My husband and I first came here to Doug Henry just looking for a vehicle and Anthony greeted us with a warm welcome and assured us he would help us find something since we didn’t see anything that day. A week later Anthony called with new options but they did not fit what we needed. He said he would try again. About a week later he called back with another option and my husband and I let it slip through our fingers. Because of Anthony’s persistent and awesome personality we went back to see Anthony and he helped us find the perfect vehicle for us! Check him out when you go there he is faithful in what he does.
Best service ever!! I had one of those unique situations after purchasing my car from Doug Henry Greenville and I can honestly say I was pleased with how the situation was handled. Anthony was friendly and very helpful when I first went there to inquire about the car. He listened, provide the information I needed and I was able to get what I wanted at the end of the day. One of the better car buying experiences I’ve had, I had called several other dealerships trying to inquire information about vehicles and was told they would call back but never did. I called and spoke with mike on Friday about a GMC Terrain SLE unfortunately that was not on the Greenville lot but he immediately advised me of a similar vehicle GMC Terrain SLT that was on the lot. The next day I went to look at it. After looking it over we made the deal. When I informed mike that the brakes on the rear were worn more than the front he agreed to make it right. After driving the vehicle for a few weeks waiting for a time to get the brake work done I noticed a slight radiator leak. (I still had the paper tag on the vehicle) I called mike and explain the problem. I told mike that I would provide the part if he would cover the labor. He agreed repairs were done and I couldn’t be happier.
Best ever! After I was done very wrong by Crown Dodge in Fayetteville, I was skeptical of all dealerships but had drove across the state to see family and needed to leave with another vehicle.I hit the jackpot with Doug Henry. From the first call, to the end of the sale, everyone there was amazing and I can be hard to please. The Manager Mike was amazing, the salesman Andrew Campbell was informative and helped without pressuring us, the financial guy I believe named Tristan was personable and made sure we got the best deal on our financing. Even the guys working in the garage and detail were outstanding, ensuring the truck was in good shape and even dryed it off after the rainstorm and were so nice. Wow!!! 10 star customer service with everyone there and we even had a toddler and noone made us feel bad for having a baby in there and called her by name when we left.Dont worry, we know plenty of people who will all be sent there. The honesty, integrity, and all over experience even impressed this woman and it takes alot.Give them a chance and you wont regret it!!! Jasper Swain of Doug Henry in Greenville NC, was the BEST hands down. He didn’t try to push a vehicle on us that was unaffordable. He was patient, kind and also he made sure I got my PERFECT fit. Although, the Sales Manager could use some communication skills. As far as the way he speaks to customers, everything else was great! Jasper really needs a raise!

One of the worst experiences of attempting to purchase a vehicle I have ever experienced!!! We were told on one day that we would be given 11,500 for our trade in which the offer would be good for 14 days, the very next day we go back to test drive a car and the manager suddenly changes the trade in amount to 6,000 dollars and blames the salesperson. Stating “ well I don’t know why he gave you that price” not to mention the manger is the one who had driven our vehicle the day prior and spoke with the salesperson about the offer. It was just lie after lie and every time we would address the lie he would become rude. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. A bunch a fast talking crooks ( my opinion) except for Jasper but he wasn’t there today, unfortunately. Did not honor a trade in value that we were given on an appraisal in black and white the day before!! Waste of an entire day!! Never again Doug Henry Of Greenville!!!!

What a wonderful experience, the salespersons are very nice and upfront. Im going to have to go back to upgrade my car/SUV in the very near future. Didnt find what I need just yet; but Im sure Frank (the salesperson), knowing my criteria is going to find exactly what I need. He did a great job today. Five stars plus.
A bunch of crooks. After telling me everything was good and all I had to do was come in they changed everything. I told them upfront how much money I had to put down which was 500.00. Once I sat there for 2 hrs they tell me all they needed was a check for 4000.00. They also said my car was worth 500.00 even though i just had it appraised for 1900. Also saw the boss and a salesman get into a screaming match.

