If you have ever thought about buying a mobile/modular home, you should come here first! They have beautiful homes that are reasonably priced, and their customer service cannot be beat!

I only gave this company 2 stars just because we did purchase our first home. However, our experience has been completely horrific. From beginning to end. We were given a price to pay for closing, once we close they tell us we had to pay more money. So in the middle of closing we had to go get a money order. To this day we still dont know why extra money was paid. Yet they proceed to tell us we had a $1400 credit for Lowes. So im guessing we overpaid and they couldnt justify that. We started this process 5/9/2020 & moved into our home 03/2021. The customer service is completely horrible. ( Except for the ladies at the Greenville location) David the manager once told us how would we know what buying a house would be like, we never bought a house before Since moved in, our home looks like its falling apart. And hes blaming us stating it was cosmetic issues that we caused. Everyday something is wrong with our brand new home. They did send a wonderful contractor out who did what he could. Even Joey did his best. From baseboards to closet racks hanging out the wall. Even down to holes(soft spots) in our kitchen & laundry room floor. They sent the builders out last week. And yet NOTHING has been done. When my husband calls David he tells him dont walk over holes in the floor HOW when they are sinking in and enlarging by the day. He said he was going to get on it Were still waiting a Week later..... The WORSE home buying experience ever. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dealt with Ashley Ward there was no communication at all. When I call her she would tell me to call Vanderbilt to see what’s going on. She also told me she needed 2 years of employment but fail to tell me I had to be full time on my job. This company is messy because of her.

We purchased a home from Crossland Homes this year. Our experience was amazing! We love our home. The staff is great and so sweet! They kept us updated every step of the way on what they were doing and what they were doing next to complete the job. They kept all of our questions answered. The home is just as we wished for! I highly recommend this company to anyone!

Haven’t purchased a home from here yet but I most definitely will in the future they have amazing homes inside and out they have great customer service I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a awesome home.

The experience at Crossland Homes was like no other we searched at many other modular places and nothing compared to their customer service . Kim Faulkner was awesome she was always there to answer any questions we had with a quick response. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to make their home buying experience a breeze.
