The staff was friendly and helpful. I paid for my visit and left very pleased and planning to come back. Then 3 months later I received a moderately large bill. I called to ask them about it and then they told me I actually owed another amount. I was very surprised to owe anything more than what I had paid at the office that day. They also dont have online bill pay which is inconvenient. I dont think Ill visit them again.

I enjoy coming here. Very friendly and professional. Only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they dont have online bill pay yet.

Apparently the Dr thinks it is socially and ethically acceptable to use your patient contact information to contact you over personal matters that are none of his business.A real opportunist! I will never do business with this man again.

First off Id like to point out that the office workers are all very polite, and amazing. The office is clean, and neat. I love Dr. Morgan. I havent been to the eye Doctor in about 12 years. My eyes have been bothering me for awhile. She was so understanding, and caring of my issues. She is amazing. I would highly recommend Vision Source Hamilton.

The office as a whole is efficient and personable. I was in and out in an hour (which is usual for here) and felt I had a thorough exam. Dr. Nye answered all questions..

I had my eyes examined at Vision Source. They were very thorough. And more expensive than I had imagined.

Always friendly, thorough and efficient. In light of the current health orders, I as pleased with the level of extra care taken to keep the patient and staff safe.

I went in for a exam and they told me my insurance was basically garbage without even looking at it properly. When in fact they used the wrong insurance and charged me for things I didnt agree to do. Since I was a first time customer I figured it was just a normal thing for their office. On top of that the receptionist treated me like I was scum because they thought my insurance was low tier and they wouldnt get the amount of money they would if I had top tier insurance. Will not be back and I advise any new customers look at everything they charge you for and make sure they are using the right insurance.

My son & I love Vision Source. We got great service & found glasses we liked. I just wish they had a bigger selection & more colors in the Medicaid insurance glasses. I know that probably isnt Vision Sources doing.

I took my 93 year old mom to Dr Nye for her eye exame. The nurses and Dr Nye were very friendly and very thorough. Mom even said they did more as far as the eye exam than other places. Never felt rushed and my mom is hard of hearing and they were very helpful repeating things. Highly recommend them

Weve enjoyed coming to this place for all our eye care needs. They see young children to adults. The staff is kind and Dr Nye is a great doctor. They have accommodating appointments and take lots of different insurance.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They take their time and never make us feel rushed. My wife had a contact emergency on a Saturday. Dr. Nye was out of town but called back to see what was going on and give his advice. On Monday morning, someone from the office called to follow up and see if everything was OK.

As usual all staff is very professional and enjoyable to be around. Would recommend Vision Source to all for their eye care.

Vision Source has always been leaps and bounds better than other eye doctors Ive visited in the past. They have a great staff thats always willing to go the extra mile for patients/customers. Dr. Nye was impatient and and even asked asked if I was lying on the part where you see how clear the lenses are. I tried, okay? I was being as honest as possible even though I hate glasses.Also, they make you pick out frames when you can hardly see. You are wearing these for years to come. The guy picked one out and said these are in style. They look like 60 year old reading glasses. And everyone makes fun at me at school.

The rudest lady who talks to you after Dr. Nye written my husband and my prescriptions was so rude to us because we were on caresource she treated us like we had never worked in our lives and she was above us she is the most heartless pathetic person I have ever met I have a college degree and run upon some health issues which forced me to seek disability and healthcare Dr. Nye you need to teach your associates to treat people like they want to be treated and by the way Dr Wood is a lot kinder than you and we will never be back especially with the rude associate that helps you in the front where the glasses are picked out you are going to lose a lot of patients with that thing up there good luck cause you lost us we did not get treated bad when I was working and had Blue cross Blue Shield I hope someday she will need help and someone treats her like she treated us.......nothing toward Dr Wood he is terrific. the reason they have no bad reviews is because they take them off DO NOT GO THERE!!!!
