New customer for this fraud company.. active my my family plan aug 12 21 . Since that no service and customer service always waiting. As of today aug 18 .no service and unable to talk this fraud people. Hamden CT office unable to help me after they charge.!
I brought my parents in to get a phone and service customer service was great its just that the process was long. I guess it was worth the wait because they got a discount

This is the only Cricket I go to that’s in the New Haven area. I absolutely adore Tavon; he is very helpful and knowledgeable. Whether it’s just a simple question or I’m looking to make a purchase, he has a solution. Nice young man.

This place sucks... never ever get your phone with cricket.. horrible customer service... they sold me a broken phone when I went through so much to try and just get the same phone new... took me months... you guys freaking suck.. the District manager is rude and unprofessional.. all around plain awful company in Connecticut. I hope this company rots

Horrible customer service. First of all lady sold me a used IPhone, I paid regular price and afterward leaving the store realized it was a USED one. I was iffy at first about buying it but the lady said they have unwrapped the phone to show customers, and my phone broke so it was my only choice. I believe what she told me and bought the phone... later on noticed things wrong with the phone, calls failing every so often, phone won’t go on silent the side button is completely disfunctional which stinks when I’m at places when I want my phone on but Just not to make noise, there’s a scrape on the side of the phone and also a dent that you can notice on the back of the phone when u look at it. Horrible for a new iPhone of course. So I immediately let them know and my only choice was to let them contact their superiors to try and get approval to order me a new one. I then learned from the manager himself that the lady who sold me the used IPhone has made other major mistakes in which lead to her being suspended, but now she STILL works there to this day without the problem she caused being SOLVED and probably has done this to other customers I’m sure or worse. I waited weeks, now months. My phone barely makes calls, no one can ever hear me it’s crazy. Now the manager said he supposedly ordered me a new phone at first I waited weeks then after contacting them over and over he said he ordered me a new phone and on top of that an upgraded IPhone7 instead of the 6 I originally bought which I was great full for, shoot after all this I WANT AN IPHONE 8 instead but yet still has yet to call me and it’s been weeks since he supposedly ordered that phone too. About 2 weeks ago he has just ordered one and was tracking it threw UPS... when I called the store today they had NO iPhones even in stock. So I’m really wondering who I can speak to about this, and about being pretty much lied to. Every time I call he’s not there and I understand he works other locations but he still never tries to contact me. I have been very patient and calm, always nice about it when I speak to them there but now at this point I just want to speak directly to the superiors in which an employee there said they had no idea who I would speak to over the manager which I don’t believe either, very aggravating situation. Before I paid my phone bill this month I said to the manager when I finally got to speak to him before the 4th of July that I did not want to pay for it if my phone barely functions the way it is supposed to, he told me to pay my $60 plan anyways because it would be easier when I get the new phone to just put th chip in the newer one and be on my way, not to worry he’ll get the phone for me, but yet stilll haven’t received it and the month is close to being over. I wouldn’t recommend buying a phone there to anyone!!!
