Such a great experience! Store is very modern and beautiful set up! Customer service is amazing and he actually fixed my phone I mean that’s really the only thing that matters right. I brought my phone there and I honestly was not sure if he was going to be able to fix it but he actually did and I’m so grateful and it didn’t cost too much!

This place is phenomenal. Quickly repaired my damaged iPhone and did a beautiful job. I had gone to a mall kiosk a few months ago as the Apple Store was too expensive and I was trying to save a few extra bucks, but you truly get what you pay for because the work from the mall phone repair kiosk didnt last. The prices at The Repair Store were extremely reasonable, cheaper than the Apple store and they did an excellent job. Quick, professional, and great quality work. I wont go anywhere else for my repairs in the future.

I accidentally shattered the screen on my iPhone so I brought it to The Repair Square. Within no time, Joe had replaced the screen and added a protective layer at a reasonable price. First of all I must say the aesthetic of the place was truly nice. It had a calming vibe with a pleasant smell. In any case, all aspects of service was excellent. The Repair Square in Harrison is simply the best!! Joe was so professional and easy going, and most of all really wanted to help me. I was in Orlando on vacation and my phone fell out of my pocket while on a rollercoaster. The ground team found the phone but needless to say it wasnt in the best condition, it needed surgery. I took it to the Repair Square when I got home. The phone had disabled itself and Joe was able to get it working good as new over a two day period. I don’t know why it is rated five stars I went there three weeks ago to fix my broken LCD and payed a good amount thinking I was getting great service by reading through reviews. Three weeks later my phone falls a couple of inches off the floor and landed very soft on the back off the case. I pick up my phone and half of it is white with colored lines. I went to another phone repair store he told me he could fix it for half the price I payed for it before and told me the LCD that was preciously put in is super cheap and emphasised that. So keep in mind what you are going to get. I even called multiple times trying to tell them about the situation and they kept hanging up.

My wifes phone stopped working so I contacted the owner and he ordered a new battery to test out. He was super responsive and communicated with me throughout the whole process. He was honest with us and let us know the phone was not fixable, but was still able to recover ALL the data from the phone and transfer it to her new phone. My wife loved the whole process so much that she wants to take her broken laptop there to recover the files from that as well. Had a great experience at the Repair Square. Joe was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I brought in a non functional Iphone XR screen and he was able to replace it with a year warranty and he also fixed the back of my phone since that was also cracked. He did it all in under a business day. He even applied a screen protector for me (I brought in the protector), free of charge. I would definitely recommend anyone with Screen issues to see Joe and will be returning if needed.