Not happy with this place at all I traded my Toyota Camry with only 5000 miles for a beautiful truck! But boy did I not know that truck they sold me had a million problems! I have had my truck one year and in that year transmission has been fixed twice motor once fuel pump replaced and so much more! On top of transmission being fixed twice I am now waiting to find out if my transmission is gone again! I hate the way they do business and I have turned them into BBB and I have put a complaint out! Very angry with this place! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them

Originally went to look at at truck, and was concerned about the warranty. Thought about it some and received a call back from the salesman asking if I was still interested and that the deal was still good. Contacted Ray at the dealership, and let him know I found an extended warranty available through Ford for approximately $1400, and if he was willing to go half on me and lower the price by $600 that he had given me on paper, that I would be willing to buy the truck. He came back saying that he could do better, and offered me an extended warranty for over $4000, saying his warranty was better. When I told him that I was not interested in paying that much for the extended warranty and offered to simply buy the truck and buy it on my own, he informed me that he would no longer sell me the truck at the price agreed upon on paper, and that I would have to pay an additional $3000 for the truck.What a bait/switch. Terrible salesmanship, and quite a pain to work with. I would not recommend going to this dealership for anything.On a side note, the whole place seemed sketchy and out of date, there were ants crawling all over the floor, desk, chairs and even my legs at one point. Chairs were deteriorated/falling apart and not very comfortable.Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere :)

I had the worst experience at Doug Henry ! I had went in there to look at a white 08 suburban . A man Mark came out to assist us and was completely intoxicated smelling of complete alcohol at 3pm on a Saturday. His attitude was obnoxious and inappropriate. The suburban that I went to purchase was an 08 being sold in excellent condition . The tire sensor light was on, the service suspension notice was on the dash and the back console where the ac/heat are controlled was broken. When I asked them to fix and make the repairs, the sales manager Chip said they weren’t making any money on the deal so they couldn’t make the repairs. Chip then tried fraudulently sell us an extended warranty to make the repairs on the vehicle ourselves . While we were working on numbers and the deal, Mark the drunk salesman barged in the finance office and then requested my fiancé to help him fight someone on the sales floor. This dealership is a joke and Doug Henry should me ashamed of himself calling that a dealership when it’s in fact a circus ! Needless to say we purchased a suburban from Medlin Chevy instead!
Decided to go car shopping and stopped at Doug Henry. Sales manager did not want to let me go after I told salesman I rather wait. He then told me “I was worked out” on a vehicle and switched me to about 3 different vehicles before I said enough is enough. While waiting I experienced a drunk salesman get into a heated argument with manager. Sales manager John has no respect for people at all blurts out all your personal information out loud (SSN,CREDIT SITUATION and all) and very disrespectful I wouldn’t recommend going here at all very unprofessional

My dad bought a car.. I was just along for support and their transportation there. The guy came in on his day off bc he had been working via emails etc with my dad to get him a new car. This was my dads only available day. Great service, very friendly and can defiantly make you a great deal.
Test drove a vehicle today. After the drive, we approached the salesman and expressed some concerns about the vehicle. Worn tires, an odd vibration when turning left, there was also an odd engine tick that I wasnt even able to bring up because I was interrupted before I could finish. I was bluntly told the price was firm. Did not even take my number and offer to find something else, Ray obviously didnt need the business. If you look at the 17 expedition, beware. They are 2k higher than everyone else and offer no warranty. It has some issues. Its one thing to be told no, but this gave off more of a no and go screw yourself vibe. Go somewhere else. Ended the day purchasing what we were looking for from bill clough ford in Windsor. Very friendly folks!
Great experience .. I needed a new car went in with my mother .. The service was great and friendly .. The sales man We got named Nick Francis, did a great job n explain everything we needed to know. Put us in a nice 2014 affordable car with not a lot of miles, runs great good as new couldnt be happier. Even got to take it home that same night. Thanks Doug Henry!
Their ads are extremely deceptive, always marketing as the ad being a “winner” when in reality your odds are extremely low. Not to mention the condescending attitude. Avoid at all costs.
Was not expecting the miracle that Brad, the finance manager, performed!! I walked in & spoke w/Gee, the salesman. He guided me to Brad, and then to Mr. Booger😊! It wasan awesome experience!!! See Gee, he will guide you to a miracle!!

