Terrible place to buy a car. Good deal we thought! Wont fix anything just buy and sell. Dont hardly speak English and act as if they are to good to be around anyone. Lies about things constantly and denies any warranty work.

This car dealership is AWFUL. I purchased a car from them in May 2017 and have had nothing but problems since then. When I bought the car, I was told it came with a 90 day warranty that covered anything & a 2 year transmission warranty. Well, 2 weeks into having the car, it rained super hard. I got into the car to go to lunch and it was leaking everywhere! Water was coming in through the air vents in the back of the car and the inside of the roof was covered! I immediately called them and they told me they had no mechanic on site for another few weeks (the one they had quit) so I waited, never got a return call. 3 weeks passed, I called again, and same story- the new mechanic they had quit. This went on for months and by then my 90 day warranty had ran out but I had originally made the complaint well before that time, so I continued to call. Never any resolution until I told them I would not pay anything else.They had a man come pick up my car and said all would be fixed. It was down there a month before I had to call them- they never bothered to call me until my payment was due & realized they still had my car!! When I went to get it, I was given the run around yet again about me paying what I owed before they would let me have the car! I ended up paying because I needed a vehicle. When I got the car back, not only are the leaks worse, but they took the shocks off of the trunk leaving my trunk unusable (its an SUV) & the leaks - they now come out of the roof & run down the inside of the windshield, soak the inside of the roof, run down the sides of the doors, leave humongous puddles in the floor and you can hear the water sloshing around inside the top of the car. All these people do is lie and take your money. They swear they care about the customer, but they only care about their paycheck. They didnt fix my car at all, only made it worse and on top of all that, have charged my credit card without my approval twice!!

Sister went to see if they had another set of keys that she lost. They didnt but sent her to a key locksmith to get a key fob made.

My boyfriend got his car from here, and since his motor blew they were going to fix it. They told him he didn’t have to pay to get the motor repaired, now they are saying he owes $7,000-$8,000 for the repair. They told him the car was done, we drove two hours to get the car, only to be given the run around from place to place for the car not to be done. They are a rip off, do not get your car from here!!!!

I wish there was a way to leave a negative 20 stars. This is the worst place to go to. They are only nice when you seem interested in a car. I was looking for a car, ended up checking out THEIR cars (shouldnt have). Got talked wonders about one car that seems to be within my price range, with a $2000 down payment. That day I had to go to work so I told them that I would be back, on my day off. They told me I had to leave $500 so that they reserved the car for me. I asked if from that day to when I went back decided to not get it, would I get the money back, they assured me that I would. Went back on my day off a few days later and they told me the down payment was now $3000 then and the price of he car kept changing, the salesman said one thing and another lady there said the complete opposite. In the end the car went from being one price to being more, then less and then back up. I decided to NOT get the car and they immediately began to be rude. I asked for the money back for the down payment, they made me wait an hour for the owner to answer his phone, they then gave me a partial amount. They still owed me the rest, I was told that they would call me the next morning, which did not happen. I had to call them which of course they did not answer, nor the salesman or the actual dealership phone. I called from my co-workers phone and they immideatly answered. He said that he would call me back in an hour, DID NOT HAPPEN. I called him (didnt answer my number again) and he said that he was still talking to the owner, that he had already authorized the return but now they were waiting on a response to be able to direct deposit my money. LIES,LIES. I showed up the next morning which I didnt want to drive all the way down there because I live an hr and 20 min away but I had to get MY MONEY. when I got there I was told that I was not going to get my money back because of the time that was lost. THAT IS RIDICULOUS. I was very frustrated and had to tell him that I was going to get an attorney involved, until then I got it back.

Bought a car pros they are kool with certain situations but man I bought a honda acura and well I had already had problems with her theres many reasons why i didnt go back n complain I was in a desperat situation would I buy another car yes I just make sure its worth it N make sure it functions right

Super amazing selection! They will always try to help you with everything that they can and will make you feel like you always deserve the best quality. If there is something wrong with the car they will get it fixed as fast as possible.

They will steal your money. Most of the cars they have comes with issues. When you test the car will be fine. But wait a couple of days. They would say they are going to fix it if something happens to your car. But that is a lie. Once you sing up. All they care is about your money.

Love this dealership, I bought a 2013 Chevy camaro back in January. My camaro had low miles, low down payment and low monthly payments .

Awful customer service. They lack on honesty. Went to go pick up a car. They told us they were going to pull up around with the car...1 hour later they give us an adress to go pick up the car elsewhere. They could have been HONEST about where the car was at. On top of that we went to the given adress and waited another 30 minutes. Its ridiculous. Im just upset that they couldnt be honest. We have other things to do.

THE MOST DISHONEST CONFUSING UNORGANIZED CAR LOT EVER! Spoke with one sales person who stated a car would be $3500 down and $550 a month and asa I was ready to put down on the vehicle another sale person say they had to have $5000 down and a $1000 a month! Kept getting hung up on I would not recommend my dog to come here to purchase a vehicle!

The worst place you can buy a car at. My step father had bought a truck from here, and they gave him one price. They swear up and down the price wasnt going to change. It kept rising and rising, and they even told him that his down payment had disappeared. ---and yes he paid his bills on time. These people will steal your money right in front of you, like if its nothing!

El peor servicio que pueda aber el jueves se llevaron mi camioneta con todo y mis cosas dejaron sin comer a mí bebé de 8 meses porque ahí estaba todo igual estaba su cartera de mi esposa de la cual tomaron mil dólares no les recomiendo para nada ese diler al otro día que compre la camioneta se descompuso su mugre transmisión igual la suspención no servía para nada a mi en dos meses que adquiri el carro yo ya había invertido dos mil dólares hay venden pura chatarra aparte se liquidaba el agua en el techo 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😁😁😁
