This place did an awesome job! I went in with an iPhone XS that was not shattered but the LCD screen was messed up due to a large fall. I really didn’t want to buy a new phone because I really love this phone. Smart Phone Medic was able to get my iPhone XS looking good as new for only $135. Totally recommend. I don’t hope to come here again because I don’t want my phone broken, but if I need this service again, I will definitely come here!

My husband went in to repair his cracked phone it was fast and the price was okay but alittle over a month my daughter was playing with his phone and Her little baby drool got over the phone and water went in from the bottom! The screen was missing water seal to it I took it somewhere and they were able to fix it for a cheaper price! But shouldn’t of ever happened in the first place! I had to pay double for something that shouldn’t of happened at all if they would of fixed it correctly

Great place to fix youre phones...affordable

I went there to get a screen protector for my phone. They dont carry one for it, but I was told if I would buy one myself they would install it for me, for $7. I got the protector, brought it in, only to be told they couldnt put it on any better than I could, and that normally dont install things people bring in. When I first went in there, I was assured they had the experience putting them on to do it right, but now Im told they didnt want to mess with it. They shouldnt have told me they could do it in the first place. My time is valuable and they waisted it.

Seriously, don’t go here. I spent $180 for them to repair my phone screen, and the second I got it back it was completely messed up. It was glitching like crazy, clicking on things by itself, calling people on its own, touch screen not working, etc. Mind you it was in mint condition before I gave it to them, aside from the cracked screen. I had to go out of town so I waited a few weeks before taking it back to them, and when I did, they told me they would charge me to fix it. Now I have to buy a new phone, which is BS, considering the fact that THEY broke it. Don’t waste your time and money.

Had an iPhone screen replaced there ($70.00), later when using it outdoors, it was very hard to see screen in outdoor light. Took it back and was told the afermarket screens they use arent as bright as factory screens. That would have been good information to have before I agreed to have them repair it. Otherwise service was quick and courteous.

They don’t stand behind their work. Went in for a new screen and immediately began having major issues with the phone. They wanted to charge me to look for the problem and charge me for any repair necessary. Phone was not having any issues before they replaced my screen.

I went in to get the LCD replaced. Within an hour the screen began to start messing up, so I took it back the next day to have it checked out (because theyll look at it as long as you take the receipt to show you had work done on it there). After the first time it still didnt work properly, but I gave it some time just to make sure. I went back the next week and same thing. I looked up the problem on YouTube and fixed the phone myself in about 35 minutes. Keep in mind I didnt know anything about this stuff prior to looking it up. However, the staff are friendly.

Beware!!! Had my screen/ lcd replaced and paid over $300. One day after using it screen turned purple unable to use, took it back and said there was nothing that can be done not even a partial refund. Once you leave the store smartphone medic warrants parts and service against defect in material and workmanship. Totally not true in my case, they pretty much said it was my fault because they assume i dropped it. Lesson learned, have warranty or someone fix it at your own risk.

I came here to get my screen repaired. The phone was working fine otherwise before I came (I had been using it like that for about a week). However, after they repaired the screen, the screen started to freeze up or would switch to facetime up whenever I made a phone call longer than 10 minutes. It also freezes up randomly when I am texting or using the web browser, and needs to be restarted at least twice a day. I went all the way back there (about an hour drive for me!) to see if they could fix the problem, but couldnt demonstrate the issue for them while in the hot seat. I was told that if I couldnt reproduce the problem, they couldnt help me. This is all well and good, but they didnt even offer look at it to see if anything was hooked up incorrectly. I didnt have time to go all the way back over to Harlingen to get them to maybe possibly look at it, and have now moved away permanently because I was down there for work. Now, Im stuck with a defective phone that I spent $80 to repair.

I had broken my Ipod Touchs screen, cracked it straight through, took it to this place and paid the same amount I could have paid for an ipod off Ebay. Needless to say, i got my ipod back in the time the guy said it would take to get it except the face was white when the original was black AND the guy recommended that I put a rubber band around it to keep the screen on because it didnt glue on the way it should have.

I dropped my phone and my screen went out, brought it to smart phone medic and its all fixed! Thank you! :)
