I set up an appointment online and it was handled easily. There were a couple text reminders...nice. I did the history online to save time and they couldn’t find it...lame,but I filled it out again at the appointment and it took maybe 5-8min. They ran pretty much on time. The doc was knowledgeable, nice, and easy to talk to. The girls at the desk were personable. I had a progressive pair of glasses made for work & they came in within about 10 days. When I picked them up a nice gentleman helped me & talked me through wearing progressive lenses. Overall, I was pleased and will go back. I will also send my family there in the future.

I have been going to Pearle Vision at Bridgewater Falls for several years because of the amazing staff. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and always positive with the customers. Dr. White is a fantastic doctor, as well. She answers all questions, explains everything about your prescription and options, and never makes a patient feel rushed. With the perfect combination of the staff at this location under the direction of the store manager, Kayla, and Dr. White, this is the location I not only choose to continue to go to for my eye care, but also highly recommend!

I had no issues in store. Dr checked eyes no problem with that service. After that lies started 1in store then 2 separate calls later 2 more lies.They will always get back to you lies. If I get my glasses will not go back to Bridgewater

Arrived at my appointment time at 12:40. Informed receptionist that I filled out all my paperwork prior to my visit so I wouldnt have to wait long. After 10 minutes of waiting, I was told I had to refill out all my paperwork again due to their system password was changed. All patient charts should be printed and ready to go that morning before the appointment, not after. Afterwards, I waited over an hour before I was seen. No apologies and no explanation of why I waited over an hour to be seen after my appointment time. Will not go back to this location.

Greeted immediately upon arrival. Very detailed explanation of pictures taken of my eyes....better than my ophthalmologist. Many frames to choose from. Good insurance will get you a $1300 pair of glasses for $108. Entire time well spent from entry to exit including new patient paperwork, exam, consultation, and frame measures about 1.5 hours. Would recommend for outstanding service.

It was ok, I gave 5 stars at first so I could get the free eyeglass cleaner, but my real review is 2 stars, they had MK brand that I like but because my prescription is so strong the lenses came back SUPER THICK so I’m eventually going to try to order the thinner lenses for stronger prescriptions. The dr was really nice but the first sales associate I had who ordered the glasses was rude at the Bridgewater Location . I will order again as long as I have about $300 in pocket because if u have horrible eyes that’s expected. Overall I paid about $160 for my frames, lenses(super thick), and contact fitting fee . With insurance. They said without insurance and the sale on frames I’d be paying about $500+ for glasses . So I suppose it’s a good deal But I will order the other lenses and we will see how much of a difference it really is

I had an awesome experience at Pearl Vision. Both of my children, twin boys (10 years old) had their 1st eye exam. I believe our Dr. Motts saw my boys - she was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and answered the very MANY questions that my children both had to help the understand better what she was doing. At the end of our appointment, to ensure there were no side effects with the eye drops to dilate my childrens eyes, she gave her personal cell phone number to me should I need to reach out with any questions. The office called us the very next day to schedule an appointment to come in an pick out their frames for their new glasses. Our appointment was this past Monday. We worked with Casey to help divide the cost evenly between my ex-husband and myself. Again, the support offered and customer service was so great! I am making an appointment for myself today!

I had my yearly eye exam at Pearle Vision Bridgewater. Friendly environment and helpful staff. Dr. White was very thorough in her examination. I learned a lot about my eyes and also how our eyes can help detect illness in our body. I would highly recommend this place for your eyes!

If I was rating based on the staff and optomistrists alone, I would rate 5 stars - but sadly, weve had a few issues. We received a phone call stating that our contact order was in and that the store would be open into the evening - I went on my lunch break and no one was there and a note on the door stated they were closed for lunch. Then we had an appointment on December 1st and I was told that the trial contacts would be in 3-5 days later. I called over a week later and the order had never been placed. Ill give them another chance because the staff are friendly, but its hard to give a good rating with all of these inconveniences.

