This place hooked my uncle up with the 55+ plan. He is super happy they got him and his wife new iPhones as a BOGO. I Love T-mobile and the reps laughed about how much I knew my stuff about plans and deals that were available.

Staff was great but T-Mobile is now charging you $20 for in-store assistance while you bought a $1400 phone from them, this is cheap move T-Mobile, a loyal customer should be able to get help setting up a device he/she bought from you

From the time we walked in the door the sales associate Jeremy was eager and willing to answer all questions and help us with anything we needed even with us being a little choosy and difficult if you’re in need of a phone or an upgrade or a better plan with a different carrier Jeremy is the man to see great attitude and a genuinely nice guy highly recommend

Tim was the most helpful assistant manager there. He really knows what he is doing. The store overall has really good experience. I walked out with two new lines that day and a great deal. I will definitely be coming here from now on. Thanks sprint !

I have a phone that I want to pay off. But I cant beacuse if I were to it would cancel my plan. which make no sense beacuse I have three other phones under the contract. I would not be able to upgrade unless i would cancel the whole contract im under.

Went in for a tempered glass exchange and they ripped mines out with out checking if they had mine on the shelf co.e to find out thay didnt...so they just slapped on what ever they had and sent me on my way....I hope that the tempered glass dont void my warranty on the original one I perchanced

Had an issue with an online order. Made a purchase online and needed to cancel it (delayed for over a month) and get a phone from the retail store. Ended up being a total nightmare with Sprints bureaucracy. However the people at the store were exceedingly helpful and patient and showed me exactly what needed to be done and how to correct it. The poor assistant manager looked like he was 2 customers away from needing a padded room at Yale Psych. But, I was able to make my purchase at that visit and very satisfied with the Hamden store. Sprints policies and practices... Not so much, but the store and everyone there was very friendly and helpful.

As soon as I as a senior walked into the store,I was greeted by a Rep. named Javon who was extremely helpful in explaining the 55+ plan for seniors like myself that saves me a substantial ammount of money per month. Most seniors live on a fixed budget and so this trip to T Mobil was like coming of of a dark tunnel into the LIGHT! The store was modern,clean and well staffed. If you are especially a senior,or anybody else who have been getting ripped off by cell phone companys who quite frankly dont care about you or your FIXED INCOME, TRY T MOBIL.YoulL like them!

I had a replacement phone go to this store. When I get to the store the lady states to me she does not have the phone. She looks in the computer and states well the computer shows its here but I looked and its not. Then she goes to say there is only one spot where the phones are kept and its not there. She had no care in the world. I said fine Ill call T-Mobile and cancel the service. As I was walking out she said well I can cancel it here if you want to cancel. My husband stood in the store and asked the lady about a phone and she said she has a loaner phone. Then she tries to sell my husband a phone by upgrading. I was outside with tmobile on the phone and comes to find out the manager mailed my phone back. So while Im on the phone shes trying to sell my husband a phone. Terrible customer service. For one your manager mailed my phone back and your rep is trying to sell my husband a phone. Ridiculous I will never ever go here again.

Sprint signal is terrible in Hamden and North Haven. You will lose GPS signal and suffer many dropped calls.