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!I talked to Ross on the phone today. I told him what was going on as far as the bank and me making a down payment. He told me good that he had a good verity and a few choices that I could choose. When I got there, I thought I was going to be dealing with Ross but instead, I got Rob. There was not a lot cars on the lot. What they did have was nice. It took them bout an hour to let me know anything. Then Rob told me to test drive a Chevy Curse because that would fit my situation. I did and I really liked it. Rob then told me to drive it to the front as if I was about to drive off with the Curse. I went back in and Ross said that I needed to put $2,500.00 down after I had already told him what I had. I wasted over 2 hours there just for that. By the time I left there I went across the street and found a car, the bank that I’m going through was closed so now I have to go back to Greenville (30 min. drive) for a 3rd time. Im not mad that because I didnt get a car from Doug Henry. Im mad because I was lied to just so I would go there.
Cant say enough about the great service we received from Nick, Mike and the rest of the gang at Doug Henry of Greenville when we bought a new truck a few weeks ago. We were there late on a Friday evening so the sale kept everyone there beyond closing time but we never felt like they were rushing us along so they could go home. Nick had to go out in the pouring rain to put the tag on the truck and he even did that with a smile. We love the new truck and are very happy with the deal we received.

We went to Greenville to look for a truck. We visited several dealerships, and were passing Doug Henry and decided to stop. They had a nice variety of trucks there. As we were looking, a salesman, Nick, came over to help us. He was very knowledgeable on all of them, and explained the options that each one had. He answered all of our questions and was very pleasant and professional. He was not pushy, yet very helpful in helping us make our choice. We decided on a beautiful Chevy Colorado, and we could not be more pleased! The buying process moved very quickly, and we went home with our truck in a very timely manner! We highly recommend that anyone in the market for a vehicle to stop in and talk to Nick. We definately will go back to this Doug Henry dealership again!

The type of rudeness & racist looks my family & I recieved the moment we walked through the door today was out of this world. Absolutely none of the staff greeted nor even welcomed us, they all just looked at us like they were completely crazy. I dont know if it was because of juneteenth day today or what, but they all acted very rude and unfriendly. Even the black salesman acted racist & uncle Tom-ish towards us, his own color. And to think that I was considering purschasing my second car from there today. Hell to the no, absolutely not, that type of rudeness when dealing with customers will NEVER get my money nor business.

Wouldnt recommend. Sold me a cavalier for way more than its worth, and the things constantly got something wrong with it. Cost me a lot of grief and money the past couple of years and Im stuck with it.
Unprofessional and deceptive internet listings. Website indicated that there were eight minivans available at this location. Upon arrival there were zero minivans. We were told that there were four located in the Kinston location approximately 40 minutes away so off we went to find out that there was one only available to see and drive. One in the shop awaiting work, and the others were at different Doug Henry locations.
Excellent people to deal with! Nick, Aaron, Mike, and Mr. Thompson were very helpful and attentive, and we never felt pressured. Nick, you have our respect and our recommendation to others. Only issue has been being very slow in transferring our tag, creating a Carfax misreport on mileage that Ive had to clear up.Since posting this service manager Mike has called and assured me that after extensive investigation, NCDMV dropped the ball. I appreciate the info and callback, guys! Would recommend to anyone.

They CHEATED ME!! DO NOT GO HERE!! They take advantage of women whom shop alone and I really wish I could give less than one star! The car was advertised online for $34,000 but my paperwork sais $34919. I went back to the dealership and advised of the mistake and the salesman and finance department was very empathetic and worked to correct the problem. The manager (Mike) however actually told me to my face that he cushioned the price for the bank and offered me free car washes in exchange for the $919. I told him thats information hes supposed to give me upfront and slip it on my paperwork. Not to mention I didnt need them to help me get financed because I was already preapproved through my bank. I declined and requested a check to be sent to the credit union or out to me to take to the credit union. He then offered me a $200 check for my inconvenience. I have left several messages with the GM Bill Wells out of the Goldsboro office and he has yet to return my phone calls. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I still have all of my paperwork and screenshots of the advertised price. All I want is the customer service they brag about. Dont waste your time...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Condense ding sales staff. To drop the price by a dollar they had to call Doug Henry himself is what they argued for two hours. I find it hard to believe that Doug oversees every single sale at everyone of his dealerships.If I am wrong and Doug does do everything at each of his dealerships tell him to give me a call and I will change my review.

Im not real happy about the stupid money carlo game marketing scheme they use to try to get people in. Thats definitely not a fair tactic, especially in a college town where kids are susceptible and really need the money they thought they won.
