I was here a year ago I didnt have anything done as this is not my eye care provider. I was here to pay for my friends Transition lenses. I did notice they had Vogue frames which are hard to find anymore and may check about that.

Friendly staff and doctor. Nice pricing for my children and their first visit. They did great with my kids!

1 star because 0 is not an option. Rude staff, cant get an appointment for over a month. Existing customer cant order contacts. Left me out to dry. Garbage

I have been here twice. I have been happy with my treatment and prescription, and the staff have been courteous and kind.

I had an issue where my regular Optometrist dropped me as a patient, after 15 years! Apparently, no one no longer carries my insurance plan (through the state, Caresource)!! Believe that!! When it came time to call and actually make myself an eye appointment, I literally called 9 other (Eyecare) specialists in the city of Hamilton before I found these guys!! Theyre a blessing in disguise.

Great price on contacts and glasses-but dont have the optician do your exam. He over-corrected me, said I had astigmatism and told me my foggy contact lenses were dry eye. Year later and different (much better) optometrist (not at Walmart) told me all these things were incorrect.

I always get great service here. All my glasses from here have been high quality and fit; the employees are all very qualified and have always been helpful. Highly recommended!

I stopped in to inquire about an exam & glasses. The man working continually sighed at being bothered. He gave me one or 2 word answers & I had to push for information. Finally, I asked a question & he just didnt answer. I was the only customer in the optical dept and he was not on the phone. He simply didnt want to deal with me. 10/20/17 @ 2:45pm. White hair, white beard. Didnt catch his name.

I got glasses from this location last year that had to be sent back because they were the wrong perscription and was treated horrible from the George gentleman so I went to the Princeton road location this year and had no issues.My elderly mother went to this location by mistake. We went today to pick up her new glases and they are no where near her perscription. We politely asked if maybe the lenses we in the wring sides by mistake and he got really rude and red faced It not our mistake maam and youll have to wait til thursday to be examined again! I have never been talked to or treated this way from anyone in customer service in my life..We left with my elderly mother in tears because she felt like she did something wrong...I just read complaints from 2017 about this George gentleman (Grey hair grey beard) and it seems that customer complaints must not matter at this location cause he still has an attitude and no customer service skills.I hope that customer service can transfer everything to the other location so I dont have to snap back at this guy!

I used this Vision Center before. A new appt is at the end of this week. Excellent Service, and helpful clerks, with reasonable costs!

Its been since September that I have been dealing with these guys and they still cant get their act together. Very unprofessional. Will not use them again.

Got new glasses at this store, took over a week to get them just to find out the lens were scratched.Guy at the store said they ordered new lenses for my frames said they would be in a couple days, two weeks later I still dont have my lenses