Bridgewater Falls Pearl Vision is fantastic. Kayla is extremely helpful. She helped my children pick out their glasses (usually a painful experience but not this time). Kayla also spent several hours (2 days) helping my daughter get used to putting contacts in and taking them out. She is patient, caring and made my kids feel comfortable. We adorable her! Casey is also very helpful and knowledgeable. Kayla and Casey are the 2 reasons we keep going back to Bridgewater Pearl Vision.

No matter what - whenever I need glasses, I come to Pearle at the Bridgewater Falls location. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, especially Casey! My mother-in-law (MIL) told me no matter where I got my eyes tested, to bring my prescription to this Pearle location and Ive been coming here ever since. My MIL and my husband have been coming to this location so long, they think of Casey as part of our family. He is so knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and professional - we cant write enough good things about him! My husband had a problem with the last pair of glasses he got, found out hes allergic to a particular material in the newer lens and had to go back to plastic - no matter how many times, Casey made it right. My family and I recommend this store to all of our friends. And truly, its a lot to do with Casey. Pearle is blessed to have him as part of the Pearle family.

Highly disappointed with the whole experience! After an hour and a half appointment, just to receive a prescription for glasses, there was still a long line to order glasses with the ONE person they had on staff that was able to do that. We ended up going to LensCrafters with our prescription and got excellent service there. Also, doctor was supposed to send a referral for my son to see a specialist (which she sounded like it was urgent.) I was told by pearl vision staff that the specialist’s office will be contacting me to schedule an appointment. A few days later, I still hadn’t heard anything, so I called the specialist, which had absolutely no knowledge of the referral! When they called pearl vision, nobody there seemed to know, as the referral was never scanned into their system, so now it’s a waiting game for the appropriate staff to return to the office to try to figure out what is going on. This place is very unorganized and just overall bad business.

Horrible customer service. I bought 2 pair of glasses over a year ago. The first pair where fine. The 2 nd pair. I did not ask for them to be tinted. They arrived with brown tinted lenses. I asked for clear lens. The new pair arrived with a purple tint. Again to asked for just clear lens. It has been over a year. I still do not the glasses I ordered.

My fiancé and I went to get our annual exam and new glasses/contacts. I have caresource and he has Humana. I called before going and asked if they accepted caresource and they do. When we were filling out the paperwork we did not initial where it asks about the retinal exam because we didn’t want it. Well they did it anyway. When checking out we were looking at glasses and they told us that caresource doesn’t cover the frames just the lenses. That’s fine, I’ll take my prescription and go to Walmart. Further into checking out they told us the total which was $89. We knew he had a co pay of $10. They charged him to have a contact lens “class” because the guy wasn’t very helpful the first time. We knew the retinal exam was $39 but we opted out of that. So they did NOT tell us that we were going to be charged for the retinal exam or contact fitting. We will NEVER go back there again!!

So I have a funny story. I went to get new lenses for my glasses, I got them measured and they didnt even have the code to order the glasses through the insurance, so I just had to get them measured and they waited until Monday when a eye doctor who knew the code was there. On Monday, they called and said they didnt record the data into their computer properly, so I had to drive there and get them remeasured. Then they said it would take at least 7-10 business days, almost 2 weeks, to get the lenses. And on top of that, they were forgot to call me to come in and pick up the lenses. This place has no idea what its doing, and its completely disorganized.

My mind has been opened. 6 months ago I finally got into an expensive private eye Dr with a 2 month waiting list, who failed me miserably. But before giving up on finding a contact prescription that could help me actually see my computer screen I scheduled a next-day apt @ the Bridgewater PV, with Dr. Asha Motter. She was wonderful! She listened and explained why I was having trouble getting the right prescription, and took the time to get it just right. While in their office I never waited more than 3-5 minutes, and their entire staff was courteous and competent. I know some of these places can be hit or miss, but I went in Oct of 2016, and had a great experience!

DR Mark is very kind and takes his times with you. Unfortunately it has taken me 3 trials of contacts so far and we havent found any that work right in my eyes, meaning Ive had to make several appointments in attempts to find the right pair that I can actually tolerate. Every time I have been, the Dr has been running so far behind (an hour +) just to see me for a follow up. If you work like I do during the day, its nearly impossible to see this doctor unless you plan on spending at least an hour and a half there. I wouldnt recommend this location.
