I went in to replace my iPhone 11 port which has had problems charging for about a year. I thought I had cleaned it thoroughly, but they did a proper cleaning and fixed it! No need for a new port. Great service and speed - thank you!

Worked with Armando for what turned out to be a basic repair on a smartphone. He called us back within 2 hours and told us the phone was fixed for pickup! He even had it charged up for us. First time using UBIF, but we will be back!

I broke the screen on my new S21+ 5G phone like 3 weeks after i got it- such a bummer. Brought it to uBreakiFix at their new location in Gurnee and they repaired it for me THAT SAME DAY! i didnt have to send it out or ship it and wait like 3 weeks to get my phone back- they handled it in store and at a reasonable price. Listen...I love my wife. I really do. But jeez...the woman breaks phones like every month. Anyway, these guys partner with Google to repair the Pixel line of phones, and they turned her broken screen repair around in like 1.5 hours. Good guys, fast and efficient.
