Super friendly staff & wonderful experience. Dropped my car off in the A.M. and had a same day turnaround on a broken door handle & tire replacement. No complaints at all. The new location is great and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend to a friend.

I stopped by because I thought I had a flat tire. They checked all my tires to discover it was only a computer issue, reset the computer then took time to explain how I could do so if necessary all at no charge! I am thrilled with the customer service and kindness I received ❤

Stayed open late until I could get there. Both lanes on the interstate was closed due to power lines down. They waited on me and fixed me right up !! Very kind, good deal and went out of their way to help me!! Thanks

My alternator went out on way home from NC back to Atlanta. I had to have it towed there on a Sunday and get a rental to get back home. Mark, the owner, was very fast in calling me back and letting me know the price and what needed to be done. He was able to get the work done in a couple of hours. I drove back from Atlanta to drop off the rental car and he even picked me up. While I didnt want to pay the unexpected bill I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Mark & crew are great. I would have given 5 stars but had Friday appointment at 8am.Checked at 4, they ordered parts but didnt even start to work on my car.Wouldnt be ready until Monday.I missed work that night & had to rent a car to work on Saturday.Appointments are important

Giving one star because no stars was not an option. My brother had his car towed to Brockman Automotive to have a belt repaired. I was paying for the repairs. He told my brother that it needed a belt, idler, and water pump. The Labor for this repair should have been 1.8 hours labor according to a national labor guide. The belt and idler have to be removed to replace the water pump so the repairs overlap. Instead Mr. Brockman charged 3.6 hours and charged additional part that were not approved. I called to speak with him about cost and he was very rude and would not adjust the charges. I paid over the phone with my credit card. He told me it would be $479.16. He charged my card $499.84. When my brother went to pick up the car he would not release the vehicle until I faxed a card authorization form. I faxed the form with a note stating that my card had already been charged the $499.16. He would not accept the form due to my note. He told me that I had to fill it out correctly without any added notes. He threatened to bring a vehicle to my place of employment since I am in the automotive industry so that he could leave a bag review and hurt my CSI score. I had to drive from Anderson to get the car with a police escort. He was rude to me and the officer. He even told the officer to get off of his property. This man is absolutely terrible. Highly recommend not using this establishment or any other that he is associated with. I hate to think of all of the people that has taken advantage of or will so in the future. So sad.

A plus service

At one time I would have recommended this shop to anyone. My daughters car was brought in on April 29th to replace the transmission. Car sat there for 2 1/2 months before the work was completed and still wasnt fixed. Picked it up July 18th and brought it back the next day. THEY STILL COULDNT FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT!!!! Took it somewhere else and within the next week the other shop has it running perfectly! I will never bring anymore business to Brockman and will suggest others take their business elsewhere!

Not very good at their word, will charge you for something they should of taken care of and that. sorry warranty only cover some of the labor and parts. Lets not talk about the trade they had for two months and didnt pay, found out it was in repo list which I had to caught up on and is on my credit as late. And a few other things, but lets stop here
