots! Oh and they have marked up their prices on the new vehicles! Up to 3k more and the excuse was, supply and demand. There is a difference between supply and demand and price gouging! Going back to Bob Barbour, at least those guys are true professionals

Only problem that Im having is the wait time. Appointment was @ 10:30 am didnt Leave there until 12:10 noon and 5 minutes of that time went to service desk to ask how longer will it be. I was there for an oil change and tires rotation. It takes no more than 30 minutes to do those two things, Unless something major happens. Plus maintenance info was never reset after oil change.

Jake in the service department was awesome. My Nissan needed an new transmission. He was beyond polite and knowledgeable. My experience with Nissan of Greenville was incredible! After weeks of car shopping and being brushed off my other dealerships, I was discouraged and started looking at other brands of cars. I was overwhelmed and frustrated with this being my first car purchcase. This was not the case what so ever at Nissan and Greenville. Brandon and Christopher worked with me on exactly what I was looking for, were friendly and made me feel at ease, and even stayed after hours until 9:00 PM. We finally ended up at Greenville Nissan. I had a bad experience with these people a few years back, but my husband said “let’s give it a try”. What should have been a two day, simple repair turned into a week long drama. They initially tried to upcharge on labor for an additional part that wasnt even quoted in the initial diagnostic and then blatantly lied to us about why the additional labor charge was needed. We called them out on it & they reduced the labor by one hour. Then I was just left hanging for a week with no vehicle. No offer of a loaner was extended at any time (or even an explanation of why they might not offer one anymore, which they have in the past). I didnt receive a call or any updates from the dealership for 5 days, so we finally reached out to them to check the status.They initially offered me a free car wash for all of my trouble....ummm, no thanks. What used to be a wonderful dealership with great service has now hit the bottom of the barrel. Sad.Eventually, their service manager did call (after we requested to speak to the owner) to try to explain things and smooth things over. While we appreciated the effort, a phone call does not negate the negative experience, the poor customer service prior to the call, or the lies to justify an upcharge by the service department staff. There were many excuses made about changes in the automotive industry and some blame was also placed on Covid. All in all, a totally unsatisfactory experience compared to past visits and we will certainly be taking our business elsewhere.

Do NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE! This place is a rip off and you would do better going to see someone at a buy here pay here lot when it comes to quality. They DO NOT inspect the cars and will just put them on the lot. If you do decide to purchase with them, take the car to your trusted mechanic to look over first. Every since Jay (sales manager) left, this place has went down hill and the quality has gone with it. We were sold a complete lemon and they took no responsibility for not standing behind their car and the lack of inspection. Went back to check on a van for my mother and they actual door was leaking which made the roof soaked around the door. They never fixed it and sold it as is. My friends grandmother went there and they sold her a car with 4 bald tires. They took advantage of her and they will NEVER have my business again. The sales manager and general manager are awful people and this place should NOT sell used cars until they get their act together.

My visit was more than year prior to review. While out of town went and had oil changed and cabin filter replaced which they recommended. Shortly after started having issues with a/c.. ( car was only at 33,000 mi ) Months later air went out completely, so when I had the air compressor changed at my normal Nissan Dealer. They also recommended Cabin Filter be changed. I advise it had previously been changed, and to my surprise they showed me that the original cab filter was still in vehicle, the very filter that comes pre-installed brand new. Charged for services not rendered. Will not return please check behind your mechanic when having services done. Makes me wonder about my A/C issues that randomly started

I when to get a key made, get the old key reprogrammed, and the car program because my car would lock when I get out while the key was inside and it don’t suppose too...The first day which was the day of my appointment they made the key but said the push start wasn’t working. Well it was working before I came there. So they said they didn’t know what was going on and had to keep my car until tomorrow.. then it ended up being almost 600... they didn’t offer a rental or anything for having to keep my car a extra day while they figure out what happen and why the push start wasn’t working...This wasn’t my first time dealing with Nissan.. few years I got a transmission put in and I wasn’t too have with that experience either...I’ll never purchase another Nissan either!!!

I needed a routine oil change. I live out of town, and I was past due for one. I called to see if I could get an appointment, they were booked till mid October. I was speaking with Greg, he advised if I could have it there and leave it when they opened at 730, 6/26/2020, and ask for him, then he could get to it that day. He also advised his shuttle would provided if needed. I was so Happy! Greg kept me in the loop, on every aspect, also what else needed to be done. The most important part in our many conversations was, he could not stress enough on how much he was there for ME!, Not to get my money, but to provide the best services, with good prices. Once there to pick it up, he assisted me, and we talked as if we were old friends. Greg said I made his day, but he made mine more! You guys are lucky to have Greg came aboard. Promise to put back seat in husbands titan when we bought truck...waited 6 months for seat to come in..then seat wouldnt work so they put a black backseat in when his front seats are beige. Horrible! I bought a car the end of December transferred my license plate now today I receive a new license plate and have no idea why. We will NEVER give them our business again nor recommend them. My car battery died an hour before I had to go to work. I had a friend give me a jump and dropped my car off at Greenville Nissan. Greg was SO helpful and I was off to work early after leaving it with him! It was done before I was even off of work and he had one of his colleagues drop my key off to me at work! Exceptional customer service!
