They told me on the phone about a deal they had going on since I am already a customer and when I got there to purchase the mobile hotspot the guy told me about the deal. When I tried to purchase it he had to call his manager because it would not go through and even though he told me on the phone and in person and the sign even said it they did not honor it and said they forgot to take it down& that was the only reason for the trip! Thats how they treat their loyal 5 yr customers.

I would leave ZERO stars if possible. I went into the store to get the 60 dollar plan for two lines on MetroPCS phones that I already owned, they had a promotion for the service for 80 dollars for both lines included. I was told my total would be 150.00 ... REALLY... 150.00. They claimed it to be an activation fee since I already had MetroPCS sim cards. Now here is the shady part worst of all, after stating how I was going to leave to go to Cspire I was told he could get it down to 110. Im like fine whatever, ordering online would be 100 anyways Ill pay a 10.00 convenience fee. When I got home and setup my account I saw that my bill was 90 a month. I looked and saw he took it upon himself to add premium security packages at 10.00 a piece to the plan. I imminently removed those packages, granted I already knew I been screwed and wouldnt see that 20.00 again. So the moral of the story guys be patient and go online, cause these Metro stores will smile at you right to your face all while stealthy adding packages to your plan. The store that done this is located behind Clarks Oil, next to Winn Dixie on Hwy 49.

Service Through Metro PCS is terrible due to the fact that they use T-Mobile towers. No service inside any buildings. Boost uses Sprint towers and Any phone in store is Free when you switch and service is exceptional and Cricket uses AT&T towers which is also a better choice.

Called numerous times and phone kept ringing. Store did not open at 11 on Sunday as it stars so on website.
