Talk about superb service! Manny greeted me at the door, asked what I was looking for and was extremely patient with me cause I’m not familiar with the newer models of IPhones, I just new I qualified for an update. Store was well stocked and everyone was nice and greeted when I entered.

Granted I have been buying phones since the 90’s and never have I ever gotten the amazing service that I received by M. Torress. We made an appointment for 10:00 AM ahead of the day we planned to upgrade our iPhones 8 with new iPhones 12. We were greeted promptly at the door as soon as the store was opened and immediately seated with Manny to help us successfully complete the reason for our visit. Manager Ken stopped at our desk as the downloads were progressing and also answered any questions we may have thought of while waiting. Manny kept checking back also on the downloads/transfers and answered any questions as our visit was smoothly moving along. Thanks to Manny and Ken for excellent service provided.

AT&T needs to be more diligent about updating listings for their stores on other platforms. This location is NOT open until 9 pm.
I made an appointment for 11:00 on Monday. I called the store several times as I arrived 20 minutes before the appointment. I wanted to know the check-in procedure. NO ONE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE!!! At 11:00, I walked into the store. There were two associates working. When Brenda was finished with her customer, she registered me and stated there were 2 people ahead of me! I told her I had an 11:00 appointment. She said that meant I went to the head of the line. She told me to go to my car, and I would be called in about 5 minutes. As I waited in the car, two different people were called in at different times. After 20 minutes, I was texted and called to come in!!! What’s the good of an appointment if you still have to wait??? Obviously, something is wrong with the system!!!
Worst customer service. Told me they couldnt help and after an hour with customer service on the phone I asked to speak to a manager who theb had me talk to technical support who then said he could fix the problem in 4 minutes. Worthless people there
Service is subpar. This store is on the decline. It used to have good service, but unfortunately it has gone down in quality over the years. As of May 2021, the new sales representatives that run the store give you service with an attitude. One can tell they dont want to be there. Theyve made mistakes and they dont even apologize for them. They only brush off and dismiss their mistake and focus on making it right. Sure, they will help you get the services you want and will explain things to you, the catch is that you have to ask further questions otherwise they just give you the bare minimum of information and want to get you out of the store as soon as possible. If you go to this store you will get helped, just dont expect stellar service as you will get the minimum effort from their sales representatives.
We went to the store to plan our wireless plan. We are very happy with the service we received and the attitudes of the representatives in helping us.
Went to get a sim card for my hot spot. Told me there is a 1hr wait for them to set it up. I asked its for a hotspot cant I just buy the sim card and set it up myself? Told me no, they have to set it up for us. I left the store, went to bestbuy, purchased an AT&T sim card, installed it, activated it myself, got it setup and working.
Amazing staff! This is the only store I choose when it’s time for a new phone. I stopped in about an hour before close on Sunday and the staff was more than happy to help me out. They solved my current issue (SIM card) and I ended up upgrading to a brand new iPhone 12 thanks to them getting me a $700 trade in for my 4 year old phone. Too good of a deal to pass up. Shout out to Alpha for making the purchase and setup process a breeze!
Process between store and calling, is NOT the same. Two different how-to do, whats needed. Frustrating! Managers, NO HELP! I ask to speak with a Manager, NEVER came. Staff Brenda and Greg, knew more than managers. Alpha 💯 was SUPER!!!! Alpha, helped as I was very frustrated as I had been to the Gurnee site 3 times trying to setup a family plan.
When I went in for a screen protector around lunch time all workers were at the front of the store...(south west corner) laughing and talking finally a guy asked what I needed I told him a screen protector ( not even showing him what kind of phone I have) he told me they were out and to go to best buy. Not very good work ethics if ya ask me. But hey they get paid to clear a store out or wait is it because Im 63 years old and handicapped?! Smdh

The AT&t store in Gurnee I had an hour appointment scheduled for me and when I got there the only person they had was a the doorman who ran me out of the store within 10 minutes taking care of nothing of what I needed
2pm appointment, checked-in 10 mins early, at 2pm I was told my appointment was just to hold my place in line, not sure what this means, lets name this process something other than an appointment if Im not going to be seen at my appointment time. So now ill wait to see what AT&T reference is when it pertains to time and appointments. Of course the reason for my visit is due to poor customer service over the phone, so I really have few options at this point. This store does seem to be busy but that could be due lack of knowledge or willingness of staff to actually help customers.215pm, being seen finally, however I now have to wait an additional rep to get off break to address issues dating back to when I sigfned up for service 8 months ago. Thank goodness the rep still works here otherwise nothing would get done today.This maybe the only rep in the store who has a clue and is eager to help, needless to say this appointment is going to take an hour which is much longer than needed to address these issues. I recommend you clear your schedule if your coming into this store.

