Poor customer service from josh and the store manager. They Lied to me about prices during my iPhone 12 pro max purchase and later received a terrible bill.when I walked in the store they couldn’t even let me in. I’ll never advise no one to go to that store.once again.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Bad customer service, I was looking for a iPhone first they say buy one and take the second free, I decide to get the offer and they told me sorry no we cant do that anymore on a Sunday, other agent step in and say( take it or leave it )and I decided to leave that is not a way to talk to a customer Im very disappointed

The staff were very helpful, from the manager Luis. Leo was very helpful. But Stefanie was the BEST. I had trouble with transferring data from my old phone which was an iPhone to my new galaxy note 10 plus 5G and she took time to make sure I got all my data transferred.
When i came in the store Stephanie G was amazing at her job helped me w/ everything and MORE . i can tell it just wasnt about a sale w/ her it was about genuinely helping me even with the military discount & thanks a lot for making me get the screen protector i dropped my phone today LOL THANKS A LOT !!

Good afternoon today I went to this store and a young man came out very arrogant by the way they should hire people with the capacity to reach customers first they told me that if I bought an iPhone 11 they would give me the other for free and after 10 minutes he says that he does not know may be the purchase please should they teach how to treat customers a single guy came out. Pretoner with racial style being Hispanic, please be more respectful with customers, I could not buy my phone because of this person
