Well our Home purchase was about a year ago. We purchased the home without seeing it in person. We got a good deal on the home and Dynasty was very helpful with everything. The Hurricane devistated the state so we had to wait untill the roads reopened to get it to Holden beach area but finally we did. We bought the home out right and hired the contractors ourselves because we were 3 hours away from Dynasty.After 1 year we are very pleased with the home and the warenty work that the manufacturer and Dynasty have done.Dynasty has been a great help after the sale for sure... My wife and I were looking for a new home where we could start our family. We went to see Charles and Lance and they were the best! They answered all of our questions and gave us a tour of the homes they have on the lot. They even let us wander around on our own so we could look and take pictures. I would definitely go see them if you are looking for a good, safe, sturdy home.

I recently purchased my first home from here in December and the experience and the customer service has been fantastic. I looked at nearly every mobile home dealer across Eastern North Carolina and i can assure you that you will not find a better price or better people to work with than those from Dynasty Homes. Our salesmen’s Neal has been nothing but kind and helpful during the entire process. Day or night if i had any questions he was always a phone call away. If you are considering buying a modular or mobile home I would highly recommend Dynasty homes and more specifically Neal.

Horrible. We purchased home 2012. Jody proctor was purchaser name which is my husband. Chimney completely rotten because of not being flashed. Doors rotten with rotten floor and beams underneath. Floor joist and seal joist rotten. All windows leaking. It’s simple, if you want it done right and want quality, don’t buy modular and don’t buy from dynasty homes.Update: dynasty came to review home after being threatened with media coverage. There determination according to the owner Charles was sometimes things are done right and sometimes they are done wrong. Charles is unwilling to help with any repairs that came as a result of the door and chimney not having flashing applied during home installation. Flashing would have kept water from being able to leak into home causing 15,000 - 20,000 in damages. According to Charles some people just have bad luck. I sincerely hope nobody else ever encounters this misfortune with dynasty.

This dealer preys on women. My single mom purchased a home from them 16 years ago. They used galvanized piping, & failed to insulate our walls. Our walls are not in fact sheetrock, but 1/8 plaster boards. Upon installation they left a hole in our bathroom wall and their idea to fix this was to just put a door stopper over it.I could go on, like how they used a beige caulk on white trim to cover the nails.Also, expect to pay for your home for the rest of your life as their interest rates are sky high. They rob you blind, then smile in your face.Yes, you may have a good experience with the salesmen, but wait a few years and your home will crumble. Im sure there will be an excuse as to why the craftsmanship is so poor, but when multiple reviews state they have issues with the home later down the road, believe it.

Dynasty actually came as a recommendation to me from a neighbor who had recently gone through the home buying experience with them and had very positive things to say about Dynasty Homes and Lance (one of their sales reps).Working with Dynasty, and Lance in particular, was a very smooth experience. I actually started the “home deciding process” over a year before I ever made a commitment to purchase. Lance was quite knowledgeable about what could and could not be done and was very patient and quoted me all the various models with all my wacky requests and never complained and never pressured me to commit to anything. I ended up purchasing a custom singlewide – it was hard to beat the features for the price.As with any major home project there were a few bumps along the way but Dynasty was very responsive in addressing the issues and answering any of my questions and concerns. I spoke to Lance several times a week every week, if not every day for a while there, and he always got back to me very quickly if my inquiry required information from other sources (like contractors, factory, etc).Dynasty did everything from start to finish for me – coordinating the home purchase, foundation, installing and hooking up meter base/electrical, etc. Lance dealt with the bank, the lawyer, the contractors, the power company, the inspector, and who knows what else, which took a lot of stress out of the process, for me atleast.I went to the other 3 or 4 dealers in that same stretch of highway as Dynasty and spoke to all of them about their various models as well, but I just felt like Dynasty was the most genuine.I would absolutely recommend them, and have, to anyone.

Paid too much because it had to be a modular, for it to be put in the city. Had to have the stamp so it would pass city inspection. Think it was just thrown together. Had to have skylights removed because they cut the space to big. Dont like wallboard with the strips on the walls. We have had a lot of problems. It should be built better for what we paid. It was10,000 more than it would have been if it was a double wide.Dynasty Homes has a bad reputation in Asheville NC. Which is why they are no longer here.

I ordered a home in September of 2017. The home was finally delivered December of 2017. It is March 21 of 2018 and the house still isnt finished. Weather is not an issue because the work that needs to be done is inside. Can anyone from Dynasty Homes tell me when will this home be finished?

Visited the lot in December, salesmen were pushy after they finally started helping us. Went to Firstchoice in Kinston and they were nothing but great. Would not recommend Dynasty

Back in 2000 I bought a home from them while Bryon was working with them. I had a bad experience and will not buy another one from them they never came to fixs the problem I had with my home and I been fixing stuff ever since Dec of 2000.They should payoff the people homes that been in there home over 15years because what they charge its not worth it.The land is worth more than the home.

Service is poor & th craftmanship of out Modular is terrible.
