As we researched new vehicles, we decided to look at the new Kia models and returned to the same dealership that we trusted 8 years ago. We met Adam Perez and we purchased the 2021 Kia Soul GT. Went in to get information on Kia Forte to only get there and the price was different from what it was online and when I asked the salesperson they did not know why and essentially said that the dealership does not run the website. The dealership added $3,000 to the initial cost by adding wheel locks, nitrogen-filled wheels, and who knows what else (because it wasnt listed explicitly on the car either) that probably not worth anywhere close to $3,000 worth of mark-ups. Also, the website did not mention an administration fee, nor its price, and when I asked the salesperson what the price would be they said they didnt know. An administration fee should be the same across the board whether a used or new car is being purchased, so for them to not have it posted and for the salesperson to not know it was very fishy. Additionally, when getting the most minimal breakdown of an out-the-door price document (only included: a selling price, doc fee, tax, non-tax fees, and balance), I noticed that the dealership overcharged me on the sales tax. The sales tax in NC is 3%, and they tried to charge over that. The difference wasnt too large, but it also made me wonder where else are they insignificantly tweaking numbers to get a profit. And when I asked the salesperson what was the state sales tax of course they didnt know that either! They did little to negotiate even after I pointed out how conflicting the information was when answering my questions, so we walked.If I could give zero stars I would. They also ran my credit without notifying me nor with my authorization when I was inquiring about a vehicle over the phone. And after I called them about why they did it, they couldnt give me a reason why other than thats what every dealership does .... no they do not! Throughout this whole experience it was one red flag after another, either over the phone or in-person. I would definitely recommend looking somewhere else and doing research on if theres any added costs before showing up and exact numbers of things that shouldnt change regardless of what car you purchase (i.e. sales tax, admin fee, doc fee, etc.) to minimize risk of being taken advantage of. Would never return or refer anyone here!

Great experience! I made an appointment to see a Kia Carnival and everything was smooth and seamless. I ended up purchasing the Carnival and traded in my old vehicle. The whole process didnt take very long and I liked that the sales person, Nicholas, handled all the details with my trade in and getting my new vehicle transferred over onto my insurance. Overall, Iwould recommend them as the team really succeeded in making it a positive experience.

What I originally thought was a great experience turned out to be the worst! I purchased a new Telluride off the lot and I was told things that I later found out were not true about the vehicle. The vehicle is worth $41,000 and I got charged $46,000, so please do your research before coming to this lot or just order a vehicle online from a completely different Kia dealership. I LOVE my vehicle but I wanted some added features. I was willing to go back to the Lee Kia dealership to trade/sell my current vehicle to get a higher trim, pay for the higher trim, and pay the deposit. However when I got to the dealership, the salesman I was working with, Ryan, told me that they could only give me $31,000 for a car that is worth $41,000 with 350 miles on it. He me told that I was better off selling the car myself. This is where things went left. With trying to sell my vehicle, I was asked for the window sticker for my vehicle since it was so new and they could not give me an accurate sell price without it. I asked Ryan for the window sticker showing that they sold me a $41,000 car for $46,000. He told me that he did not have it and he did not know how to get one but he thinks they would have to order one(which was a lie). So I contacted another Kia Dealership in a Cary and they told me that I was basically overcharged for my vehicle, that Lee Kia of Greenville knows that my car is worth more than $31,000. The other Kia Dealership in Cary is willing to purchase my car for $40,000 so that I’m able to get the Trim that I want. They were even able to send me a window sticker for my car since they are all easily accessible at all Kia dealerships. IF YOU DECIDE TO SHOP WITH LEE KIA OF GREENVILLE, RESEARCH THE PRICES OF YOUR VEHICLE, DON’T LET ANYONE IN FINANCE SKIM OVER THE PAPERWORK YOU ARE SIGNING, and if you have any problems or concerns afterwards, be prepared to be ignored and lied to.

Overall a very easy experience. Did not even go to the dealership. Everything was done via cell phone (text, calls, etc.). No haggling/hassling. Best part of my experience was the delivery driver Martin. He was so passionate about his job, had great customer service and was very personable.

The car needed a part put on the car,after completion as we were leaving, the customer rep ask if she wanted to get a free car wash after waiting for around 35min. He comes out and says the car is getting washed now should be ready shortly. After sitting another 35mins or so he comes back and says his hose busted so he was unable to wash the car he apologized and ask if we would return tommorrow. That would be another 25 min. drive there and 25 min drive back. REALLY IS HE SERIOUS!!!!!

