My son and daughter-in-law purchased a home from Thomas Outlet. As others have commented here, the buying process was great. They had a very hard time getting them to complete the septic. There was a huge gaping hole for months that cost us money to protect my grandchildren from the danger. Now, barely 2 years later the hot water heater went out and they had to pay out of pocket and submit the invoice for consideration. The home warranty company denied the claim because the water heater was rusted. This is pure negligence on the part of Thomas Outlet and we fully plan to take this as far as needed. Please avoid doing business with this company if at all possible.

The folks at Thomas Homes were fantastic. I felt like one of the family. Answered all my questions, took the time with me. Did what they said they were going to do. They were great.

I will say the people selling homes are great! No complaints there.We contracted them for septic and I will say it has been the worst experience ever!!! I contacted them and Thomas several times to come and back fill our septic with the pile of dirt they left after my husband and dad fell in the hole. I got NO response from them. After about 2 months of complaining I ended having to pay some one to back fill it. They could have cared less. It was a huge safety issue!!! Wish I used a different company.

Sandy Chasten is the best sales person around. She takes her time with us and answers all our questions. Recommend her to everyone looking to buy a mobile home.

Well after my mother-in-law bought a new home from them the stove had to be replaced and the air conditioner compressor has gone out all in 2 years. What can I say, the appliances they put in their homes seem to be junk.

Went there to get some details because Im in the market to replace the home Im currently living in. Sandy was so nice and every helpful. She remembered us from the first time we came by last July. I would recommend coming here and checking out there selection there reasonably priced.

We recently purchased a home from Thomas and our experience was better than they said it would be. From the moment we walked in the door to handing us the keys on move in day, we received A+ attention. Our home is gorgeous! We loved every second of it. To all you 1st time buyers out there, you can rest assured they will hold your hand through the process to make it memorable.

Called them and asked them a question about before driving the hour and half to get there. They lied just to get me out there and try to make a sale. The main woman wasnt even that polite to me, basically acted like I couldnt afford one of her houses so why bother with me. Talked to me like I was stupid even though Ive done all my research on trailer houses. Definitely wouldnt go to them. Sunshine homes are very nice and Ill try to find another outlet, because these people are just liars. Wasted gas and time.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had. I am a young buyer and my disabled mother went with me to help me pick a home out. I worked with Liz and she was incredibly unprofessional and rude to my mother. It got to the point to where my mother got tired of the disrespect and went and sat in the truck until we were done. My mother was also looking to buy a home. So, they lost not only one, but two cash paying buyers for new homes. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone.

I went in a few months ago, The lady that showed us seemed bothered that we wanted to look at a few homes. This was the first place we looked. My first thought when we left was they are not going to call me, the worst is always first.

Funny how all the reviews are friends of theirs or family. These are the biggest crooks I have ever dealt with. Do not buy here, dont even waste your time. We left there with the worse feeling we have had with our whole shopping experience. The homes they sell are all cheaper built and also have bad reviews. I dont know how these people are still in business. I dont think we have been more disrespected in our lives, we were treated like trash.
