Very helpful staff, (Jay was super cool)! We were very nervous coming in, seeing as how neither of us had gotten a phone upgrade in a while, but Jay helped make the process as smooth and anxiety-free as possible. Definitely one of our best visits to a Verizon store!
Just wanted to tell everybody about the great customer service I received today at this establishment by a GREAT TECHNICIAN. His name was Chris and took care of my problem right away. His cheerful attitude and technical ability to help me paid off as I am a SATISFIED Verizon customer. A no nonsense but great customer service person. Upper management take notice of this smart young man. I give him 6 stars if I could.
I don’t usually write a review but this call for one, I was having problems with my phone, the touch screen was not working. I went to the Hamden branch and the young man there helped me he was very patient and helpful. he did it in a timely manner. Problem fixed Thanks again Chris

Went in to have a new screen protector add to my new phone. Asked the “Professional” to put it on. When I got home I noticed a huge dirt spot under the screen protector. Went back and gave them the opportunity to fix the issue. His only reply was “you saw me swipe down the phone. Not my problem.” Rest assure I will be contacting corporate. To 53 bucks for a screen protector only to have it improperly installed not good customer service. Do not go to this store.

The workers there are very friendly and helpful. I went in the other day to replace my phone that had been stolen. The staff was super helpful and got my account secured quickly. I received my new phone within 24 hours, and I was given a discount on my accessories (case and screen protector).
Went there for info on cell phone(new) Anthony was very helpful and pleasant and obviously knew what he was doing. He showed me how to transfer certain apps onto my external SD cardWay to go Anthony ! Thanks Verizen for having people like Anthony working for you. A very SATISFIED CUSTOMER!

I came in because my phone was no longer turning on, and the insurance on it was saying that type of damage wasnt covered, so I thought I would need to buy a new phone. Anthony realized that I should also have been covered by an extended warranty which would cover that kind of damage, and called to establish that my phone get replaced right then, instead of just trying to sell me a new phone. When someone helps you so that you save money rather than help themselves out (it is their job to sell you a phone) that is fantastic customer service. Anthony went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. You can bet that when I do eventually need to get a new phone I will come here again.
No customer service representatives spoke to us for 10 minutes and when they did they were rude.

Every time Ive been in they only have one or two people on the floor. Ive waited up to an hour before even being able to speak to someone.
I am a college student and I was having a problem with my phone. I went into the Verizon store one night with my mother and was told that my phone could be fixed easily in just an hour or two if I came back the next day. The next day I went back by myself and did not receive good service. Not only did they tell me that my phone could not be fixed and I would have to purchase a new one, but the man who was helping me was very rude, made inappropriate comments and would not stop trying to sell me phone accessories even though I had said no multiple times. I was not pleased with the service at The Verizon Wireless- Wireless Zone in Hamden, CT. Every employee I encountered was unprofessional. I would not go back to this store and I would definitely not recommend it to others.
Everytime I have been here they have been very helpful and explained everything. They got all my information transfered from my old phone and showed me all the features of my new one!

We recently purchased two I Phones S E. We are first time buyers of these type of phones having no knowledge of any smart phones whatsoever.After dealing with Timothy Munsell your store manager we received more knowledge than we expected. Timothy was very courteous and respectful of our ignorance,Therefore bolstering our confidence in use of the Apple I Phones. HORRIBLE! I tried to exchange a defective phone and this store refused to take it back because they claimed it had damage from a fall. It did NOT!! They admitted that my phone was dead due to a software issue, and still refused to take it back. They called insurance and then Verizon who said that it could be warrantied out at an actual Verizon store. So I drove to the Verizon in North Haven and they said that they couldnt exchange it because it wasnt purchased there. HOWEVER, Verizon determined that there was NO damage to my phone and that Wireless Zone was basically full of it. What they constituted as damage was simple wear and tear. After over 2 hours of speaking to reps in the store and on the phone, Verizon was able to warranty it out FOR FREE and give me a new one, BUT I had to get it via mail. Moral of the story DO NOT buy from Wireless Zone. They are frauds.And at least two of these reviews are fraudulent!! Kelsey Gillespie works at the store so her review is fraudulent. Peter LaChapelle is the manager. They BOTH sold me my phone so I know this for a fact. Stay Away!!
