I have nothing but the best things to say about this place and the people! I spent months looking at floor plans for every company around and Clayton homes had what I wanted in a home went in spoke with Brittany and started the process! We just closed on our home and I couldn’t be anymore grateful! Brittany made this process super smooth from day 1! Between her and Brandon all questions were answered immediately, communication of each step along the way was always transparent! They are super professional and always willing to do whatever needs to be done! So thankful for all their hard work and dedication to their customers during the process! I am so glad we chose to go with Clayton homes for our forever! Brittany and Brandon are simply the best!

Customer Service is critically important in the sales field and yet it seems that the staff at this dealership do not believe that. Not once, but twice have my husband and I experienced a total lack of customer service, friendliness, let alone interest. Brittany was the young lady that answered the couple of questions we could get out before we decided to stop asking questions due to her seemingly uninterested and almost superior demeanor. By the way, we are active house hunters (for a 2nd home) who will look elsewhere. Thank you for showing us your true colors before we got caught up in a business relationship with you.

My wife and I are active house hunters. We went into Clayton in Greenville on 7/29/21 and were met with total disinterest from the one staff member with with we had an interaction. Brittany shuffled us into a room and showed us the same website we looked at home, then told us she couldnt help us because they dont deal in modular homes. Really awful customer service.

We went shopping for a home today. I asked the gentlemen 1 question and a woman came from the next room and completely insulted me for asking a question. And seemed to belittle me for walking into her space. Never again..

My experience starting from Ms. Missy, David to secretary Mrs. Frances has been great!!! They worked hard to get me an affordable home. If I had a problem they knew what to tell me to do and made sure everything was taking care of. I now had the time to rate them. After getting my home, I have had porch built thanks to Smooth Company they did a great job too!!! and Im loving my home. Thank you Clayton homes in Greenville, NC!!

Im In the beginning the process was smooth. We had some setbacks and then we finally got the home on the property. Well the lights are on now but because of a mistake they made were still waiting to move in 11 days before Christmas. We started our process in August. If we had to do it over again we wouldnt chose Clayton. Im sorry just being honest.

At first lady was nice however towards the end she was rude and impatient. This is our first time buying which is a big deal, we want our home to be perfect being we are going to be paying for it 30 years. Feel like the seller was not hearing our needs and just throwing homes out there. I was highly recommend but after todays treatment I was very disappointed.

Missy showed me homes that I was interested in. She was very informative and courteous. I plan on doing further business with them.

*** update to the GMs Sorry comment***What a very sly dog you are Brandon Garris, its almost funny how you would try to cover your own behind by posting an apologetic post like you have, when you and your associate Ashton Heath are the ones who we dealt with, are currently dealing with, and who wont return our calls. You avoid your customers like the plague since Terry Rosenboro left....Remember, your customers are your boss, its the customers dollar bills on the line, not yours, and something needs to happen real soon, or your going to be hearing from our lawyers, it does not matter to me which one at this point. Do the job Clayton Homes customers pays you to do, and i suspect you will do just fine.This has got to be one of the worse experiences of my life, dropped the required down payment over to them last of November/early December 2018, still waiting on them to deliver & setup a little rinky-dink singlewide trailer. Do yourself a favor and dont waste time with Clayton Homes, Clayton homes finance company Vanderbilt Mortgage company ( which Clayton also owns ) or sadly any of the mobile home companies, as they all too are owned by Clayton. Do your research, i had to find out the hard way through my lawyers.

I myself is a first time homeowner.I made my sales rep aware that she would half to explain to me some things in detail.She was very impatient! I should have ran from the beginning when she was talking about one of her coworkers to me and husband because she didnt agree with his opinion on gun control.Nothing to do with us purchasing home.She told us alot of lies in the beginning.It was more like she wanted us to be in a singlewide stating that she lives in one.Dont it suppose to be about the customer??Then she tell me that she is doing me a favor!!I started looking on websites about purchasing modular homes educating myself.Thats when all the red flags went up about our salesman!!The more questions i started to ask..The more agitated she became.She may be a Nice saleman to everyone else but her energy with me was very unprofessional!!I would not recommend noone to go to her..They did have nice Homes though!!!I want be going back.

Just left the site in Greenville .Was out side walking around, wanted to look at homes, get some information.But NO ONE EVERY CAME OUT TO SAY HELLO,CAN I HELP YA,NOTHING .We did see a.lady walk from one home to the office but she never spoke.HUESS THEY Do Not Need To SELL Any Home This month.

The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable about their homes have a large selection of homes to choose from kind of overpriced but overall they okay staffed it off of water soda pop and popcorn to us and also they try to help you get Finance in final and if you dont have any
