Very helpful staff. I worked with Brittany. She was so helpful with the person in front of me. Trying to juggle customer service on the phone, providing service to me & make sure the woman’s account was corrected. She’s a hard worker & has the greatest attitude under pressure. They are very lucky to have Brittany! Thank you for your help!!!!

Just switched from Verizon, and we had the pleasure of working with Brittany. She was super sweet and very helpful. She is very knowledgeable with what she is doing and she made the process of switching smooth and fun.

The best phone store I’ve ever been in!!! The store manager, Alex goes above and beyond to help. She even stayed to help us an hour after the store closed on a Sunday. That kind of service is unheard of today!!!

Stopped in on black Friday and spoke with Caleb about offer on galaxy s9 and upgrading 3 phones. Made arrangements to stop back today with phones. Joe waited on us because Caleb was busy with another customer. Joe told us offer was not good for upgrades only new lines. Caleb was well aware we were upgrading but Joe would not honor what we were told stating Caleb is new and he would speak with him. Poor customer service and a waste of our time.
