My phone XR LCD screen got cracked in the morning and I called to ask the price and policies. I was worried if my phone wont work at all after fixing the screen. I would just warn you to be cautious if you decide to use this company. I went in for a screen replacement on a iPhone 11. They were very nice up front and told me it would be done in 20 minutes, which it was.The problems began when I turned my phone on and received a Apple notification telling me the replacement screen was not an Apple authorized screen. This continued to pop up every single time I used my phone until I eventually had to do a factory reset to get rid of it.Then when I went to set up my FaceId it would not work at all, saying it could not register my face. I also noticed that my phone would only charge now when I physically held the charger in. I completely subscribe to coincidence but all of these problems didn’t exist before I brought my phone in and then began immediately after my “repairs”. I’m not an phone expert, that’s why I went to them, but it’s very hard for me to believe this is a coincidence.I finally had a chance to go back to them and explain what was happening with my phone. I was not accusatory at all, I simply explained what had been going wrong and how it all happened immediately after the screen repair. The gentlemen who I was talking to (not the same guy who did the initial repairs) became EXTREMELY defensive and was raising his voice at me while “explaining”. He just kept saying “this is not us, this is you!”. Meanwhile I had not even implied it was their fault at that point, I was simply looking for a explanation.He decided to let me know that both issues were from “dust getting under the screen and inside the phone”. I have no idea if this is a logical excuse or not but tell me, if this phone has been only opened up one time and it wasn’t by me how exactly did all that dust get in there? And it decides to start acting up magically as soon as you’re done “repairing” it?They proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do for the camera and they’d be willing to clean the charger out for me... for an additional $30. After I already spent $190 on the screen repair.Apple told me since this was not a Apple authorized repair center (mistake #1) that they can not do anything about it. I am now going to have to spend $1,000 on a new phone after all this. I rarely leave reviews but I hope this is a cautionary tale for someone. Spend the little extra money and go to Apple or an authorized dealer.

We had a great experience here. These people are wizards! My son cracked the screen on his Iphone. I called to see if they were open. The gentleman was very nice and polite. He explained what we needed to do with this new way of doing business. My son was very impressed. They are polite and professional. The store is clean. They fixed his phone in less than 15 minutes! We are always looking to support local businesses. We wont go anywhere else.

Their service was fast after I fell and broke my iPhone 11 screen I took it here and picked it up in about 20 mins - it was about $140...HOWEVER! Here I am a month later and my LCD screen is breaking and I can barely see anything. I have not dropped it, banged it or sat on it. I was told it was cracked this never happened before and there’s nothing they can do except offer me $10 off soooo $130. That is unacceptable and horrible customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Love this guy, was told he was the man to see when my wife cracked her iPhone Screen. He invited us into his shop,gave us an awesome price (about $70.00). He did the work right away and in front of us! Took between 5 and 10 minutes. For a little more he added a protective cover and a new case.That is only part of his expertise. We traveled from Madison, his prices were a fraction of what we would have paid in our area.

This repair shop is great. Always the best prices and most importantly the best service. Super kind and awesome people. I go in often to handle all my and mine family iPhone and iPad issues. A quick screen replacement or battery. They work with you and even if your phone is with a carrier, they will hell handle anything. All of the guys are great but my favorite it Asher. He is almost always there and greets with a smile even while he is on hold with two phones and multiple people waiting. Ive never walked in and not been greeted properly. They are so great I always make that 15 mile journey to see them even though i have repair stores blocks away.

Had a fully nonfunctional computer, I know less than just the basics, brought in the computer on Friday, its now Sunday, all fixed like getting a new computer. Small Fee in my opinion, to have a fixed computer. The staff is very friendly and helpful A++++!!! Give them a shot worth every penny!!

Fast, courteous, inexpensive – these guys are the best. Brough my Iphone to the Geek squad for repair – as a certified Iphone repair shop. While there was no water damage, Geek squad wouldn’t work on it because one of the water indicators was “missing”. I called iZeek and got an immediate quote within 10 minutes. The repair was $20 less than Geek squad or CPR. The repairs were performed right in front of me by an experienced cell phone professional. My phone had an unfortunate mishap where the screen and LED underneath were shattered. The phone seemed like it was still working but I was unsure. I brought it in, he took a look and said it was a simple screen/LED replace, and that he just had to order the parts (he had the screens in stock but not the LED since it was an older model Samsung Galaxy). To my shock, he said itd only take a day and it actually did. I got a call the next day that the parts came in, it took him less than a couple hours to fix, I came back to pick it up and it looks brand new (he even gave a a nice cleaning for me). All told it was only a day without a phone and $230 for everything (parts and labor), which is a hell of a lot quicker and cheaper than getting a replacement phone! Great job and great service!

I got my phone screen fixed today by Jon! Such a lovely dude, he spoke to me throughout the whole process.The screen I had before wasn’t shattered or cracked or anything but it was cheap. There were dead spots all throughout the phone which made it hard for me to use. I took it here cause I heard and read all the positive reviews about this place, and boy were they accurate! My phone looks brand new, and he threw on a free screen protector too! I really like this place. And although I didn’t get to meet the other staff, I’m sure they’re all just as friendly. I left with a big smile on my face.🌻

I came in with a very strange request of fixing my broken light-up christmas skirt 😂 Despite this not being a phone issue, the employee working at the time named Asher was kind enough to try to repair it and he succeeded! Very nice store and very nice people.

