Have stopped by with multiple electronic devices over the past few years and they havent fix one. My computer had a virus they couldnt repair but they made me pay an assessment fee to get my computer back from them. My boyfriend was able to get rid of the virus, thankfully.

I came back and found your outlet but this time you were CLOSED. It’s a hundred mile round trip so just tell me how much it cost to replace a broken screen on an iPad. That will determine if I come back a third time.Tom

Took much longer than they said it would to get my phone repaired. Had to go back three times before was actually ready.

They were very good. Took our tablet over on a Friday afternoon and picked it up the following Tuesday afternoon. Works like new!

The people who work here are amazing, and very patient. Thats a lot coming from me anyone who knows me I can be a lot sometimes😅. And if its a screen problem that keeps reoccurring they pop it In and out free of charge and also look at it too make sure if anything else is wrong with it!

As far as my visits have gone, they suck. Havent been able to fix a gaming device or laptop screen Ive brought in to them in the past and wanted to charge my wife $370 just to replace her SCREEN on her phone. I can have the entire phone replaced for $112 so no thanks 👎👎0/10 wont use again

Destroyed my iPhone the a garbage battery and lack of skills. Bent and stripped internal parts, rendering it unfixable. The became distressed when I told them I had taken it somewhere to have it looked at, saying, “well since it was opened by another technician then all we can do is look at it”. This was code for “well you caught us and now we don’t want to pay for our mistakes”. No accountability. Had to get a new phone. I will never step foot in here again for phones or shipping. Ace ships. Competent cell phone repair facilities exist elsewhere.

Took my iPhone 10 in because the ear speaker wasnt working. Apple had estimated it would cost over $550 to fix or I could upgrade to a new phone. The guys at Square Tek opened it up and found that the ear speaker needed to be cleaned: $25. #HappyCustomer

My phone died and I thought it was the battery that had went bad. So I called and they said they could take a look and test another battery. I told them I could already have my phone apart and long story short they gave me a used battery free! They said because it was used they couldnt warranty it so they couldnt sell it. So in the end my phone works all thanks to Squartek! Would definitely recommend them!

Highly dont recommend. I got my phone fix less than a week later it was unresponsive to touch. so i disceded to take it to another technician said not only do the put a after makrket greade screen in my phone after i asked for a apple one they didnt seal the srceen and alsow left screws out. when i called to talke to them the manager, jordan, pretty much told me there was nothing he could do becuase a third party had oppend my phone. Take my advice and save your money defentliy not worth it.

I broke the screen on my galaxy s 10. Took my phone in and came out good as new! Totally recommend.