What to say about this place? Robert did anything he could to get the price point to what we needed. I would highly recommend this place as I have never known a car dealer go to the lengths these guys did for a customer. Stop in and you wont be disappointed. Today My husband and I were helped by Ryan, who gave us great customer service from sending us pictures of the car before us driving from Durham over to Greenville. Once we got there we notice the car was ready for us to take it for a test drive and while on the ride, Ryan explained a lot of the features and benefits of the car. I went up there to look around on thursdsy not knowing if I could afford a new car or not. I saw one I liked so went and test drove it today and loved it it has everything I want plus tons of extra warranties that works for me and they got the payment right where I wanted it. Ty to Ryan Laughlin for everything they are even delivering the paperwork to my husband who is five hours away so he can sign and not wait till October 5th. I bought a brand new Kia Forte here in 2017 still one of the worst decisions I made. Advice to potential buyers read your contract very carefully before signing especially these so called warranties they sneak in. Paid extra for useless warranty. Service department is a joke also I’m looking at my receipt it has another customer name, address, phone, email.
They have the best customer service! The facility is state of the art, and all of the staff is so friendly! Great prices and they always have great rebates and incentives.
I purchased a vehicle from Lee Kia back in May of this year. I stopped by because I saw something posted on Facebook about discounts with a new car purchase. I was not in the market for a new car but just wanted to see what they had available. I was greeted by RYAN LAUGHLIN. He was very friendly and polite. What stood out about him was that he was NOT pushy or did not seem hungry for lack of a better word. We chatted, and I was interested in a couple of used vehicles. One I liked the price, one was ok but a good price and one I loved I didnt want a payment that high. During this time I also chatted with Jesse, who felt like family immediately. I am a real chatter-box and these two men, just let me go at it, they were engaging and I really appreciated them. The next day, I didnt hear from Ryan. When I got off work, I stopped by again. I had spoken with my credit union and was prepared to make a purchase. When I arrived at Lee Kia, I asked Ryan how come he didnt call me to see if I was coming back. He said, he noticed the time I stopped by the day before and figured I was at work and didnt want to bother me at work. So he was waiting until later in the evening to reach out. Now, this may not be a big deal to you but it was a huge deal to me because I have been hounded by car dealerships just because I stopped by to look around. When I say hounded I mean hounded... 5-7 calls in one day. For that reason alone, I would not ever buy from those dealerships.I was excited to purchase a vehicle and really wanted the most expensive one, which Jesse and Ryan knew but they did not push me into buying it. They of course pointed out all the great things about the vehicle but without pressure. I ended up purchasing a 2017 Kia Sorento. The process was seamless. It took less time than any other vehicle purchase Ive made. I dealt with the finance guy, I think his name was Jordan. He was equally as pleasant and helpful.Since my purchase, when Ive had questions about the car, Ive called Ryan and he has always taken the time to talk to me. He even called me on my birthday!! No one does that but Ryan!I hope this message reaches the owner of Lee Kia. He should know he has some TOP NOTCH guys working for him! I will absolutely buy from Ryan again and will recommend him to anyone/everyone. Ryan is one of a kind. His approach is so nice and he knows about Kias. I recently sat in the Telluride and anything I asked him he knew the answers. Its very obvious that he takes the time to actually know what he is selling and that means a lot.If there is a special award for the best salesman, the award would go to RYAN LAUGHLIN!!

Do not buy a car from lee Kia of Greenville they sold my mother a damaged used suv that only had 23000 miles in it. It had been in a wreak and the Exhaust system was damaged due to the wreak that was on the Carfax that they did not disclose to my mother. She was told that it was a very good vehicle with low miles with no issues. It started giving her issues and making a funny noise and I took it to the Nissan dealership and they told me that the exhaust system was bent due to an accident that it was in when it had 10 miles on it Kia purchased the vehicle without inspecting it and letting her know that the vehicle had damageSo I brought it to Lee Kia attention and they told me there was nothing they could do about it because they don’t believe they would purchase a vehicle with such damage do not buy a vehicle from Lee Kia of Greenville they don’t care about helping you and if anything happens to the vehicle they will not help you fix it

Fast and but one of the associates was not too friendly. At any rate i went to get my oil changed not make a friend. The service was nice and the complimentary food and drink items looked okay, i didnt have one. First oil change is free so that was also a plus.

Apparently there was mistake made with our initial offer, but Chris, the sales manager, agreed to honor it after a few emails to clear up the issues (3 stars). We give Lee Kia of Greenville an overall 5 stars because the fact that they did honor the original offer and also because they brought the car to Cary for us when they know that both of us were sick. This is my second Kia Soul. Ive had this one now since 08/31 and its great! The only thing I wish I had done different is wait on the 2017 models! Jarad is quite the salesman...he convinced me to buy a black car...a first for me!! Cant keep them clean! The whole team at Lee Kia does a great job!!
