Got my new IPhone X with Francis as an upgrade. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Francis helped me set up my new phone, transfer my content, and showed me all the new features and understand the phone well. I very happy because i can come anytime in the store for help and the reps will be there for whatever i need.

Go into the store at 6:50 to speak about the promotions. Went outside to get my wife go back at 7:01 just to find out they closed, even though the website says they closed at 8. Why not just tell me to come by tomorrow instead of wasting my time.

I am so thankful for Francis. After going to different ATT Store and being with ATT customer service for two hours, Francis got my problem resolve faster than I could Imagine. I am an ATT retired employed. I worked with att for 30 years and I have been trying to apply my 30% discount to my account. All the people i previously spoke to had no idea of what I was talking about and Francis went out of her way to get my discount applied to my account. I am grateful for her enthusiasms and her professionalism. She is easy to talk to, easy to understand, and so so so patient. Francis is definitely an asset to ATT.