I had an issue with my phones SIM card... After three days of not being able to fix it on my own, I took it to AT&T Gurnee. I was greeted immediately as I walked in by Nick. He was able to fix my issue quickly. I was in store less than 20 minutes. He was very helpful. Also, all employees were wearing masks and keeping their distance. They had dividers set up and had hand sanitizer set out. Very great experience at this location.

Make an appointment! The wait time is quite long, but very much worth it. They do the best they can with only 2-3 workers and a supervisor who gives people heads up on wait times, availability of device stock and even prepared us with the information we needed to switch over to AT&T. You have to wear a mask so be prepared for that. Overall they keep the place pretty clean and the workers patience and attitudes is definitely 5 star worthy!
Greg is awesome. He helped me switch to AT&T and even helped switch all my information. The way that store cleans is refreshing to see. Makes me feel safe when coming into the store.

Rob was an amazing Retail Sales Consultant. He suggested an amazing phone and he also noticed something on our bill that someone didnt notice something on our plan and helped us. When you come in they are smiling and Rob really knew how to engage conversation with talking about Up North! When you come here ask for him and he will notice the little details.

Terrible experience here I spend $1,000 on a phone battery goes bad and they cannot help me they shouldnt deal with these phone companies if they dont have a deal with them that they can help the customer very upset the people there were very nice but nice doesnt fix my problem

Do not trust them to put a bodyguard screen protector that you have purchased from them on your phone as a courtesy. I now have to get my 3rd protector (2/3 under warranty). Do it yourself and save your valuable time. You are just as capable as their technicians.
I went into the Gurnee location today and was pleasantly surprised that I was able to be taken care of at my vehicle since Im elderly and saw a few other people in the store. I needed help resetting my account passcode and Victoria was able to help me with that and get my account all taken care of. Curbside service made me feel safe to visit this location and I will continue to make the Gurnee store my go to AT&T store.
I have been putting off buying an updated iPhone for months. Part of the reason was the drudgery of the sales process and switching to a new phone.I entered the AT&T Store on Grand Ave, Gurnee and was immediately greeted by a manager. Within seconds Gregory H. approached, introduced himself and inquired as to todays need. I told him I needed to update two phones and what I had in mind.Gregory and I moved to a table and started the process. Within minutes this very professional and friendly young man put me at ease and assured me the process would be painless.We selected the phones and add ons I wanted, like cases and screen savers. Greg waited patiently while my wife brought her phone from home for transfer.Gregory handled everything. I left the store with two brand new totally operational phones.Gregorys knowledge of his product line and ability to match it to my needs was great. He is a great sales rep and more importantly, a gentleman.Thank you Gregory and AT&T Store Gurnee.
I was there yesterday afternoon and was helped by one of the managers Ixel I think was her name. She was great and helped us until close time, set my mom up with her new phone and a super cute case that my mom loves!

Today I experienced the best Customer Service at the Gurnee location from Louis Vega and Daniel Bustos. I was given the wrong information when I called into Customer Service but I’m so grateful they referred me to the store!!! They took care of every request professionally and quickly.Awesome Representatives at this location!

My mom and aunt visited this store to upgrade my aunts old phone to an iPhone 7 (older model but still available to purchase), and the sales associate(s) continued to push them to newer android phones despite insisting on the specific iPhone model. The associate kept saying I dont think we carry that iPhone anymore despite it being readily available. Would not recommend this store.

Tried to return a Christmas gift, Game of Thrones phone charger. Gurnee said they could not take the return because we missed return date by two days. Being a loyal AT&T customer you would have thought manager could have accepted the return. We went to AT&T in Vernon Hills and had no issue with return. I believe Gurnee just did not want to restock the item. Don’t think we’ll go to Gurnee store anymore. Poor customer service

My fiancé and I are currently long distance while he finishes school in Wisconsin and we met half way in Gurnee to get him a new phone. To say the least I was very unimpressed with our service. We felt very rushed and the gentleman helping us didn’t even help us set up his new iPhone. He said their WiFi is too slow and we could find another place with WiFi. Now we are having trouble setting up his phone.... I’ve always had the person help me set up a new phone before leaving the store. Also after already leaving we noticed he never gave us our receipts. All this happening while a manager stood 3 feet from us. Needless to to say we are not very happy.
Great service, and they offer lots of options. But the issue is, their prices have continued to rise and they have several hidden fees. So, we had to leave AT&T.
