Brought my sons new ipad 8th gen due to a shattered screen after going to 3 other places that didnt have the part. Hi-Tech had the part and replaced it in about an hour. Great service!

Quick service, nice guy, and not as expensive ad other places. Next time would ask if I could wait until I picked up phone to pay, in hindsight just seems smarter business wise to pay for a service job after the service has been completed (speaking from the perspective of someone who does service jobs as well)

I had my phone broken in a way I thought was not repairable but I took it to Hitech Repairs in Gurnee Mills, they fixed it in 30 mins and gave me warranty for it. I highly recommend them, very professional. They’re opposite Burlington in the mall.
