The lady that helped us was so nice. She helped me pick out a phone that would work for me and I love this phone. Thank you so much. I go to picayune but stopped in Gulfport on 49 and I will be using them from now on, they are great.

Have had many problems from cricket wireless authorized retailer s and cspire hacked me

My dad went in there to switch over to cricket. The staff member told my dad his calls and texts work fine but data will not work on his phone because the previous carrier locked the phone so he wanted to sell my dad a new phone ( my dad has an iPhone 7). I called the previous carrier and asked them if they would lock that feature. Of course I was told no. I told my dad to leave the store and we will get it fixed. My dad called cricket customer support and they were able to fix his problem and his data is working just fine.

Im giving 3 stars because the monthly bill is looking nice! But.. where Im located the service isnt good at all. 😒 If I had better service I would be a lifelong customer but looks like Ill have to switch pretty soon..

A few days ago My sister & I were m there when a Colored lady was working. And my sister and I were there to get a phone. The lady behind the counter said hi to us but then a gentleman walked in & the lady approached him & started asking him what he was looking for and he replied that he needed more data for his phone & blah blah blah & the lady never once said anything else or even acknowledged that we were upset & Walked out of that door. & I ended up going next door to Cspire

Cricket at Hardy Court is aaaawesome. Staff is very pleasant. Watched the manager really take her time explaining and helping an elderly gentleman. She was very pleasant and patient....spoke volumes

I switched from C Spire took all day to get a phone that lasted 2 hours before it blacked out. It took me almost 2 hours to set it up. Took it back to another location and they said they would not refund a phone bought at another location. An1 1/2 later still have no BUSINESS phone. VERY SAD FOR A PROSPEROUS BUSINESS OWNER THAT CAN RECEIVE NO CALLS AT THIS TIME!!!!!!

They was very nice and welcoming but when we got into asking questions they couldnt give us any info they wanted us to call the 1800 number I mean come on thats the whole reason why I came to the store so I didnt have to wait on hold forever. Other then that is was alright visit....

The worst experiance of my life. Not only was I lied to but the service is horrendous. Stay away from K.P and Kasey. I have never been as mad leaving this store as I was leaving this one. Good riddence.
