I just went to pay my bill and the woman starts asking me about my phone and literally tried pressuring me to buy a new phone and telling me my insurance claim I placed yesterday for my Galaxy 20 was pointless and I should just buy a new phone from them....I informed her that I was strictly there to PAY MY BILL and she kept pushing me to buy a new phone! I left feeling violated and taken advantage of. I will definitely be keeping an eye on my account and banking activity because that girl was super SHADY! Telling me my password was wrong and tried charging me $10 more than my monthly bill BE CAREFUL

Please be cautious when purchasing any electronic devices from this location. I went to this location with the intent to purchase the phone which would be beneficial for my current situation. I was told there was a different and better phone which would met my needs. I took the professional advice and purchased the phone the representative suggested. He stated, if I did not like the phone, I had five days to return. The first day I had the phone, I realized it did not meet my needs and wasnt better than the phone I originally wanted to purchase. I went back to the store to return the phone and get the phone I originally wanted to purchase prior to the sales rep suggesting the phone which did not work for me. CAN NOT believe, they will not honor their words and allow the return!!!!! I went back the second day to return the phone and get the phone I WANTED but they refuse to do so!!!! Do not go to this store!!! They are not honest people. Im still waiting for the MANAGER to return my call and honor the return policy!!! ALL I WANT is the PHONE I originally WANTED in the first PLACE. Ill never purchase from this store ever again. Ive a been a Boost Mobile customer for over 10 years and this was the worst experience I ever had. Since when Upper Manager doesnt contact you to rectify and right their wrong!!! This BOOST MOBILE store is a rip off!!!!

Most of them are out of business and for those that are open if you find it will try to sell you your own underwear and void any needs you may have. Im switching to T-Mobile

I switched from metro by t-mobile which was down the street to this Boost Mobile store. I was with metro for quiet a long time but they didnt do anything for me when I tried to get an upgrade with them. That employee was so rude to me and they were so over priced!! Thats when I decided that I need to switch and I found out about this Boost Mobile store in Hamden from one of my friend. He suggested me to go to this store and ask for Roy. Roy was of such a great help 😊 he gave me a free phone with unlimited plan!! I was shocked to see that the phones were so cheap and nice here!!! They got amazing deals! I recommend this store and Roy, youre the best associate!

I have had so many problems with boost stores over the years until I came across this store. Met Mike who explained that all boost stores aren’t boost stores but authorized retailers which explains why I was taken at my last store. In minutes he put a new SIM card in my phone and transferred it to my new phone. I found out they also buy back phones so he saved me a trip to the ups store to mail back to apple. Was a very pleasant experience and he had great customer service even after dealing with a difficult customer before me. Thank you Mike for all your help and I highly recommend you!!

Very nice guy. He helped me a lot to get my old phone swapped for a new lg stylo 6. Hes very helpful with his customers. Would have rated 5 stars but the charger of my new phone was not in the box 🙍

We recently visited this store where we had a misderstanding with activation and receipts but it was resolved and the female employee was kind enough to call us. She was very apologetic and again all issues were resolved. Thank you
