Ordered a Donkey Kong arcade cabinet with the 412 games package for my son’s 16th birthday. The ordering process was quick and easy, Nichole was super helpful and reassuring, she answered every one of my questions. Ordering from NYC, shipping and curbside delivery was just as simple, approximately 2 1/2 weeks from the day I ordered. I got exactly what I ordered in a quick and efficient manner. The machine was in perfect condition and arrived ahead of my son’s birthday as promised.I would highly recommend Bentzel Amusements to anyone in the market for and arcade game. You definitely get what you pay for. Customer service and product quality are top notch.

Highly recommend! Cody went out of his way to make sure our Pac Man Arcade arrived by Christmas Eve. Machine is well built with the original graphics. Cody has been very responsive when I’ve had questions about the system. My family has already spent many hours playing the classics I grew up with. We love it and appreciate the great customer service!!

I waited a while to write this review because I wanted to make sure I was being objective, and unbiased. I got a Crystal Castles from Bentzel Amusements in October of 2017, and now that the entire experience is fully behind me I can comfortably say: these guys are con artists and this place is a sham. I was sold a broken machine, lied to about what I was getting, and then completely ghosted once they had my money.1. Cody Bentzel told me they would replace the screen and give me a new LCD screen. It wasnt until I was about to pay and confirmed and theres a new LCD screen? that they told me they were unable to replace the screen with an LCD screen, but that they had replaced it with a new CRT (that turned out to be a lie). It felt sketchy and I should have walked away then.2. The game I ordered was (Crystal Castles) one of the first to allow the saving of high scores (something I was banking on getting) the unit delivered to me did not allow saving.3. The game arrived, was played TWICE and stopped working.4. When it stopped working after just two plays, I asked for a refund and Cody stopped responding to all of my calls and emails.5. When I opened up the back to attempt to fix it myself (because Bentzel amusements was ignoring all of my calls and emails) It was blatantly clear this game hasn’t been seen, much less “fixed” in decades. There was a thick coating of dust over everything, it was filled with cobwebs and spider webs. Hundreds of dead baby spiders.All in all, the experience continuously felt more and more sketchy, but I ignored my instinct and was then ghosted by the guy who sold me this $1480 lemon.I re-sold the unit to someone who wanted a fixer-upper. The buyer sent the board to shop who confirmed that it was completely dead, and the game needed a brand new board. My lesson has been learned. I will never buy another product from Bentzel Amusements or Cody Bentzel, and I strongly discourage others from doing so. There are plenty of other reputable arcade machine sellers out there who can ensure the quality of their work, and will not defraud you.

I have long dreamed of having my very own Pac Man machine. Not only is this now a reality, but I have more classic games than I can recall. I play it at least a couple hours a week, and Ive had it a full year now with no trouble. I even loaded it onto my pick up and took it to a company picnic, where it was a huge hit with kids of all ages. And by that, I mean middle aged men like myself, as well as children.

Ordered a machine over the phone after finding Bentzal Ammusments on online. Had a few hiccups with deliver but the Bentzel team was on it. They offered to drive down from PA to Welcome, MD to hand delivery me another machine on Christmas eve to ensure I received it in time for Christmas. Luckily the delivery service got it together and made the delivery on-time. The customer service that the Bentzal team displayed is hard to come by but I am thankful that they put their customers first.
