Poor customer service. Waited FOREVER during the COVID outbreak with 17 other customers (some masked, some not, despite town and state mandatory mask rules) and then made to pay for a faulty SIM card ( told online it would be free). Went back online to get a refund.

This was a great experience. I switched over from Android to IPhone finally and I cant wait to use my phone and apple watch. My uncle and I are on the same plan and we received great deal on our accessories thanks to Kat, the manager at the Hamden Store. Dan was also our representative and took care of us to upgrade our phones. He knew what he was doing and made the experience easy for us.

Cliff in the Hamden ATT was patient, friendly and amazingly helpful with me setting up my new phone!! Very happy with his service!

Had the wonderful experience of being taken care of Michelle she had a customer experience of 10/10 experienced and very professional and patient. Had to do a few upgrades and purchase a couple items and may I say she never once questioned anything nor gotten short tempered like most people was with this young lady for almost 2 hours will definitely come back!!!!

WARNING DO NOT BUY A PHONE ONLINE. After going into today to pick up a phone I had ordered online and was meet with lots of difficulties. It seemed to be more with the company as a whole and not the local store. But the employees were doing everything in their power to help me and make sure I walked away with a functioning phone. I decided to stop by AT&T because I was interested in upgrading my current phone, and switching from Verizon. My associate Leonard was very helpful, and knowledgeable about all of the products I was interested in. He was extremely patient as I asked a lot of questions about the pros and cons about certain plans and devices, and made me feel like a valued customer even before I made my purchase. These guys do not know what they are doing. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! All I wanted was to upgrade my phone and pay the phone in full. They made me open a new prepaid line and I had to pay an additional $45 for the activation fee and the prepaid line in order to pay the phone off in full. I usually go to the North Haven location and the upgrade is smoothly and I do not have to pay an additional $45 but I went to this one because this was the only store that had the color phone I wanted. Store employees if you are reading this call the North Haven location and tell them to teach you how to upgrade a phone without screwing your customers of $45. Also, do not tell them to put the screen protector on for you, they also do not know how to do that. There was literally a hair of there’s stuck to the screen. Horrible customers service!
