The service at Greenville Toyota is superb. From the time you arrive on the lot and the salesperson noticed you, they give you a hearty welcome and try to accommodate your needs. The staff is very curtious, and the salespeople do not bombard you or overwhelm you with tactics to get you to purchase a vehicle. The customer service representative Mr. Walter carried my hybrid battery to my vehicle. Just another kind thoughtful gesture from the friendly staff at Greenville Toyota. Took our work truck to Greenville Toyota for a recall repair. I was well pleased with the service department! They ordered the needed parts, called me when they came in and worked around my schedule to get the repairs made...and got it done in way less time than I expected!

I took our car in for 20,000 mile service couple of weeks ago. We left it overnight and it was ready for pick up at 9AM. When I went to get it at 4:30PM, the keys could not be found. Mason, my service coordinator, was very apologetic and agreed to have a FOB overnighted to the dealership to replace the one that was lost. I brought the car back and waited about an hour to get it programmed to the new FOB. I appreciate the effort that was put forth to make things right with my experience!

Mac in Service was able to help get me an oil change last minute as a walk in. Turn around time was Much Faster than originally anticipated! Got the point inspection, accepted my coupon, informed me of brake needs and even helped get my keys out of my van after I locked them in!Will definitely use them again. 10 K service. Made my appointment online. When I arrived I was immediately met by a Service member. He directed me to Sabrina, my Service Writter. Sabrina quickly checked me in. Asked if there was anything else besides what was on my service list that they needed to check. The drop-off process couldnt have been any easier.My service was completed in an hour. Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Every department except for service hustled me. First Ian tried to hide a bunch of damage from me and got me out the door with a damaged vehicle. I threatened to post a bad review and Ian agreed to have the damage repaired. The very professional Rim Repair guy at RGX called to tell me that Ian was trying to get him to not fully repair the damage and lie to me about it. Then Gene in Finance/Warranty signed me up for a Warranty that I did not want or ask for without my permission and without discussing any warranty. The next day I went back and cancelled the warranty and he has lied every step of the way up to today to try to stall the process. The warranty is on my finance/car loan and after a MONTH he has still not provided Chase Car Loan with the information they need to cancel to fraudulently financed warranty. I have called repeatedly to attempt to speak with the Manager Sonny and he has not returned any of my attempts. This dealership is full of crooks and scammers. They are exactly what you should fear from crooked car salesmen and you should not trust a word they say. To this day, a month later, the manager has still not spoken to me or addressed any of the issues.

Thanks to Greenville Toyota Service Deptfor the excellent and professional service experience I received, recently!Late last Friday afternoon while in Greenville, an hour from home, the engine warning light came on in my 2014 Toyota 4Rumner. Not wanting to take any chances, I went to Greenville Toyota without an appointment. I explained my situation to Mr.Mason King, Assistant Service Mgr fully expecting to hear that since it was late Friday afternoon and they were very busy, that I could leave my vehicle and maybe it could be looked at Monday. Instead, Mr. King assured me that they would fit me in and take a look as to what was going on with my vehicle. I was very surprised and pleased but again I didnt expect to drive out of there and had contacted my husband to let him know he would probably need to come and pick me up. Around 5:30pm Mr..King came to me ( I was expecting bad news!) but again instead I heard very good news - I would be driving out of there before they closed at 6pm! He went on to explain the problem, it had been fixed and since it resulted from a recall repair there was no charge!Again, I cant thank Greenville Toyota Service Dept enough for their great service, professionalism and kindness.I had never been there before, didnt buy my vehicle from them and somewhat new to the area but I will definitely go back!

I have been treated with the upmost respect and not pressured into anything even with the car shortage that we have in todays market. Very disappointed in Greenville Toyota. In April we spent 5000.00 dollars having a Transmission replaced. Supposed to be a 1 year warranty. Yall failed to securely bolt the skid plate in. We saw it hanging down and carried it in and yall charged us 56.00 to put bolts in that should have been secured by yall in the first place! We were looking at getting a new Toyota in the next few months but you can believe it will not be from Greenville Toyota! We will carry our business elsewhere!

I gave a little higher of a rating than I’d want Mac was super gracious, polite, and accommodating when I called to schedule an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. He didn’t have any scheduled opening the rest of this week but I would be driving to Florida so wanted to make sure my vehicle was prepared for the road trip. He said I could drop it off and they would fit it in between scheduled vehicles. I was extremely grateful for his services.What I’m disappointed about is when they sent me the recommended work to be done on my car (which by the way is a wonderful method of texting a link then providing specific details). One of the recommendations was getting my cabin filter changed for $57 because it was in “fair condition”. How strange that a cabin filter I had just bought two days before for less than $25 and personally replaced in 2 minutes was already in “fair condition”! I have done business with Toyota of Greenville for 15 years; I felt like they have been professional, courteous, and took great care of my vehicles. So I expect honesty and integrity when getting my car serviced. I don’t mind paying a little extra for some things because of their great service, providing a shuttle when needed, etc. But I have lost my trust in their honesty when it comes to addition service jobs other than what’s complimentary. I hope this is rectified by upper management and is not the standard of Toyota of Greenville.

I was pleased and surprised that there were no suggestions for further service. The salesman who sold us the car was there. Greenville Toyota had just THE CAR wanted. They gave me TOP DOLLAR FOR MY TRADE IN, more than I thought I could ever get. Ed G. has been their top salesman for the last 6 years and I know why. He is very personable and professional. He was not pushy. He listened intently to what I said. Ed could back everything he promised with a 100,000 mile warranty ( my car still has almost 60,000 miles left on that warranty!) and free maintenance (oil changes and tire rotation) for as long as I own the vehicle! From the moment I drove in to Greenville Toyota every employee that I spoke to were exceedingly polite and helpful. They answered all my questions and I was able to work in the lounge while my car was being serviced.

I arrived on time for my 1:30 appointment and got in line. Twenty minutes later I got a text saying that my appointment had been changed to 2pm. I got out of my car to see what the problem was. The unmasked service manager came over, apologized and said service was slow because he had 12 people out with COVID. I didn’t feel safe being there since most of the people in the waiting room and staff were not masked. Had I known about the situation ahead of time I would have rescheduled my appointment.

I recently brought them a mysterious electronic problem in my Prius. They analyzed the situation, consulted Toyota engineering, and corrected the problem. My car runs perfectly. And they extended a loaner to me so they could take the time to perform a thorough complete repair - check, double check. The cost of the fix was a fraction of what I expected.