It’s now been several months since the techs at iZeek repaired my Asus Zenbook….a few years ago, I had a problem with the power, took it to another place, they replaced the entire mother board (covered by warranty). Never felt right, and was dead again in three months. Warranty was out. It sat around, a very expensive paperweight until, on impulse and someone else’s recommendation, I took it to iZeek. They performed the repair for under $200; when I was unsure about the new power connection, they smiled and took it back and did whatever was necessary to be sure I was happy with the repair. Still working fine.The excellent and successful repair is great; the fact that iZeek took it back and adjusted it to my satisfaction with no additional charge, and made me feel they were pleased to do it, is priceless. Again, I have waited several months to assure myself of the success of the repair. I recommend them to everyone.

This place was great! I’ve been dealing with an issue on my iPhone that I thought was some sort of virus from a bad app for about a month now. This store knew it wasn’t a virus, diagnosed the issue right away, and went ahead and was able to fix my issue right away! Highly recommend and very professional!

I dropped my iPhone 6 Plus and the screen blanked out. I thought that I would be next since I use it for everything. I went iZeek in Hamden today and 30 minutes later I had a new screen and my phone was working again all for under $100. I forgot the case I had purchased here and walked out to my car which was parked directly in front of the door. As I was about to drive off I realized I forgot it and came back inside and said “I forgot my case.” The guy goes “oh yeah I noticed” and pointed to the counter where it was sitting. I needed to have (2) Apple IPhone 6s repaired, one had a badly broke screen and other would not charge or power-up. I called iZeek late on a Sunday afternoon and the owner John introduced himself and said yes we are open and please come down today. I stopped in that afternoon, John inspected each phone then explained the issues with each, we agree on a price (much less than the New Haven Apple Store quote ) and the process began. As I waited and witness him repairing each phone you were immediately impress by the level of care he used and his overall understanding of the iPhones mechanics and that this repair was going to be absolutely correct.Less than 25 minutes later both phones were 100% correct, powered up and tested . Asher did a diagnostic at no charge and I was able to decide whether to keep the phone or buy a new one. He also go my frozen screen to work. While waiting, a customer came in with a broken screen on his phone. It was fixed in 15 minutes by John. I would highly recommend these guys. They are the best.

I was referred to come to iZeek from Verizon in North Haven. Verizon wouldnt take my phone as a trade unless I fixed the crack. I called Ashor from iZeek and said I would like to come down now but was in a rush as I was eager to get a new phone. I kid you not, I left Verizon at 11:45 and was back from iZeeks by 12:15! These guys fixed my girl friends battery and 1 week later they replaced the glass on my phone. Both times within 15 mins.. fast friendly service.

Took my Nexus 6P to iZeek to have my screen replaced after cracking it. Went in and had them take a look and they needed to order the part. The part took approximately 3 days to get in (Not bad for a phone as popular as the 6P) and the repair took roughly 2 hours to do.I did end up with a defective screen as a result. I had terrible burn in on my display that made using my phone very distracting and it just looked bad. I brought it back and had them get a replacement. That took about a week. The replacement screen came in and another 2 hours to put in.Only problem was the bottom plastic strip on the back of my destroyed in the process. It was cracked and crumpled and when I originally brought this to the attention of the gentleman at iZeek they refused to fix it. This was a problem for me because I took my phone to iZeek to be fixed and not broken somewhere else. After much discussion however they agreed to replace the back piece. That took roughly 2 weeks to get in and to fix took no more than 10 minutes.All in all the roughly 5 hours spent here wasnt terrible. Huawei would have had me shipping my phone to them and result in myself being without my phone for 14 business days so 3 trips totalling 5 hours isnt bad. I would have preferred it to be just one trip but what happened to me was surely an isolated incident. The guys at iZeek were friendly and helpful and even after a little disagreement settled on helping me out and not making me buy a new back piece. I definitely recommend iZeek to anyone needing their screen fixed. Their prices are on par with what the manufacturer wanted and they are located in a good spot on Dixwell near Dunkin where you can go to kill time. 5 Stars iZeek.

Not a real repair shop.I came in with a malfunctioning PC monitor. the rude and impatient person there didnt even have a power cable for it. he offered to take it to his lab, for 20$, but didnt have a power cable there either.what are the odds he can really fix something other that replace a smartphones screen?!

The techs are awesome! When the ATT Device Support Center wasnt able to help me (reflash the software on my Samsung) and I was subsequently told by ATT Customer Service to try a Best Buy Samsung Experience rep, (who didnt have the file any longer either) I was advised of this shop by ATT Customer Service...if I had known of this business I wouldve gone here first (Samsung wasnt taking back non-warranty phones for repair at the time/Note issue). I cant say enough good things about the experience that Ive had with the techs here; professional, knowledgeable no-hassle advice and great turn-around time (less than one day!) for repairs. My advice: go here FIRST before you consider ANYWHERE else...you wont be disappointed.

They change my sons iPhone 7 plus broken screen did a good job 2 week later phone stop chargingTook it back to them to see if they can repair it they open the phone an find out the front camera wire was broken and the charger port damage and called me saying someone open the phone and damage the phone. When they open the phone for the first time to replace the broken screen no one open the phone but them now they try to charge more money to fix it when they ruin the phone when replace the screen.

I havent been here I just have a question. Do you fix consoles such as a ps4?

They charged me full price and they put a cheap screen on me, it does not work correctly, the phone blocked the screen for not being an original part for two weeks and still after several months the screen locks and zooms, I have to turn off and on the phone several times a day, for this kind of repairs you lose the warranty and devalue the phones. I also put in an expensive Glass Screen protector and it was so thin that it broke on its own without taking a hit. My recommendation not to make repairs in this place. $ 160 thrown in the trash and a devalued phone.
